• Elizabeth (7/5): Good - This apartment is an updated, secure, and spacious apartment. We enjoyed the space, and it felt like home. The apartment is very far out and we spend a lot of extra money on expensive taxis. Toiletries were provided. The bed is creaky and not comfortable. The distance to attractions, or public transport, is far. We walked to the main bus station, which is about a 2km walk. Taxi's were very expensive and it added to the cost. One can rather find smaller accommodations that are closer to the centro.

• Yogesh (9/5): Casa Le Cascine review - The apartment was fully furnished, well maintained which made our stay very comfortable. It was ideal for our needs - 2 adult and 1 child. Owner was quick to respond to our queries. We highly recommend this to other travellers. Nothing of significance really.
• Alexandra (7/5): Good - Very clean, well presented apartment I had problems with replying to the owners messages via booking.com as they did not receive our replies. No one knows why. We enjoyed our stay but felt that given there were signs about leaving the place clean and emptying the rubbish it would've help3d to have more than one set of bags and only 4 dishwasher tabs. Also there wasn't much in the way of a welcome pack - we had to go out immediately on arrival to find a supermarket and some info about where it might be and and local restaurants, where to buy bus tickets etc would've been useful.

This is the 5th time we came to Florence, and this has been the best accommodation for us. - spacious for our family of 3 - everything looks new and well-maintained - Lift to apartment but required to climb a few stairs to get to the lift - Parking in secured area with sufficient parking space - We never meet the host but they provide clear instructions for self-checkin. Nothing.
