• Wendy (10/5): We absolutely loved the location and the apartment!! - The location is epic. Within seconds of arriving, I knew I wanted to extend our booking. Let me mention that Fabio was incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with prior to our arrival. He met us upon arrival to give us the keys and show us the apartment. We could not have picked a better location in Brera...literally everything outside the front door. If you want to shop and eat, this area is the place for you. The apartment was super comfy; a small kitchenette complete with fridge and cooking utensils in the event you actually want to miss out on the delicious Italian food. It had everything we needed and YES, we extended our stay. You should know in advance, this is a pedestrian only area which is awesome. Within a 10 minute walk, there are fabulous boutiques, cafes and so much more. The Duomo is about a 15 minute walk, but there are so many great shops along the way! Also, Fabio went above and beyond and helped us carry our bags from the car. A big thanks to him for his kind hosting and help! When we come back for our Milan fix, I will definitely stay here again!
• TAYISIYA (10/5): Great place in a great location in the center of Milan! - The location is great it near all the shopping centers walk able distances and if not alot of public transport options nearby as well as near a great park really close, the apartment is great also has everything you need for your stay, clean and tidy and was warm as we visited during cold season, instructions were provided for everything if needed and there was a help number that could be called but wasn't really needed for our stay! Overall great place/location very modern with excellent host, would book it again if chance ever came around! There wasn't really anything negative i can think of for the week we stayed there everything was perfect.

• Lorenzo (7/5): - La posizione è centralissima e funzionale a tutte le attività. Nel pieno centro di Brera da cui si riescono a raggiungere tutte le zone centrali di Milano by walk. L'appartamento risulta un pò datato. Anche le dotazioni non sono all'altezza degli standard attuali per gli appartamenti di lusso. Esempio i kit cortesia con i prodotti in bustina sono ormai desueti per certi livelli di strutture che preferiscono set con piccole bottiglie. Infine i cuscini, sebbene coperti dalla federa non erano puliti, così come non erano puliti i piumoni.

• Raluca (1/5): A thief of a host and very unhelpful Booking.com, never using again - Beware of this host who takes your money for nothing and does not approve refund. I found this property after a search with one special request: accessible parking. I had another booking with the same request and the host contacted me that they offered parking 5 minutes’ walk away and advised to cancel if not suitable, which we did and got refunded. We booked this property and messaged the host that we needed accessible parking near the property as we are disabled. As we approached the property, the host told us we would meet a friend to direct us to the parking spot. Upon arriving, there was no place to stop and wait for the friend, so we called the host and asked what to do and he sent us a map to a public carpark a few minutes’ walk away. We asked about the parking place promised in the listing and were told there was no such place. The public carpark was full, we tried to go in and were turn away by the manager of the carpark. We called again, while driving around in circles trying to find a place to stop and sort out the situation. The host said he did not believe me there was no parking space and I invited him out to search with us, he said he was not in Milan. Then he said it was not his problem that we could not find parking. I requested a refund, he refused and told me to contact Booking.com who just filed my complaint and did nothing. We had to go to a hotel for the night, and pay for 2 rooms, as we were 3 persons. He asked if we were coming back and I replied that we could not come back and not be able to leave the car somewhere. He cancelled the booking. We had no refund, although we complained 3 times to Booking.com, who are waiting for his approval for refund and he refuses to approve, even after multiple messages on whatsapp begging him to approve the refund. This host took £700 without having us in and by lying about the conditions of the property. Booking.com does not help. I am never using the website again.

• Roger (8/5): Tolle Lage, einfache Kommunikation, hübsche Zimmer - Lage war grossartig, Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert, Zimmer sauber und gross. Duschabfluss funktionierte nicht richtig, was zur Überschwemmung des Bades führt, wenn man nicht höllisch aufpasst.

• Olga (10/5): Exceptional - Hello, the accommodation was more than comfortable for living, all the necessary hygiene products were available, there was also different types of tea, coffee, drinks in the refrigerator, olive oil, there was a hair dryer, coffee machine, washing machine, cozy and comfortable, great view from the window.
• Tara (7/5): Good - Location was great very central and secure, very well decorated studio apartment. There is some noise from all the restaurants and bars in the streets below, perhaps on Friday and Saturday night only.
• Francesco (1/5): Impossible to sleep - no air in the room ruined the stay - Location and the apartment in general were cool It was too hot, it’s impossible to sleep upstairs. There is no air coming up there. I strongly suggest a wind fan upstairs or to move the AC over there. Also, opening the windows doesn’t solve the problems as it is in the middle of night life area, so it’s very loud

Funky smell but I think it’s the old building and people smoking in the apartment. Stained couch. Previously, people had complained about the noise but it was very minimal for us.

• Hermann (6/5): Increases your appreciation for hot water - Location is amazing. While in Milan, we did not see any districts which we would have preferred for our stay. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Would’ve been a 9/10 stay if the hot water was functioning. It seems from the feedback that the host is aware of the water issue but has unfortunately failed to take any action to resolve this. We stayed for 4 nights and did not get a single warm shower. When we informed about the issue, the host replied quickly but unfortunately it was not followed by any action. Asking your customers to restart the boiler is not a solution.

• Sholpan (8/5): Overall, for the stay in Milan, the flat is perfect. All thanks to the great location. I absolutely love the area. So, n - The location is perfect!! My favourite area in Milan. Very safe, loads of restaurants. Galleria Brera is just around the corner. The strong odor in the flat. Even though I opened all the windows in the flat, the smell was very strong. It smelled like the rotten meat. And the flat wasn’t clean enough. There is also a problem with the shower (the water is either extremely hot or cold). Still the pros overweight the cons- the location is just perfect! But you have to do something with the smell. Or maybe it’s just after the guests that stayed before me. When I arrived before the check in the flat was very messy and it smelled awful (so maybe it’s just people who stayed prior to my arrival who should be accountable for the smell). And also there was no iron, it was broken, I asked for one, someone promised to bring the new one, but never did. But for the business trips the area is perfect.
• Kira (5/5): Okay but could have been better. - Very good location, bathroom modern and everything really clean. Warm water was very intermittent, some things in the property need an update such as loose flooring at bottom of steps. The instructions to find the property were very confusing for people who have never been to Milan, we had to ask multiple people for help with a kind cafe worker taking us to the door himself. Could be solved with the exact address so you can google maps rather than just turn right and go to this street.

The water pressure in the shower was very poor, and the shower mixer was not working properly. Also the hairdryer didn’t work correctly — there was no hot air.

• Ollie (1/5): Severely disappointing! We will not be returning and would not recommend anybody else stays. - Good location We were sadly extremely disappointed by our stay here. Upon arrival we discovered that a whole wall of the property was covered in mould. This had run under the floor and half the flooring was missing from the property. We were neither warned, nor did the property do anything to help us out in fixing the property. Further to this, the wifi doesn't work, basic amenities weren't provided (like toilet roll and hand soap). We were so looking forward to staying but will certainly not be returning and would advise any other potential customers to look elsewhere for accommodation.

• Lockwood (3/5): I would never stay there again based on the lock situation. - Great location & set up but the property has mold all over the wall where there is a leak from the heating unit. There are wood floor slats loose and coming up. But most importantly there is an old faulty lock on the door that’s very difficult to use. The key kept getting stuck & then unbelievably we became locked INSIDE the unit for 12 hours. I contacted the host multiple times & they finally sent someone to come let us out.

• Melanie (5/5): Room not ready for use and blocked toilet! - Location was good within the Brera district. Our review is based on the impact to our available time in Milan and three basic criteria: 1. Access to the booked apartment. 2. Cleanliness. 3. Functioning clean toilet. This apartment is in a beautiful area and good location but... 1. Despite the numerous communications and confirmation on the time we would have access to the apartment, we were left waiting on the sidewalk with our bags and two children in the heat until the Host decided to turn up. 2. Once entering the apartment, it was very clear that the apartment had not been cleaned since the last guests left. Kitchen, beds, bathroom - used sheets, towels and rubbish in every room. A room clean was arranged but at our expense of time/use of the apartment! 3. We identified after cleaning on our return that the toilet was blocked and improperly cleaned. This would have been identified if the toilet was cleaned properly. There was debris on the toilet and some unidentified non organic plastic item lodged in the the bowl of the toilet. Despite contacting the host as soon as this was identified and requesting this be attended to, nothing was done for the duration of our stay. The city tax was waived, but that only amounted to a couple of Euros which is in our opinion disproportionate to the inconvenience experienced.

Had difficulties getting into the apartment even though we had very good instructions provided. It appeared to us that the apartment had been deadlocked. Finally gained entry after turning the key two and a half times which was definitely not indicated on the video. Couldn't get in touch with the host. Host was condescending about our inability to access the apartment. Offered no help, no phone call, nothing. After travelling for 24 hours this was most distressing! No information provided about the area...where to dine, get groceries etc.

• Ciara (8/5): convenient location for a short stay in Milan - great location. easy to walk to all the main sights. lots of restaurants on the street below tv didn’t work, when I contacted the hosts and asked if they could help they said they would try but that didn’t happen unfortunately. not a lot of charging sockets. was sometimes very loud due to live music in the restaurant below which played until 12pm. apartment on the same floor was an office so you could here apartment buzzers and people talking in the hall area from 7am onwards
