La posizione è strategica per visitare i dintorni e la comunicazione con l'host è stata veloce e cordiale. Unico piccolo appunto: al piano di sotto il salone era un po freddo di temperatura , ma nulla che abbia rovinato l'esperienza. Consigliato!"

• Sukhjovan (4/5): Good location but not satisfied with stay. - Location is good, close to station and supermarkets. Facilities were Ok. Apartment smells bad with dampness. In winters it gets very cold and no internal heating is provided. One heater provided that too with 1 out of 3 coils working. Oven and chimney were not working. Beds are not comfortable at all for more than 2 people it's very difficult. Geyser only gave hot water for one shower. After that everyone had to take bath with cold water which was very bad in this cold weather of December. We were regretting on booking this apartment. Bathroom also smells very bad. Overall experience was really bad. Not satisfied at all. Must need to improve the conditions.

• Dalma (4/5): Disappointing - + close to central station + well-equipped kitchen; towels, soap, body wash, shampoo provided + spacious - the internet went down and hadn’t been fixed for the rest of our stay, despite asking - very damp and humid, maybe even moldy.. - the apartment was a bit smelly, the inner yard was very smelly and dirty - not too comfortable, very creaky bed, old bedding

• Eessaar (6/5): Pleasant - It was located a short distance away from the main train station and a well-stocked grocery store. It had a kitchen, incl. a water heater and clean fridge. Communication with the owners was also okay and they were very nice. Since the apartment had tiled floors and it was very damp (it also had a very moldy smell), it got quite cold but the blankets that were provided were very thin. There were heaters but these didn't help much in the downstairs bedroom. The description also said it would be a wheelchair accessible apartment however, there were steps in three separate places before even getting into the apartment. Inside the apartment, the downstairs bedroom is also located one step below. We had a stroller with us so it wasn't a big deal but this might be crucial information for others. Some things were also broken, like the metal bedframes downstairs, the shower screen, mosquito nets.
• Heli (5/5): Passable - We stayed for one night with my friend in this place, we both had an own double bed. Staff sent us tips for restaurants etc. that are close. Neighbourhood seemed little boring even though there were excellent pizzeria and bars. Beds were quite hard.

• Amy (1/5): Had to find somewhere else to stay and got given less than half the money back, don’t bother. - Leaving Mouldy walls, damp smell, flies everywhere, upstairs floor feels like it’s about to collapse, Wi-Fi doesn’t connect, air con leaks onto the plugs for the TV, the plugs were already faulty so the TV would turn on and off without input. Told the host the plug had water in and was making a weird sound but got no help I was just told it was perfectly safe just plug it in properly.

• Miljana (9/5): Very good offer for that price. - The apartment is clean and with nice furniture. In bathroom there is warm water and very good water pressure. The room is large, bed is big and comfortable. Location is very good, just 12min from the Central station. Popular pizzerias are nearby. Angela is very polite and friendly. There is no place to dry clothes and there is a bit of mould. Also, there are just two small windows.

• Natalia (10/5): Just great value for money! - Just great value for money! The apartment is located on the 1st floor. Don't expect furniture in perfect condition, but at this price it's great! A very interesting duplex apartment for 5 people, where on the 1st floor there is a living room with a sofa bed for two, and on the second floor there is a double bed and a folding chair-bed. If desired, a single mattress from a sofa bed can be moved from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor and the three of us can sleep. In the cold season there is no normal heating, the apartment is located inside the courtyard-well, which makes it cool for sure in the hot season. We were given small duiks for heating the 1st floor, which were noisy. On the second floor, the air conditioner was heated.

• Diana (8/5): Fair value for money - The location was close to the central station. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is not pleqsant at all. The staff was communicative. It was really cold, so an extra blanket would have been helpful. The bathroom flooded every time someone had a shower. Also, the smell inside should be somehow improved.

• Gilia (7/5): Good - It was a really good location, close by the train station. the beds were comfortable and has everyamenity one would need. the AC works very well also! this was great. The only thing that was a bit less was that the bathroom overflowed when we took showers… but all by all it was a really paeasant stay
