Niemals auf den dreckigen Sessel setzen! Es könnte sehr gut sein… Ist es aber nicht! Hier sollte der Besitzer über das Personal nachdenken. Beim auschecken unfreundliches aggressives Personal angetroffen.

ELISA THE HOST IS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. VERY CLEAN VERY SHORT WALK TO ST MARCO .. LOT OF FOOD SHOPPING CENTER AS WELL SMALL FRUIT/VEGETABLE STORE CLOSE BY IF YOU EAT AT HOME I HIGHLY SUGGEST THIS LOCATION . WE RENT THIS PLACE FOR THE 4 TH TIME ALWAYS ENJOY IT STAY WITH YOUR MEAL ON THE TERRACE IF NOT SEAGULL WILL LOVE TO SHARE YOUR FOOD !!!

• fabienne (6/5): - L’emplacement géographique est excellent, à 2 mn de la place saint marc. Les informations pour le Check-in/check-out très claires. La réactivité de l’hôte Elisa, très efficace. Certains équipements laissent à désirer: une couverture avec des traces évidentes de saleté, un canapé convertible en fin de vie, un fauteuil plus qu’usé, une porte fenêtre qui ne ferme pas bien, un radiateur HS, un micro-onde inaccessible… dommage!

• Mariusz (8/5): Super Wekend w Wenecji - minuta drogi na plac św Marka , Taras na wyłączność wkomponowany w weneckie dachy . 40 Euro które musiałem zapłacić za to że przyjechaliśmy po 20 godzinie. a z Poznania nie ma innej możliwości żeby Przylecieć wcześniej.

• Lars (8/5): - Very close to Piazza San Marco and nice terrace. Some features in the apartment needs soon to be replaced before they break down, such as the shower handle and the fridge. The lock at the entrance is challenging to open.

• Maryna (1/5): Господар спізнився на заселення на дві години і забув вислати данні про вхід в помешкання, чекали під дверима. Нажаль, ц - Розташування Брудно, все зламане: зливи засмічені, вода не стікає, вікна не відкриваються, після не закриваються, двері шафи висять і такого багато. Дуже брудно: пил, сміття, сирість… все старе. Кондиціонер аж чорний!
• Antoine (10/5): Ideal location to feel at home in Venice few minutes away from Piazza San Marco - The location is ideal very closed to Piazza San Marco , just a few minutes walk from the water taxi . Very nice set up , decorated with talent .. very large terrace to take meals .. or have a drink .. food super market or fruit/vegetable stores at 5 minutes walk as so many restaurant..pizza. You have everything you need for your stay .. This is the place if you want to feel like a Venetian living a few minutes from the touristic Piazza San Marco . Elisa that took care of stay is very helpful ,friendly and will answer any question by return message. Do not let any food unattended on the table located on the terrace if not friendly pigeons will love to share your meal Welcome in Venice!

• Aigul (5/5): Maybe a good property for Venice - Location and host. Mosquitoes bite all the time, air conditioner is not working. Location is good but church nearby can't give you good sleep because of the bells. Restaurants downstairs make noise at night with cleaning and it is hard to sleep.

• Anita1977 (8/5): Very good - The location of the apartment is great, behind San Marcos. It has a very nice terrace for the summer, but the apartment will undoubtedly be hot. Important, there are many stairs to climb, this is common in Venice but it must be taken into account. A bit run down and can improve cleaning. The entrance of the building very dirty and neglected. There is no furniture in the kitchen and the microwave was placed in the bedroom... The sofa bed was too old and difficult to open, it was opened by Michele who received us. It all seemed a bit improvised. The heating worked very well, but the apartment is cold. They have a rule with garbage that did not happen to us in any other place in Venice, and we have been there many times. They should take care of this issue and not burden the client with going to leave the garbage in a raft that is not close, etc.

• Gal (5/5): Passable - We stayed at this apartment with our 2 kids. The apartment was not very clean and we avoided using the kitchen from that reason. On the other hand, the location is amazing - 2 minutes walk from Piazza San Marco and is was a great experience living in the middle of the city of Venice.
