• Jodi (10/5): - Convenient safe location. The owner was very hospitable and helpful. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious with a large clean bathroom.
• Sorentina (10/5): - Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε κεντρικότατο σημείο στο κέντρο της πόλης και κοντά σε εστιατόρια και αγορές.Μπορέι να φιλοξενήσει άνετα 6 άτομα καθώς διαθέτει 2 εξοπλισμένα μπάνια.Νιώσαμε σαν το σπίτι μας.Η κουζίνα προσφερόταν για ετοιμασία γευμάτων και πρωινού. Οι σκάλες του κτιρίου και ο ανηφορικός δρόμος ίσως να μην προσφέρονται για ανθρώπους με κινητικές δυσκολίες αλλά εμάς δεν μας πείραξε καθώς οι δρόμοι και τα κτίρια της πόλης είναι όλα έτσι

• Paola (7/5): - Posizione ottima e strategica per visitare la città! Tutto bene, un po' impegnative le scale ma credo sia inevitabile in centro.
• Sarah (10/5): Eccezionale - La struttura si trova in una posizione eccezionale, attaccata a via Toledo, Piazza Plebiscito, Galleria Umberto I ecc, nonché servita benissimo dalla metro Toledo. Nelle vicinanze si ha tutto (conad, farmacie, negozi, tutto!) e appena sotto un'ottima trattoria. L'appartamento è silenzioso, spazioso, ben arredato e adatto a gruppi fino a 10 persone in quanto i due appartamenti possono diventare comunicanti (oppure rimanere separati) e i bagni insieme arrivano a 3. Asciugamani in abbondanza, phon, in cucina caffè, acqua e addirittura delle marmellate monoporzione. Il padrone di casa una persona veramente gradevole, ci ha accolto benissimo, molto puntuale, è stato a nostra disposizione per tutto il soggiorno dandoci utilissime informazioni su come muoverci con una gentilezza oltre il comune. Ci ha anche custodito le valige il giorno della partenza!!! Consiglio assolutamente questo alloggio per visitare Napoli! A voler proprio cercare un difetto, la cucina non era ben pulita negli interni (stoviglie e cassettoni). Ma l'appartamento era in generale pulito, quindi veramente una piccolezza rispetto a ciò che questo alloggio offre. Per questo metto comunque voto 10 e consiglio vivamente la struttura. Segnalo solo che la struttura ha scale dai gradini un po' alti, quindi non è adatta a chi ha problemi di deambulazione.
• IOANNIS (9/5): Σε γενικές γραμμές πολύ καλό διαμέρισμα για την περιοχή και τα χρήματά του. - Στην πολύ γραφική Ισπανική Συνοικία. Λειτουργικό και ευρύχωρο για 4 άτομα. Χρειάζεται περισσότερη καθαριότητα στις τουαλέτες.

• Mirella (9/5): Buona posizione. - L’appartamento era molto accogliete e moderno. Dotato di aria condizionata e cucina. L’appartamento è a tre minuti da via Toledo e da piazza del Plebiscito. La posizione è molto comoda e tranquilla. I signori sono stati sempre disponibili per eventuali consigli. L’appartamento era dotato di due bagni con due docce, il problema è che l’acqua al bagno del piano di sopra arrivava molto molto piano se veniva aperta contemporaneamente la doccia o lavandino al piano di sotto. Quindi sostanzialmente funzionava solo una doccia alla volta

• Francesca (9/5): Ci tornerei sicuramente - Sopra ogni cosa mi è piaciuto il rapporto con il proprietario (ciro) e suo fratello Luca. Persone squisite. Oltre a questo l'appartamento è in una posizione comodissima, letti comodi e non è rumoroso. Il condominio è piuttosto vecchiotto per cui l'ingresso, il vano scale e l'ascensore lasciano un pò a desiderare. Penso che sia una situazione che si ripete di frequente nel centro di Napoli

• andrejah (8/5): - lokacija je v samem centru mesta, ampak se hrup ne sliši v sobo plačljiva parkirna garaža čez ulico apartma zelo velik in udoben ima klimo in balkon postelje zelo udobne gostitelj zelo prijazen težji dostop z avtom, ampak lahko taxi odda zelo blizu. ulice so enosmerne in polne zelo živahna ulica, ampak prijetna v 3. nadstropju brez dvigala (potrebno prehoditi 43 stopnic)
• Florin (10/5): It was a fun, memorable experience in Napoli with the family! - There was plenty of space for the 6 of us, it never felt like we were in each other’s way. The fact that we had 2 bathrooms was VERY helpful. We also liked that we had a kitchen because we cooked almost every day and that saved us a lot of money. The location of the property is excellent, because we were able to go to most of the places we wanted to visit by foot. Our host Ciro was very kind and welcoming. He waited for us on the first night even though we arrived quite late and he patiently explained all the things we needed to know about Napoli. He gave us recommendations for places to go and things to eat. It’s not something that has to do with the apartment, but with the building. The stairs to get to the apartment are quite steep, so you have to be very careful on them. They aren’t a problem if you’re in good shape, but for guests who are old or heavy they can be quite challenging. Better to take the elevator if you’re not sure you can climb them safely.
• Lyudmyla (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location, they have everything you need, clean apartment and very nice people. Street is not loud, and very close to everything. No elevator, but we had only carry on. They helped us with parking and all information. Really nice place to stay!

• Ophelie (6/5): It was nice 👍 - Well located, clean and spacious with many tools for cooking. The hot water was very unstable. Also the owner wanted us to cancel our reservation with booking in order to pay a cheaper price directly to him but we didn’t want to. In the end we were happy we didn’t agree because later he thought we had made a party in the flat, while we hadn’t, and told us we had to leave right now if this was the case. But we couldn’t give any proof just we didn’t have a party so we were surprised by the accusation. Hopefully we still had the protection of our reservation on booking. Otherwise the flat is nice.
• Federico (10/5): great stay, great host - the location is hard to beat. the apartment is quite large and everything was comfortable. very clean and shower has plenty of hot water. surprisingly quiet given the location, we slept really well. someone met us to give us the key and show the place, it was very easy, we just contacted them as soon as we arrived at the train station. we would definitely go back be warned there is no elevator, and the stairs are very narrow, but that is something that cannot be changed

• Ashika (6/5): Comfortable Budget accommodation worth the price - 1. The location is great in the city centre. 2. The underground sotteranea is a few steps away 3. The person who runs the place is extremely helpful and sits down with a map and explains all the sites we can visit and provides suggestions. 4. Tea coffee provided and vessels in kitchen 5. Clean beds n towels 6 hair dryer provided 1. Do not attempt to arrive by bus and walk if you have luggage (it's a nightmare!) it's uphill walk and cobble stoned walk way.. Please rent a car from Napoli central. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and no elevator (fyi for people with small kids n luggage) 2. The hot water temperate keeps changing in the shower. 3. The microwave plate was broken some dishes in kitchen were dirty. 4 bathroom had a cracked mirror

• Małgorzata (9/5): Nice appartament in perfect place. Very kind host! - perfect location. practically on the border of the Spanish Quarter. apartment comfortable for 4 people. There is a comfortable double bed on the mezzanine, and two single beds downstairs. The stove is small but there is almost everything in it - except for the electric kettle. water for tea must be boiled in a pot :). the apartment is clean, the windows well isolate any noise from the street. there are external shutters. Adequate size bathroom. Ciro- the host is a very nice and caring man. He gave us a lot of good advice, helped in arranging the transfer from and to the airport. he asked during his stay if everything was ok. very dyzy plus for that. the apartment fits. and 2 floors in a tenement house. there is no elevator. the stairs are sideways and narrow. It didn't bother us. but I believe that with a large suitcase it would be a big inconvenience. anyway - I really recommend it! There is no electric kettle.
