Das Bett war sehr groß und gemütlich. Die Ausstattung der Küche: Das Geschirr / die Kochtöpfe und Pfannen und vor allem die Bialetti - Kaffeemaschine waren schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise verschmutzt.

De mensen die het runden wel heel aardig. 1 douche functioneerde niet en de douches waren ook niet heel schoon net als de keuken. De keuken was niet goed uitgerust en er stonden nog vele oude levensmiddelen in de kast. Geen toiletpapier en 1 handdoek voor 4 dgn is wat wat weinig.

El apartamento es amplio, para una familia de 4 personas es perfecto. El apartamento es viejo, necesita una reforma. Las escaleras de la entrada para notaros que íbamos con un bebé son un inconveniente.

• Clara Thanh (8/5): - Die Lage war perfekt. Die Wohnung ist sehr typisch venezianisch mit Blick auf den Kanal und ne Brücke wie im Titelbild. Die beiden Schlafzimmer waren gross und es gab zwei Duschbäder. Die Duschen waren sehr klein... auch gewöhnungsbedürftig für kleine und zierliche Menschen Kleider max. Größe S.

La gentilezza della ragazza. La dotazione di bollotore e forno microonde, meno il resto della cucina. La camera matrimoniale molto ampia. La presenza di due bagni con doccia. Il palazzo molto bello, proprio su un piccolo canale e un portico. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo soprattutto in base alla posizione! L'appartamento è un po' datato e trascurato, Basterebbe poco per renderlo più accogliente. bagni molto piccoli e senza Bidet con wc appiccicato alla doccia. L'assenza di un lettino da campeggio per il nostro bimbo piccolo. Pagamento obbligato in contanti. Visto che da quanto ho capito la proprietà ha anche il bar situato sotto l'appartamento, dove si esegue il check in, penso si potrebbe facilmente comprendere la.colazione. Molto molto rumoroso fino a tardi la sera!

• Nieves (10/5): - Nos recibieron extremadamente bien. Fue fácil llegar y el apartamento estaba impecable. Si volvemos nos encantaría quedarnos nuevamente ahí. Muchas gracias! Era ruidosa la calle por la noche pero al cerrar las persianas y ventanas se aislaba súper bien la habitación.

• Maria (5/5): Regular - Su ubicacion, el encanto de estar en pleno centro de Venecia y que es bastante amplio. Lo demas bastante regular en general. Instalaciones antiguas y dejadas y la limpieza bastante mejorable. No fueron capaces de dejarnos alguna toalla pequeña en los baños para las manos y los pies, solamente una grande para cada persona. Lo peor la cocina, bastante vieja, sin apenas utensilios para poder cocinar, sin una triste sarten normal ni cubiertos suficientes para poder comer en condiciones pero lo peor de todo es que tuvimos que bajar al bar a pedir un mechero ya que no nos habian dejado nada con lo que poder encenderla y cocinar. El pago se hace alli en solo efectivo y no te admiten tarjeta, incomodo tambien.

• Tarrantking289 (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was in a very quiet park of Venice. There are 2 restaurants just feet from the door, along with pizza and gelato right around the corner. Apartment was nice. There is AC in both the rooms, and after a long day of walking around Venice, it was welcomed and needed. We didn't use the kitchen, but it was fully stocked with everything needed if we wanted to cook something for ourselves. Nothing much other than the showers in the bathrooms are extremely small.

• Cynthia (5/5): Lovely location, passable stay - Location was great, walking distance to the train and airport bus. Views of the canal from the apartment was special. Staff were helpful and responsive. The apartment did not feel clean, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. Not a huge issue if you don’t plan on spending long in the apartment but with kids, I had planned to cook a few meals and the kitchen is not very well equipped.
• Neda (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location, the accommodation matches the price. The owner, Antonio, is helpful and wonderful. I agree with the other reviews. Bathrooms are small but it's okay.
• Cristianjara (2/5): Very poor - Location is ok. The service is terrible. The apartment was not clean, and the towels were smelly. And the staff is really rude and not willing to solve any request. If you call the contact number in booking.com, they will aggressively tell you not to call that number anymore and go to the bar(where you have to check in) to ask for anything. If I could put a 0 or negative, I would. I had to call the phone number around midnight because the apartment was too hot and getting warmer, the heater somehow was on and there was a bunch of not touch signs on multiple switches, I couldn't figure out how to turn the AC, the remote controls were hidden in a drawer. I never got an answer, and they just sent someone in the morning to show us where the controls were. This could have been avoided if they had some information written in the apartment, but not even the WiFi password is obvious because it is on a sticker under the WiFi modem. In conclusion, it was a terrible experience.

• Alexandra (5/5): Good location but poor value for money - Excellent location in the center of Venice. The obligation to pay in cash and the pickup at a bar felt strange. The apartment was very loud as described in other comments, but we were prepared and had earplugs. The apartment was very, very dirty. We would mold in the bathroom, a thick layer of humid dust in the aeration in the bathroom and a few handfuls of dust here and there in the bedrooms. The sink in the kitchen was very rusty and it was hard to get water. Due to this, I would say the apartment is overpriced.
• Kevan (5/5): Passable - Quite centeral location easy access to bus terminal. Sewage smell in common area. The whole apartment looked tired. Kitchen ill equipped. Had to stand on a chair to reach utencils. The bed mattress needs replacing on each bed. Pillows' poor condition. Only one towel each. No bath mat hand towel or tea towels. Noise from nearby restaurant went on till early hours of the morning. Ironing board broken. Host tried to pressure us into paying cash before arrival and on arrival.
• Kwee (4/5): Ill equipped room - Location host lacks considerations to make your stay comfortable, ill equiped even with basic amenities, pot left with only one handle, spoilt kettle (though replaced the next morning), only one hanger for each room (need to ask host to top up next morning), no place to hang clothes because the only cupboard in one of the rooms is not usable (was told because it had been like that for a year and not much can be done!!!), super small bathroom
• Debrah (7/5): Venice is beautiful and a lifelong dream of mine to visit - The location was great. It had dishes, etc., fans, hair dryer, coffee machine and microwave. Bathrooms are way too small. My son hardly fit and for me it was hard to move around in. We could not find how bathroom fans worked nor the hvac system in apt. We had to share a roll of toilet paper. With one key, we could not go our own way whenever we wanted.

• Matthew (9/5): A quirky, characterful base in the heart of an amazing city. - This apartment is in a stunning location, right in the heart of Venice, within easy walking distance of the train and bus stations, and the Rialto bridge, and surrounded by good bars and eateries. The decor is a little faded, but it has bundles of character and wonderful views over church and canal. It made an excellent base for exploring this extraordinary city. Check-in involved picking the keys up from a local bar, which was a little chaotic. Also, it was awkward to have to pay in cash! The kitchen was poorly designed and equipped.

The host was helpful and responded to all requests. Bathrooms are just bad. The hot water was not stable. Difficult to take a shower in December. The apartment is not planned well for example: can't cook with the kitchen door open as it blocks the oven.

• Anqi (8/5): Canal view and big rooms with two bathrooms - The size of the room is big, considering this is Venice. Although the bathrooms were small as described by the other reviewers, having two bathrooms is great for our family stay. Given that this is Venice (our second time here), this apartment is great for value! We would come here again. The kitchen cabinet could have been cleaner. Much leftover food from previous guests was stored above the fan and the packages became oily and dirty.

Very bad smell coming from the kitchen cupboard, so I was unable to use it while staying at the apartment. Lots of noise coming from local bar until early hours of the morning ( even during the week ) Had to keep windows shut due to the noise.

• Sarah (2/5): Dirty, gross, waste of money! - It started off strange, when straight after booking we were told check in takes place at a random bar around the corner and we need to pay in full in cash upon arrival (I feel like that should be noted prior to booking) when we arrived at the bar, they were slow to get things arranged as they were also serving customers. Eventually we got into the apartment and things unfortunately didn’t get much better. Everything smelt, every cupboard in the kitchen had a damp mouldy scent. The bathrooms were so small you could hardly fit. The beds were horrible, springs were snapping on us in the night and the pillow was the lumpiest thing I have ever slept on. Woke up with neck pain every day. The floors were slanting and sticky, with crumbs and dust and just unclean and gross. The place needs some serious tlc, and for what we paid, we were extremely disappointed. And the one time I sent a message with a question about check out and what to do with the keys, I got no response.
• James (9/5): Spacious family accommodation, 15 min walk from main action. - Very spacious for Venice - 2 big bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen. A bit expensive - and have to pay in cash which is a pain.
• Sherlyn (10/5): Lovely stay! - Hosts were VERY accomodating, they allowed us to leave our bags early and also let us collect our bags late - which was very much appreciated. The rooms were spacious. We had two hairdryers in each room. Nothing to complain about - we generally had a very good time staying here. We had to pay by cash. We tried to contact the host via booking.com but their replies were a bit slow, which isn't too much of a problem for us as they ALWAYS pick up whenever we call them on their phones.

• Natalie (1/5): Bad - None We booked the accommodation, and we arrived at the property. We were then messaged to be told that we can only pay cash, even if we booked via Booking.Com. When we communicated that we needed to pay by card for receipt purposes, and asked for alternative solution, no answer was given. No reply from the host whatsoever, just silence. We had to seek alternative accommodation. Never heard back from the host.
• Sarah (7/5): Great location - Great budget option in an excellent location with a nice view of the canal. The kitchen facilites could be a bit nicer (some broken cutlery and no washing up sponges or tea towels) and the apartment decor was a bit incongruous, but it's Venice so who's spending much time in their apartment?
• Jane (6/5): Lovely part of Venice , a little off the main drag with some nice local bars etc. However a little over priced for the s - Location, canal view and although Tony two bathrooms. Lacks a few basics, such as a few useable spoons. There were a few broken ones but despite doing dishes regularly not enough to go around. Toilet roll holder fell to pieces every time some one used it. It makes a loud clang in the middle of the night. Shower needs a good clean as it has black mould developing. More towels, some milk and a thorough clean would also be good. Instructions to get in could also have been clearer from the start.

• Tainá (8/5): Very good - The flat is very good located, next to the vaporetto (5-7 min walking). If you follow the right way, you reach the flat from the bus/train station with few bridges (3) being 2 of them with access ramp. Nice places to take breakfast also very very near. Keys were given in a bar in a street next to the flat (1 min). The flat has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen. Beside the bathrooms, all the rooms were spacious. They had mosquito net in all windows and this was very good ! Ventilators were available in both rooms and 1 had also A.C. It can be loud in the evening and the windows don't hold back the noise. The bathrooms were very small (not the biggest problem). There were 2 beds and in 1 the pillows didn't had a cover - we arrived late and didn't notice, only in the next morning, that only 1 bed was freshly done for us. -maybe they just thought we sleep in the bigger room automatically. The bed in the bigger room with A/C (where the pillows had the cover) was better than the other.

• Bartuseviciute (7/5): Very convenient location for short stay - The apartment was small but it had all we needed for our 2 night stay. Having 2 bathrooms was very convenient. The location was fantastic. Kitchen was well fitted, just lacked a kettle but maybe this is not standard in Venice. The check in process was a little strange (bar very close to apartment), cash only payment and the host was very surprised we wanted a receipt. The light in one bedroom did not work and because the host had no English it was difficult to understand what he was going to do about it. We came back the following evening after some activities and found he had come to fix it at some stage.
• Aleksandr (5/5): Large 2 bedrooms, but don't expect luxury - Two spacious double bedrooms. A convenient location roughly half way from parking to the main attractions. You could say that at 154 euros per night for a 2 bedrooms apartment in Venice this was a bargain, but actually in July there were so many rooms available on Booking just a day before we needed it that those prices should actually fall more to balance the market. This apartment definitely needs repairs: inner doors are awful, as well as showers, one AC was broken, the kitchen doesn't have even a kettle etc. Check-in, check-out and communication weren't as smooth as you'd wish for, because some people involved spoke neither English nor German and response time to text messages was huge.

• Anoniem87 (10/5): Exceptional - The location is awesome! Just 10 minutes walk from the trainstation and 10 minutes walk from the Piazza San Marco. The appartement is perfect located with an own private bathroom and toilet. The view from the bedroom is unbelievable beautiful, next to the canal and with two little bridges. We loved the appartement. The bed was also very comfortable we slept very good.

The people that you get keys off at the restaurant are the most friendly people in Italy and the restaurant is lovely cold beer great food. a little noisy at night and it’s not flash it’s clean and handy and if you’re on a tight budget it’s good

• Pavel (7/5): Satisfactory for a stay of two to three nights maximum. And take the mosquito repellent - Good location, 10 minutes to the train station, 15 to the Rialto. The owner allowed us to move in an hour earlier and leave an hour later. A very high price for a not very comfortable old apartment. The doors creak a lot, the bathroom is like in a cheap hostel, the stone floors are very cold, but there are not even slippers and rugs near the bed. There are not enough kitchen utensils, mugs, spoons, glasses. Everything is very shabby, unkempt and uncomfortable.

• Joanne (8/5): Well located apartment with spacious bedrooms. - It is a very spacious apartment. The location is excellent for getting to all corners of the city with a ACTV stop very close by. The apartment also has an excellent view of the canal just outside. The dishwasher unfortunately didn't work when we stayed. The bathrooms are also quite small.
