• Dagmar (8/5): - Tolle Lage! Großes und sauberes Apartment! Müllentsorgung musste selbst gemacht werden- etwas kompliziert! Leider keine Geschirrtücher!
• Jolanda (10/5): Comfortabel en rustig verblijf in een prachtige wijk van Venetië - Het appartement was sfeervol, ruim en heel erg schoon. De omgeving is prachtig en verrassend rustig. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een paar dagen Venetië is aanwezig.
• Rodneyc (10/5): THE PERFECT PLACE TO STAY - The apartment was perfect, as two friends sharing it was great to have our own separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The rooms were beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. We were greeted by Arrigo who gave us the keys and showed us around the apartment, he gave us lots of information about the area, shops and restaurants and was available to contact should we have any problems during our stay. The location was great with all amenities close by and St Marco just a short walk away. We could not fault this apartment. Not a fault with the apartment but the alley way at the back could be noisy with people talking in the early hours which echoed.

• peter (5/5): Theoretisch - Theoretisch ist alles gut. Ein ruhiges Quartier, trotzdem nur ein paar Minuten zum Markusplatz. Sehr grosszügiger Grundriss, zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder, Küche, gute Stube, hübsche Terrasse, funktionale Küche. Präsentiert sich bestens… Es fehlt der Charme. Hier wurde ein Appartement extra für Touristen erstellt, das lebt alles nicht. Verspätete Ankunft (nach 19.30) kostet 35 Euro extra, überhaupt alles etwas kompliziert. Und dann ist da der Geruch, dagegen müsste der Vermieter ganz dringend etwas unternehmen, das ist eigentlich nicht zumutbar.
• Sandro (8/5): - Wir wurden super herzlich empfangen. Wenn man eine Wohnung im venezianischen Stil haben möchte, ist es perfekt. Leider war die Außenbeleuchtung defekt, sowie die Klimaanlage in einem der Schlafzimmer.

• Anne (9/5): Perfect accommodations in a great location central Venice. - Apartment was super clean and very well equipped. It suited our needs (2 couples) perfectly. Spacious and well located to restaurants, shopping, water transport and attractions. Brigette, our host, was extremely helpful. Highly recommended. Nothing of any significance.

Plenty of room for our group of 3 Another lounge chair would be nice, but not essential. Having to take our rubbish to the rubbish boat ( which we couldn’t find) on the last day wasn’t great.
• Christin (8/5): Comfortable and flat in a good location with supermarket round the corner. - The location is excellent . Flat is light, airy and comfortable. The 2 bedrooms are a good size so no fight who gets the bigger room. Nice to have 2 bathrooms. Sitting/ dining room area is a bit small but adequate. Kitchen is ok . As you say ‘ it did the trick’ and we were happy. Staff very communicative. Lighting in the sitting room was very bright but minor issue.
• Marian (10/5): We loved the apartment - We had a job finding it because it is in a quiet hidden location, we had a probem contacting the hosts for the keys because our phones weren't working well. However once we got the hang of the locks, all went well. Very lovely place, quiet area close to amenities. Every requirement was met. We loved it and would recommend it. See above about finding it and getting in. Otherwise all was well. Found a good place to leave our cases - a hotel in Calle del Vin. This information could be in the partment. Cheap and handy for the Alilaguna boat.

• Peter (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is really well presented with excellent facilities. The kitchen is well equipped, making self-catering a breeze. The two bedrooms are extremely comfortable and you could quickly find it a home from home. Its location is excellent, just a few hundred metres from San Marco and the lagoon. There are plenty of shops and restaurants close by making it ideal for a stay in Venice. There is nothing not to like

• Emma (8/5): Very comfortable, excellent location. - Excellent location in a very quiet but central area. Flat has all amenities, nice little touches and a nice little balcony, good sized bedrooms. There’s a super market and restaurants a couple of minutes walk. Just a small observation - they could provide a more comfortable amount of small staples such as coffee capsules or extra toilet paper.

• Jessica (8/5): It was special, comfortable, secure and blissful. - The gentleman came to the bus, before that we got informed what bus to use from airpoirt, we met getting off of the bus and he helped us to the apartment even took water taxi with us. It was very thankful, we were overwhelmed a bit but he took initiative, very kind. We appreciate Ernest, he let us know what to be aware of in places and help understand a bit the water taxi. Thank you for putting this in place for us to have the comfort and wise experience while getting us to our destination. I genuinely loved everything about it, highly recommend this special place. Supplies, I only had one washing machine pod. We had to go buy supplies like washing machine detergent, paper towels and toilet paper. There weren’t any extras - nor end of the world since the market was 2 minute walk away.
• Mark (10/5): Met and exceeded our hopes and expectations. - Great Apartment in a perfect location. Extremely clean with fantastic facilities. Communication and arrival welcome was perfect. A hidden gem in a great location in Venice - minutes from the top Hot-Spots but in an untouched local location in Castello. Thank you! It was all great - no dislikes.
