• Janine (9/5): Highly recommended particularly from a location point of view. - The location was amazing. 10-15 min walk from termini station and easy 10 min walk to colosseum. Metro station about 2 mins away. Plenty of restaurants, shops and supermarkets if you want to eat in. Virtual key entry into building and apartment, although I took keys just in case something went wrong! Air conditioning was a bonus. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was great having the lift as the apartment is on the fifth floor, however it is very tiny. I only just fitted my smallish suitcase and myself in it. It’s not a complaint, just an observation that people should be aware of.

• Sruthi (5/5): Overall, while this place is a suitable/decent option for 2 adults, it is entirely unsuitable for more and I would n - Location was excellent. Having a working elevator, although small, was also helpful. The excellent bathroom is exactly as pictured. The bed in the bedroom is very comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet, a fantastic patio space (though we did not use it). You can make a reservation for 3 adults in this property, but it is only truly suitable for 2 adults. The pull out sofa is extremely uncomfortable. When fully pulled out, the entire living room becomes uninhabitable (for example, there is no space to open the drawer to access glasses and bowls, which are located in a drawer beneath the tv). The bathroom is also located in the bedroom, which means you will have to walk through the bedroom to access it. The space is so incredibly small that there is no room to even open luggage. The host does request you to clean up dishes being used, and while there is a dishwasher, we arrived to find an extremely soggy dish sponge and cloth that was very unpleasant. Overall, while this place is suitable/a decent option for 2 adults, it is entirely unsuitable for more and I would not book it again.

• Liliia (10/5): Perfect location! Highly recommend! - The property was clean, including everything what you need for living. There is a quiet neiborghood, easy to find, perfect located (10 minutes by walking from Colleseum and 20 minutes by walking from main Termini Station). All iconic attractions are located not too far, just 20-30 minutes from property. Also, 40 minutes by walking from Vaticano. The host was friendly and answered for all our questions. They advised us good supermarkets nearby (4 minutes by walking from property). There are a few good supermarkets nearby. In addition, there are a lot of cafes and bars with delicious Italian food such as fresh bakery pizza, pasta, lasagna … Nothing

La ubicación es perfecta a 5 min de la estación de Termini y a 10 min andando del Coliseo Es un 5 piso y el ascensor es solo para una persona. La luz del rellano es una bombilla que no da apenas luz y por la noche no se ve apenas antes de entrar a la casa.
• Nikolic (10/5): Za svaku preporuku, u lepom kraju, sa dosta lepih kafica, pekara, autobuskih stanica i na 30min pesaka od centra. - Objekat je bio čist, opremljen svime sto je potrebno( čajnik, posudje, fen, pegla, gel za tuširanje). Terasa je lepa i prostrana. Lokacija je na 10min od Koloseuma i isto toliko od glavne stanice. Domaćin je bio od pomoći, ispoštovan je svaki dogovor i izašla je u susret za sve sto treba. To sto nema lifta ( postoji mali teretni koji je jako uzan, taman za jednu personu, više od toga ne može ući) pa je malo teško popeti se do sobe posle duge šetnje po gradu😀

The location was fantastic, quiet but close to many attractions. It is on the top floor, but there is a small elevator you can use! Everything was great!

• Sue (8/5): Handy location & great outdoor balcony. - Great location with good communication with the owner. The outdoor balcony is fabulous! No luggage storage possible. Tiny lift felt very claustrophobic but better than having to carry suitcases up 5 floors! Bathroom is en-suite to main bedroom so if someone is using sofa bed they need to walk through your bedroom at night to use the facilities.

• Lewis (9/5): Great 5th Floor Apartment central to many Rome attractions - easy App based MyKey building and door access and the interior lift was appreciated being a 5th floor apartment. Very nicely styles and well appointed apartment with comfy bed too! The Lift is small so be patient with luggage but overall no issues.

The apartment is well equipped with everything you need and location is ex - The apartment was clean and modern with a spacious terrace. Had everyone needed. The location was excellent and short walk away from the attractions. There were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Nothing i didn’t like really however it was on the 5th floor and the lift was very small.
• Chiara (9/5): Super nice apartment in Rome - Cozy apartment, clean, quiet and very good location. The lift to get to the apartment (5th floor) is really small. If you are travelling with kids and you have stroller could be a bit complicated but still doable :)

Close enough distance to cafes, gelateria, supermarkets, metro & Termini to walk. Cobblestone streets. Very quiet & peaceful. The aircon worked so well for us with very hot days. Roberta was always helpful but it intrusive. Highly recommend for 2 people. Love everything. Thank you. All was wonderful.

• Daniel (9/5): Excellent location and well-appointed - recommend - Stylish, well-appointed apartment in an excellent location to explore the magic of Rome. We appreciated the elevator, washing machine and dishwasher and the thorough information provided by the kind host. The shower is great and the terrace balcony was a nice feature. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's a top floor apartment and the aircon system struggled to cool both rooms so the studio bedroom was hot to sleep in during our stay.
• Lorna (10/5): Lovely little apartment in the hear of Rome - Great little apartment in the very heart of Rome, just a short walk from the Colosseum. Great selection of bars and restaurants in the area too. Check-in process took only a few minutes and instructions for what to do upon arrival were very simple and straightforward. The automated system meant no waiting for key handover which was ideal. Our brief communication with Roberta was very satisfactory. Bedroom was very comfortable and kids loved the comfort of the pull out bed in living room also. Towels and linens were clean and fresh, and soaps and gels supplied too. Bathroom was spacious and well equipped. There were also some little supplies of teas/coffees, etc., in kitchen too. The terrace was a lovely sun trap, with a cute little seating area. The apartment is on the top floor and has a small lift which is a huge bonus in these old buildings. Getting suitcases up and down in the lift was an experience, but the kids loved the fun of that too! Overall a very well located apartment with cute decor, a place we would return to. The apartment has aircon in both the living room and the bedroom, but it wasn’t too effective during the day, even with all doors and windows closed. It was 39 degrees when we arrived though, so I expect that isn’t too much of a problem at other times of the year and it did allow for a comfortable sleep once outside temperatures dropped at night.

Close to all attractions, and lots of local good restaurants to choose in the area, I loved that there was an elevator, as walking all day, I didn't have to walk up 4 flights of stairs, Great bathroom and spacious shower. Beautiful terrace backed onto quiet courtyard. Good functional kitchen with coffee maker, kettle, microwave and dishwasher. Could have used more selection in dishware.
• Andrew (10/5): Rome adventure. - Good location. Close to subway station and restaurants and close walking distance to the Colosseum and Roman Forum. We managed to walk to most of the attractions except the Vatican (where we used the subway). The lift was extremely small. Only one person and a bag could fit.

• Colin (10/5): Excellent apartment, excellent location, excellent host. - The Location in Monti was excellent. Within walking distance of several major attractions like the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. The Metro station was five minutes walk from the apartment which made it easy to get around the city. The neighbourhood also has a number of tratorrias and a nice vibe about it in the evenings. The apartment itself was quite compact but it was nicely decorated and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay including kitchen facilities and a small washing machine. Kudos to our host who was very responsive to our WhatsApp messages and allowed us a late checkout on our final day. While the apartment had a washing machine, there was no dryer so we had to hang clothes on the towel rack in the bathroom to dry them out. The apartment was on the 5th floor but there is a small lift that we could use to bring our luggage upstairs

• Ying-ying (9/5): Stylish and fully equipped apartment to explore Rome - The apartment was very cute and strategically located in Monti area where you can find lots of great local restaurants and bars. It came with two AC, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, which was so appreciated as the city could easily reach +30c even in late September. Bathroom was spacious and the kitchen was fully equipped with a laundry machine. Check-in and out process was rather smooth. We really enjoyed our stay! Only one small comment on the lift. It was really tight so it could barely fit one person with a slightly bigger suitcase. The apartment was on the 5th floor so you most likely would like to use the lift.

• Damaris (7/5): Ok, but it would have been good to pay more attention to the basic needs of the guests - The apartment is located close to the main attractions of the city. It's easy to get around without using public transport (especially if you like to walk). Termini train station is also within walking distance. Communication with the host was good, we received all the details prior to our trip and we were able to the check-in without issues. The air conditioning worked very poorly. The apartment is on the top floor of the building and it gets very hot in July. Although we left both air conditioners on all night, the temperature did not drop below 28-29 degrees Celsius. We also had problems with hot water two evenings in a row. With the help of the host, we finally managed to get the boiler working (after 40 min.), but after a long and hot day of walking around Rome, walking into a hot apartment and having no warm water to take a shower wasn't very pleasant. A bottle of water would also have been greatly appreciated. We arrived very late at the apartment on the first evening and had to roam the streets to find a non-stop shop open to buy water.
