Guest Reviews
- Teija (8/5): Lovely old building - The location of the apartment was convenient, close to Termini station and metro station. There were also lots of good restaurants nearby.
The host Enzo was friendly, helpful and very attentive.
If you are looking for luxury, choose another destination. -
- Netti (9/5): - The place is huge and Enzo is very kind host.
- Elin (7/5): Flott beliggenhet og veldig hyggelig , hjelpsom vert. - Beliggenheten, det var nærme til Colosseum og kort vei til kafé - restauranter. Det var ikke så rent og gjerne oppgradert senger og bad.
- Sindi (8/5): - Location and historical aspects of building. Helpful host The Wifi connection was patchy and not very strong
- Blair (3/5): We left - The property was close to historical sights. There was no air-conditioning which would have been okay if there were adequate options to cool down the apartment. It is unseasonably hot right now reaching 40C outside. My thermometer told me it was 41C inside and we couldn’t open all windows for a breeze due to construction. There are renovations happening that we were not told about. There was a person in my window and people loud in the courtyard starting early in the morning. The ‘easy walk’ is not easy. You have to go down and come up 2 sets of steep stairs, at least 80 stairs each, to get to restaurants and the stores. This is not good for anyone with a bad back, bad knees, or other health issues. We left after the first night. The heat made myself and my son sick.
- Faulkner-heath (10/5): Exceptional - Contact with the owner Enzo was excellent. Very kind of him to let us in early due to early flight that day. Most grateful.
The location of the apartment was exceptional. So handy and so welcoming.
Restaurants, bars, supermarket, and all transport types within several minutes walk.
The 1st floor apartment is traditional Italian with two large bedrooms with all other rooms big enough and comfortable enough for the whole family. We all slept well. Kitchen is well equipped for all meal prep.
A fantastic apartment at a good price for such an exceptional location.
Would definitely stay again.
Thank you for everything Enzo.
- Anna (9/5): Superb - Enzo was absolutely perfect host. He was helpful And very careful. Only one room has a streetview. it was not visible from the photos. but finally it was not important as we spent only nights there.
- Michelle (10/5): Exceptional - Awesome location, in heritage building, just a stroll through the park to the Colosseum. Apartment is dark but there are renovations going on (which we had been told about) so this would have added to that. Enzo was wonderful in greeting us, giving us info, and letting us drop our luggage off early. Thank you for a great stay in Roma
- Dipakkumar (9/5): Communication with Enzo was easy. Great location and the apartment is spacious, warm & comfortable. -
- Tomasz (10/5): Perfect place for a walking city break - Location is perfect. Calm and quite. 5 minutes walking distance to Colloseum. A kitchen could be cleaner.
- Matt (10/5): Exceptional - Location was amazing, Enrico was a great host, venue was spacious and well equipped. Nothing
- Richard (8/5): Very good -
- Edwin (9/5): Great location, affordable and convenient. - Great location, very close to the colosseum and a great place to start your day through Rome. Enzo is a great guy and very helpful, waited for us upon arrival and gave us a thorough tour of the apartment as well as suggestions on local restaurants around Rome. I’m a tall guy so the bed could be bigger, other than that no complaints
- Kate (8/5): Enzo & Daniela, you are wonderful hosts. Thank you for your care & kindness, we loved our time in Rome! - The location is incredible! A short walk 5minute through a lovely little park sees you at the colesseum. Enzo and Daniella (the owners) are beautiful people who cannot do enough for you. Fantastic communication, Enzo kindly organised transfers for us from the airport. We were met with giant smiles and Enzo offered a wealth of information about the area with great passion. We were treated like family. Comfortable beds and large bedrooms rooms in a historic apartment. We loved our stay.
- Paul (10/5): Highly recommend, authentic Italian experience. Would love to stay again! - Excellent location! You can see the Colosseum from the window. Close to restaurants, transport & is in a beautiful street. The Apartment has plenty of room for our family of 5. The owner Enzo, was incredibly helpful & easy to contact, giving us some great tips for our stay. Loved this apartment! Nothing.
