• Arlette (5/5): Logement convenable et central mais contrariété à cause de l'accueil retardé. Sinon Milan super ! - Logement central Personne sur place pour l'accueil et difficulté pour payer la taxe de séjour par téléphone ! Attente de 3 h au pied de l'immeuble pour accéder au logement avant que quelqu'un ne se déplace ! 3 étages sans ascenseur : dur à 80 ans ! Plaque de cuisson sans mode d'emploi. Eclairage insuffisant en cuisine. Bruyant : fenêtre ouverte et volets sans fixations qui claquent.

• Krasic (10/5): - Smještaj je bio odličan za naš kraći boravak. Lokacija je odlična u prelijepom dijelu grada. Tramvajska stanica je u blizini što nam je dosta olakšalo kretanje po gradu. Sve je bilo uredno i ugodno, tako da bismo rado ponovo boravili ovdje.

• Consuelo (9/5): Ottimo monolocale vicino ai Navigli - Monolocale piccolo ma accogliente e con tutto il necessario L'ascensore si può usare solo con la chiave che è nel locker e va fatto un bel po' di scale a piedi. Per me non è stato un problema ma ho dovuto lasciare la valigia nell'androne e poi tornare a riprenderla

Ho prenotato perché Booking mi ha cancellato una prenotazione, stanza che non rispecchia le foto, manca il bidet, condizionatore non funziona, dopo la prenotazione viene imposto un check in automatico altrimenti paghi 50 euro, tassa di soggiorno da pagare con altro pagamento PayPal, procedure assurde, cuscini sottili come una sfoglia, approfittarici, altro nemmeno lo dico…

• Jacob (8/5): Very good - The apartment was situated very close to all amenities we could have hoped for. The building was lovely and the room was clean. Smooth check in and hosts were helpful whenever messaged. Only had one set of keys, although not in any way essential, would have liked a second set. Also, we only had one pillow each - again not essential to have more and probably could've asked the host, however there were no spares on site for us to choose.

• Iskandar (5/5): Good location but .... - It is in a very good location, although the entrance passageway on the 3rd level has probably seen better days. The trembling of the building felt in bed, each time a tram passed by viale del col lana. My sleep was disrupted as I am a light sleeper, but take note : the trams run all night, to my dismay.

• Arevik (1/5): Very Bad! - The only think that I liked was the good location. The public transport works perfect and is close to the city center. The fist impression of the room was 'wow' until I saw a huge black mold round the door. After 9 hours' travel I couldn't sleep or have a shower, all the room walls were covered with mold. I somehow survived 3 nights and cancelled it the last night. I received a refund only for the last night although a full refund in this case would be logical. What is booking thinking putting such a place under genius?

• Anonymous (4/5): Disappointing - Amazing location a few streets away from the Navigli District! Nice little kitchen, bathroom, and washing machine. However, the apartment had an ant infestation that progressively got worse. When the apartment complex sent a representative, he sprayed some big spray, wiped up the dead ants, and just gave us an extra bug spray can and told us to spray if any more came back (which they did). We were told that housekeeping would come clean the room, but they just changed the bedding and left the rest of the room dirty with ants and dirt all over the floor. Additionally, the whole apartment building was covered in shattered glass throughout hallways and around windows and doors. The check-in representative for the apartment said it was due to storms that had been occurring, but during our 4 day stay it was never cleaned up. On a positive note, the staff was quick to respond to our messages and very helpful in resolving the issue in the form of a partial refund. This probably was a fluke occurrence and just not properly maintained, but for a budget traveler who values location over a nice apartment, this is a great spot.

• Karen (8/5): Very good - Good location, clean and comfortable. We couldn't check in until very late, but the instructions we were given to retrieve the key and find our room were very good and helpful. Not enough pillows, tiny kitchen area.

• Roberta (8/5): Very nice place to stay! - Very good location, clean, complete "apartment" with elevator. The bed was hard. The first day the door handles (inside and out) came off, we thought we locked the door, but it was open when we returned from having lunch--after contacting the owner, we learned of a gate we could lock, so we could leave the apartment. Door was fixed and all was ok afterwards.
• Sweeney (10/5): a lovely stay in a great city in a very comfortable apartment - great help from the worker who checked us in, gave us the locations of shops, bars, restaurants etc. and was very kind about any queries. the location was very nice, a very clean and safe part of Milan. the apartment was very clean when we arrived and had lots of good facilities like AC, TV, cookers etc. enjoyed everything about this booking
