• Turbat (3/5): Be flexible and nice to your cancellations. - The location was good and easy to access to the attractions and restaurants/shopping areas. We stayed 3 nights and room was very small and did not meet our expectations. It was not comfortable at all for 6 people. When we were booking online , pictures were looking different and bigger space in the room. They should mention the truth that room is not enough for 6 people. For 3-4 people are okay. We wanted to cancel our 2 nights, they said no refunds at all because of we didn’t enjoy our time there.

• ERI (7/5): 清掃が… - 池袋の中心にすごく近かったのか良かったです 床の拭き掃除をキチンとしてほしい 土足厳禁だったのに、床を裸足で歩くと足の裏が汚れたのが残念でした あと、洗濯機で服を洗ったら服にゴミが沢山付いてきたので洗濯機の清掃してほしかったです

• Minh Phương (6/5): - Mọi thứ đều sạch sẽ, có cả máy giặt và sấy quần áo tiện lợi. Chủ nhà chuẩn bị thêm cả kem đánh răng, bàn chải, khăn tắm đầy đủ. Check in/out tự động rõ ràng và nhanh chóng. Chủ nhà support trên hệ thống nhiệt tinh nên cần gì có thể nhắn hỏi. Có thể gửi đồ sớm vào khoảng 13h. Trên hệ thống thể hiện 3 phòng riêng nhưng thực tế có 4 giường. 3 giường đôi và 1 giường đơn trong cùng 1 không gian. Nhóm mình muốn book phòng riêng để nam nữ sinh hoat thoải mái. Nhưng lúc đến các giường chỉ cách nhau 1 tấm rèn nên khá bất tiện. Phòng nhỏ nên không thể trải đồ cá nhân ra mà phải lựa nhau. Vị trí khá xa trạm tàu, phải đi bộ nếu ai xách hành lý sẽ hơi vất vả. Phòng mình ở tầng 2 lúc xách lên cũng mệt vì cầu thang nhỏ.

• Nicole (9/5): Superb - The value was the best. Typically, beds in Japan are hard. They were between soft and firm. I mentioned to the owner that the only thing I would change is the height of the beds. It would be very convenient to have more storage under the beds for luggage.

• Annaliza (1/5): Traumatic. First time to bring a loved one in an ambulance to a hospital's ER. - The washer and dryer. The misleading description of the bedrooms and the ill-designed toilet with an overhanging cabinet, which my son, quite tall for an Asian, hit upon standing from the toilet seat. He fainted from the severe impact. We rushed him via an ambulance to the nearest hospital, and incurred costs. The property is described as a three-bedroom apartment. There was no such thing. No rooms. No walls and doors enclosed or separated the beds; only a divider wall between two beds exists, unlike the airbnb in Osaka where we stayed three days before our stay in this airbnb that we booked also through booking.com where the bedrooms are really rooms with four walls and doors. This apartment has no rooms except the toilet room and shower room. It is cramped. Remove the big obstructing cabinet in the toilet room. It only contains tissue rolls, which you can place elsewhere.

• Sara (5/5): Not worth the price - good location, comfortable beds, response time of the staff is short the room is so small and definitely not worth the price. There are too many beds and it's only one room with not much space. The AC did not work, and nobody came to fix it. The room was cold and no hot air was coming out, only cold with a smell of mold. The worst is that there are very strong vibrations (probably a boiler) from the walls every 10 minutes and kept us from sleeping peacefully. We asked but still no interest to solve the issue.
