• Yisroel (2/5): It is by far the worst place we stayed in Japan and the price is way too high. - It is very dirty and falling apart. There are stains on the sofa and on the walls and floors. There is hair from previous tenants on the bathroom floor. It is disgusting. When we first arrived, there were 6 full trash bags blocking the front door.
• 찐 (10/5): 가족단위 최고 - 도쿄타워를 걸어서 이동할수있다. 주변에 패밀리마트. 로손. 세븐일레븐. 큰마트가있다. 세탁기가 있어 둘째날 세탁을 해서 돌아가서 집가서 할일이 줄어들었다. 호스트의 빠른 응답이 최고👍 주변에 병원에 있는건지 엠뷸런스 소리가 자주 들린다 여행의 피곤함 덕분인지 꿀잠잤다.

• Rhema (10/5): Our stay was nice. - We had a great stay on this property. The place is near to convenience stores. Fast food is nearby. There is also a ramen restaurant a few steps away. 2 subway line is just 5 mins walk from the apartment. Plus points also for the elevator 😊 None

• Mira (4/5): Top tier location, especially with kids. If the washer and AC issues get fixed, it would be perfect! - The location is top tier. Family Mart is at the bottom of the building, so I was able to send my young kids to grab things. Two train stations are within a few minutes walking. Additionally, there is a kids' park with a water play area located around the corner. The apartment is on the 5th floor, but there is an elevator. It's tiny, but I was able to squeeze a double stroller in it! You are able to see Tokyo Tower from the staircase. Breath taking at night! The washing machine makes the clothes smell, no matter how little I washed and how much detergent I used. It really needs to have a thorough cleaning. Using the dryer function made the smell even worse. After a few days, the AC started leaking water onto the bed. They said there was nothing that could be done except turn the temperature up. It was the hottest month in years, so that was not possible, especially at night. It was better at night since it wasn't as hot, but I ended up moving the sheets away and laying a towel and pot down until we left. We had to squeeze tighter on the bed to make it work. I would not stay again because of this.

• HONG (5/5): - It has an excellent geographical location，convenient transportation The environmental sanitation is not particularly good. The road is very noisy before falling asleep, but the merchant is equipped with earplugs.
• Jolene (7/5): Good - Very close to subway station. Family mart just 10 mtrs away and many restaurants around it. They had changed the window/door next to the bed, so the outside noise was less. However it would have been great if they had also changed new window above the couch and the kitchen. It would be very recommended to keep most of the noise away. The room was also kept as storage for the many cleaning stuff. Would be nice to keep it all separately from what guests may use. It was quite confusing sometimes. The automatic generated communication in the booking.com was only in Japanese. Which was very inconvenient for us who cannot read Japanese.

• Imran (8/5): Great stay! Would recommend. - Extremely welll located, with 3 supermarkets and a station just downstairs. The property is small and basic but it does the job if you plan to be out and about exploring all day. It was reasonably clean and well maintained. Felt safe and secure and the access into central tokyo was great. Some lovely restaurants and patisseries within 5 mins walking distance and the host gave a full, detailed booklet with all necessary information and instructions, including restaurant recommendations Poor quality heater, noisy and lots of police sirens at night but if you’re prepared, it’s not too bad. Can’t run the washer dryer at night as it’s noisy.
• Derek (8/5): Ideal for a family or couple - No breakfast supplied but fully equipped kitchen and Family Mart very close. Location opposite the train station was convenient. Walking distance to Tokyo Tower and Nezu museum and garden.

• Abhisek (5/5): Passable - Location is good but much further away from shinjuku/Shibuya and other interesting places The elevator was old and cramped. The place is pretty small as are other houses in Tokyo. There’s some smell from the restaurant below.
• Stefania (6/5): Good location but bring earplugs - Great location to explore Tokyo. Beds were comfortable for our standards. Easy and clear instructions to access. Response timings to messages is somewhat slow. Very noisy at nighttime with emergency services driving pat at least twice a night. Slightly overpriced despite location. You get a message asking for a 5* review at the end of your stay. Feedback should be spontaneous.
• 柏軒 (6/5): Pleasant - Close to two convenience store only take 30 seconds. The burger restaurant close to one floor is really delicious . The kitchen's electric kettle does not automatically turn off after the water boils, nor does it make any sound. It keeps heating continuously, which is a bit dangerous. The ceiling fire alarm actually fell off by itself, fortunately it did not hit anyone. The heating is not strong enough, cold air keeps coming in from the gap under the front door.

• Farah (9/5): It was a very satisfactory accommodation, I would stay again for a longer stay rather than just a night. - It was complete with furnishings, plates & pots for cooking, washing machine/dryer, toiletries & towels/beddings. They provided us with a manual of their favourite restaurants and places to see around the neighbourhood which was very helpful. It was nice that we got to drop off our luggage first so that we could go sightseeing. The check-in instructions wasn’t provided until the day off and I had to ask for it. Though we can drop off our luggage, we were caught off-guard by the extra luggage and shoe in our room. It seems that prior guests could leave their luggages at an extra cost after check-out but it just didn’t feel safe with our luggages in our room with theirs as we didn’t know if they were just going to pick it up later (they never came to pick it up). The house looked & felt generally clean but it was a bit dusty as I couldn’t stop sneezing from the dust, just to note for people who has allergies.
• Pichsinee (10/5): Exceptional - Clean accommodation with all necessary items. Suitable for family stays. The host provides good advice and care. Everything is good, nothing to be disappointed about.

• Edu (6/5): Decent for small family without sleep problems - very good location, in front of the subway station, plenty of shops and restaurants around Easy access Extremely noisy, not for the light sleeper, the amount if noise at night is excessive, the property could do with sound proof windows, is directly facing the main avenue. I had to use my airpods with noise cancelling to be able to sleep. Appreciate it hosted us, but I wouldnt return as a group of 5, maybe 2 adults and 1 child, otherwise you’ll feel cramped!
• Robert (10/5): If you are looking for an entire apartment to stay in I suggest booking this property. So far, this has been the best. - Though not our first trip to Japan this is our first stay in the city. Very, very good location. There are several restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, convenient stores all over. Accessible to subway station, as well. There’s nothing not to like about the property.
