• Kachasen (1/5): Bad - Properties too old and bad Really not happy with this
• Nard (5/5): Not so comfortable - We are a family of 6 and we stayed there for 10 nights. The unit is very close to the train station, restaurants, other hotels, and convenience stores. The toilet is in a separate room from the shower room. There is a vacuum cleaner in the unit which we requested from the host, we used it daily. We liked that there is a floor wiper and clothes dryer which was not listed in the facilities. There are lots of cleaning products available, great for long stays. The unit is clean but not perfect. Internet access is available and very good. The whole unit has a musty or damp smell. You could hear the faint sound of the trains passing since the unit is very close to the train station. We were unable to open the light in one bedroom. We communicated with the host. Finally, we were able to see what was wrong, the host said there is a spare battery for the remote in the storage closet. We found remotes in the closet where the host instructed us to find the batteries. We used that remote and it worked. It took us 2 days to solve this issue. The lampshade's glass in this bedroom is cracked and should be replaced or removed and the sliding door is broken. The sliding doors in all of the bedrooms have big holes in the panels. The view from the 2 bedroom balconies is the train station and cemetery. It is great that there is a clothes dryer but it was scary to use, it shakes and vibrates whenever we use it, because it is on top of a shakey rack, thankfully it did not fall over. There is no lock in the shower room, it's uncomfortable to bathe when there is no lock. The bathtub wobbles, it is not stable. The upper half of the shower door is made up of frosted glass, you could see the silhouette of the person bathing while you are in the kitchen or living area. Yes, you could use the divider but it makes the room even smaller for family of 6 to move around. As a remedy, we used the curtain from the storage closet to cover the door from the inside. The toilet lock does not work, we constantly remind our family members that someone using the toilet so as not to unintentionally open the door. It's very uncomfortable. It would have been nice if the closets in the 2 rooms can be used by guests. It would have been good to store luggage. It is used as a storage/supply closet by the host. It is cluttered, there are many unnecessary displays in the unit that can be removed so the unit can be spacious. The unit is different from what is shown in the pictures.
• Alif (8/5): Very good - This unit come with large bed each room which is very comfortable.Plus the unit very near the JR station. A bit small for large group of 8 people but with proper arrangements of baggage it should be fine.
• The (8/5): A Homely Stay for my family of 4 - I like that it was near a train station, just 5 minute walk. There are eateries and convenience stores along the way. I love the bed, which was really comfy and bigger than the ones found at hotels in Tokyo/Japan. The apartment was well equipped with a washer, dryer, microwave oven, kettle, and other necessities in the kitchen except for a knife. Even the detergent is provided. However, we did not do any cooking. There is a hair dryer as well and a TV, which we did not use. Wifi was good too. Generally, it was a good place to stay. It felt homely. I had difficulty looking for the light switches as I arrived at night. Some instructions would have been good. As mentioned, wish there was a knife to cut fruits, etc. and detailed translation in English on how to operate the washer, dryer and air con. would be great. It would be good to have a work desk. There is barely space to put all our luggage. Since there were just 4 of us we could use the 3rd room to store our things. It is just next to the train tracks so it can be noisy for light sleepers. I did not like using the mixer (hot/cold water) in the bathroom (and kitchen) and it was difficult to have a shower in the tub as the shower holder is not above the tub.
