• Andrew (9/5): - The word cosy sums it up. For a place to sleep and be close enough to transport, Morino Yumo Private Lodge suited us completely. You do need to get used to stairs, but it is Japan and are fairly common in all buildings we ever needed to visit, so not really a negative.

• Rebecca (7/5): Establish an easy way to communicate can go a long way - The apartment is very comfortable and well stocked. Three adults stayed comfortably for 5 nights. There are streets 2 blocks away that you can join the locals and tourists for food and shopping. The apartment is on the fourth floor and we know that. But it is steep and tiring to drag big suitcases up. The owner doesn’t speak English so we had to communicate by email through Booking. For some reason I can’t View Message online in Booking app (very frustrating for all my bookings), which added another layer of difficulties in exchanging information. You also need to prepare to walk 15 mins to the nearest subway station.

• Brittney (9/5): - The space worked for us with a 2 year old, bathroom was very nice. Beds were very comfortable, AC/Heat was nice and worked perfectly. There is no elevator so be prepared to walk up 5 floors with luggage, stroller, kids etc. 15 minute walk to everything.
• Giorgio (9/5): Lovely authentic apartment in a more relaxed area of Tokyo - Very japanese-feeling apartment in a more quiet area close to both Asakusa and Ueno, makes for a very good place to stay. The Sky Tree is also in walking distance - the staff is extremely responsive via messages and helpful on site The area with the futons did not have tatami flooring and resulted a bit stiff - it's probably possible to move the seating area and use the futons there but we preferred to keep the 2 areas separated

• Bao (10/5): Great for couples!! - The room is really spacious for two, and it's well equipped for both long and short stays. The washer also has a dryer function, so that's handy! Honjo is a great neighborhood with a lot of great local spots for food as well.

Perfect for family! - First, for a European, the apartment is located on the 3rd floor (in Japan they count the ground floor as 1), so I was really glad to not have to go up too far. The apartment is exactly like in the photos! Really pretty ! And everything worked properly. We are a couple of 30 years old traveling with a baby and after a day at Shibuya or any crowded city center, we absolutely looooved the calm and how well cleaned it all looked around the appartment :) Also the person who welcomed us was very friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment!! We loved it. It is named an apartment with 2 bedrooms while there is one bedroom and one living room. But the apartment is so big that it was enough for the 3 of us :)

There weren’t two bedroom but one and the living room was considered the second bedroom. 4th floor without elevator
