Czyściutko, reczniki wszystko super. W sumie niema takich rzeczy, jedynie takie drobnostki to przycinała sie spluczka w jednej z ubikacji i w drugiej z umywalki przeciekała woda ale to drobnostki do poprawienia, niemiałoi to dla nas wiekszego znaczenia czy problemu.

It seemed so odd to us that there weren’t any basic supplies in the property - no salt, pepper or oil, (and a little carton of milk would’ve been very welcome after our late night arrival - we had to go out at 11pm searching the local neighbourhood shops!) no cleaning materials so we could keep the place clean for ourselves, not even dish washing liquid - it seemed pointless putting on the dishwasher for two bowls and two cups!

Быстрая реакция на сообщения в Букинге, хозяин всегда на связи и четко отвечает на все вопросы. В доме есть лифт, общая дверь всегда заперта. Квартира прекрасная! Хорошая площадь, два полноценных санузла. В апартаментах идеальная чистота. Постели были застелены для трех человек. Спальные места очень комфортные. Никакой плесени в санузлах не нашли, специально посмотрели, т.к. о ней писали в других отзывах. Из минусов - плохая звукоизоляция, слышны разговоры прохожих. Кому это мешает спать, возьмите беруши. На утюге нет терморегулятора))), отвалился, из-за этого не включался. Стиральная машина неотбалансирована), при стирке пыталась убежать, но мы ее поймали))) Можно пожелать хозяину решить эту маленькую проблему, пока она не превратилась в большой потоп. В целом впечатление о жилье очень хорошее, все сделано с любовью. Хорошая отделка и качественная мебель, хорошее оснащение кухни. И главный большой плюс - местоположение. Рядом любимый Трастевере, Ватикан и все красивые места Рима в шаговой доступности. Рядом с апартаментами супермаркет. Из Фьюмичино до Ватикана есть шаттл. В 4 мин от апартаментов есть камера хранения багажа. Это очень приятные бонусы. Спасибо за уют!)))

Facilmente raggiungibile dalla Stazione Termini sia con il bus che con il treno ( Stazione San Pietro). Dotato di tutti i comfort: bagno con doccia spaziosa, cucina con lavastoviglie e lavatrice, macchinetta per il caffè, bollitore. Camera matrimoniale con letti comodi. La finestra in bagno non si apriva e mostrava importanti segni di muffa, essendo dentro la doccia. Inoltre doterei il bagno di dispenser per bagnoschiuma e sapone. In camera un paio di cuscini in più non guasterebbero.

• Elizabeth (10/5): Ideal base for exploring the Eternal City. - San Pietro Rhome is a wonderful location from which to explore Rome, you are five minutes from the Vatican and there are great facilities nearby, supermarket, bakery etc. It is about 15 minutes brisk walk to the metro. The facilities are second to none, the kitchen allowed us a hearty breakfast before our four day trek around Rome. Everything was prefect.

• Beníčková (4/5): - The cleaning guy Location We arrived to find the apartment completely uncleaned: dirty bed linen and towels, dirty dishes in the sink, and a dirty kitchen and bathroom. After considerable difficulty communicating with the owner, we were told that the cleaning company had mixed up the apartments and ours had not been cleaned. While this situation is unpleasant, we understand that such mistakes can happen. Eventually, we were offered a change of apartment, which we accepted. However, neither of the apartments matched the photos on Booking. What was most disappointing was the lack of any apology or personal response from the owner, who did not even come to check the apartment. The apartment itself was generally fine, it showed clear signs of wear. In our opinion, a 9/10 rating on Booking at the end of January 2026 is completely misleading.

Es un apartamento muy chulo, bien cuidado y con una buena cocina que te evita gastar dinero en restaurantes, y con un supermercado al lado para comprar comida. Está muy cerca del Vaticano, y eso es perfecto para hacer un turismo religioso. El cable de la cafetera eléctrica no está, por lo tanto no pudimos hacernos café en la cafetera. Recomiendo poner ese cable, porque se agradece tener una cafetera La chica de la limpieza debería haber llegado antes, porque entró casi a las 16:00

Opposite the street there is a bus stop and in the neighborhood there is a big Pam super market. Romina was very helpful and kind enough to recommend us some coffee places in the city.

Just make sure to ask how to use the door keys for the front a - The location was excellent being close to the St. Peter’s Basilica, metro (though we didn’t ride the bus)and to restaurants. There’s a Pam market about 800 ft away. There is an elevator which made bringing our luggage upstairs easier. The bed and the sofa were comfortable. Linens were clean. The presence of the safety deposit box, stove, the washer and the drying rack were appreciated for a family traveling in Rome. There were a few tiny ants in the kitchen on the third day of our stay. No microwave. We had to buy our own paper towel, dish soap, coffee,etc unlike in other apartments that these were provided. Thank God for Google because we had to learn how to operate the appliances by ourselves. No manual or instructions provided.

• John (9/5): Spacious accommodation close to St Peters and public transport - The apartment was clean and tidy, well furnished and quiet. We were able to self cater when we wanted. The location, in a quiet side street, is a shortish walk to St Peters Square, the Tiber and Castel St Angelo to start your tourist adventure. The hallway and stairs to the first floor were clean and tidy with key access from the street door. It is a well served residential area with a supermarket around one corner and several local cafes and restaurants around others. The room sizes were generous with a modern shower cubical, a bidet and washbasin, near to the bedroom with its comfortable bed and good storage. Small toiletries are provided. Exterior shutters could be electrically closed at night and there was central heating and air conditioners for multi season use. We walked everywhere in this amazing city, an open air jewel. There was no microwave available for quick meals. We used the induction hob and the couple of saucepans which was fine for pasta. We bought bottled water for drinks as the tap water is treated and has a mild chemical taste.

Overall very clean and interesting color scheme of purple and green. Had all the basic amenities. Bathroom had a very minimal look. Good water pressure. I love how the windows work. I will defin Nothing to dislike. Minor stuff like wear and tear on the walls. The bathroom mirror was broken. Walls had some marks but not much you can do. Since it apartment had a minimals style - no place to put soap for washing hands.

Had to figure out a way to get it to hold as there was no holder for the head and the rail came off. There are also two single beds pushed together to form a double bed. Key also does not work to open the main door so had to keep putting the code in to open as key got stuck multiple times.

• Ivana (9/5): A good choice for exploring Rome - A comfortable apartment with two separate bedrooms, each equipped with its own air conditioning unit. Good location near the Vatican. Large and fully equipped kitchen. Close to shops and restaurants. The double bed consists of two mattresses pushed together, and there is a gap between the mattresses during the night. The key gets stuck in the lock, causing difficulty when locking and unlocking. The safe and kettle don't work.

• J (10/5): Other than the outer door issue, our stay was excellent. - Everything We should have had a key to the outer door. I was advised to keep that door open, but I didn’t know if it was mistakenly shut… we would be locked out. My husband was parking and did not hear the warning, then turned the bolts and closed it while we were there. I didn’t know that he did this, but since we had both apartments, he said that would enable the kids to move between units safely. When we left for dinner, our son pulled the door shut behind us, and we were locked out. With a party of 10 people, mistakes can and will happen. We should have had a key.
• John (8/5): Clean, modern, great location - Modern, good AC, good location and easy to find. Close to supermarket, cafes and Vatican 2 single beds pushed together to make a double bed
• Molly (10/5): Fab apartment - I booked this for my mum and dad, and they loved it. It was probably their favorite part of the trip. My dad is particular about where he stays, but he said the apartment was so clean he even walked around bare foot! They had a rough few days after being pick pocketed, and major delays during the airport but this stay made up for all of that. The host was attentive and responded to all of my messages promptly. I will book this stay again. Thank you MA
