• Liga (2/5): - Location Everything except that there was roof upon the head and hot water.
• Oksana (9/5): - Cozy apartment with marble floor. There's a washing machine, which we used only once. The Kirchen even had some basics like oil, salt, sugar and tea. Quiet place, with a canal nearby. I enjoyed everything with the kids

• Tindra (10/5): - Våran värd var väldigt lätt att nå och svarade väldigt snabbt om man hade frågor. Lägenheten var fin då vi kom dit, städad och fint bäddat i sängarna. Det fanns allt man behövde i kök och på toalett. Relativt centralt. Tog ca 15 min in till centrum att promenera, jätte nära market och mysiga caféer runt omkring. Tryggt med flera lås på lägenheten. Sängen var mycket hård

• xxss (5/5): - Die Unterkunft liegt leider nicht so zentral wie beschrieben – bis zum Mailänder Dom waren es ca. 27 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das Sofa war beschädigt und als Schlafmöglichkeit sehr unbequem. Zudem fehlte es an grundlegenden Dingen wie ausreichend Toilettenpapier. Insgesamt entsprach die Wohnung daher nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen.

• Michelle (5/5): Photo is where you take and drop your door key. - The surrounding neighborhood is quite and feel safe walking around. First of all, it was called Downtown Milan The Flat it’s no where near the Central if it’s somewhere you need to be. It takes 2 or 3 lines of Metro or 20-30 mins by taxi to get to Central Station. We had a very late check in, and we are instructed to get our keys on a safe lock outside the building (which very obsolete for someone like me who have already collected smart key cards from previous bookings from other countries). Then, the main door to our room got double locks which took us ages to open (still this is me comparing their lock to smart lock). The towels and pillow although washed had remnants of sweaty man who may have previously stay in that flat. You woke up like we have slept with another man (we are all married women and was on girls holiday). The towels and pillows need of replacement (I do the same in my own home). The bed got bed bugs I still got the red spotted bite marks as of writing. There are no teaspoons if you intend to make a coffee. The curtain on the toilet is too short to provide privacy for your lower bits.

• Hania (1/5): DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT NO MATTER WHAT! - Nothing. If you want to waste your money and make yourself very uncomfortable and anxious all the time, book this place. IT IS HORRIBLE!! The apartment is not even a one bedroom apartment, it is a studio with a gypsum board wall separating the bedroom and the living area. Everything was bad and very very dirty. The AC was not working and the bedroom did not even have any AC or even a fan. The apartment is a studio and not a one bedroom as advertised and it is very very small and not suitable at all for 3 people. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and cannot be used. I saw in the previous reviews that the host said that she changed it but no it wasn’t changed and it can’t be used even for a child. Its broken. The bedsheets and towels were filthy. There were a lot of bugs in the apartment that me and my parents got bitten a lot as shown in the photos. The Bathroom has a very dangerous step that my father fell from and got injured as shown in the photos. So please if you have an older person or a child, don’t book this. The host was very very inconsiderate and aggressive. I reported to her that the AC was not working and if she can get us a fan, she told me that “its not Africa and that I don’t even deserve the AC with the amount of money that I paid as shown in the screenshot” which I felt was very racist and rude. Furthermore, the host knocked on the door early in the morning without any prior notice or even a message on whatsapp and we were sleeping and said that its 11 AM already and everyone should be awake by that time. That was really UNBELIEVABLE. The host kept chasing us since the very beginning asking for the city tax and then she kept messaging us all the time during our stay and asking many unnecessary questions like “do you hear any noises” or “did you break anything in the apartment” which was very very strange and very intruding. In addition to all that, she messaged me the day before the check out saying that she will send cleaners who she gave them keys and will enter the apartment without prior notice on the checkout day. All I can say is that this is the worst apartment I have ever stayed in.
• Michal (8/5): Very good - Great location. If you like going out this is a place for you. Navigli is fool of bars/clubs and restaurants. Even though in the city centre it is relatively quiet. The flat needs a few updates. The Lounge bed is rather uncomfortable.

• Nelli (10/5): Great location, good value for money - The property is great, it is as on pictures. This is a simple, perfect apartment for 2-3 people for some days in Milan. The price is really spot on for the value, we liked our stay. The host is great, providing all neccesery informations and answers when needed with straight forward answers, but does not disturb you when you dont require help- exactly as we like it! The location is top notch! If you like a fuctional apartment at a good location and have your own expectations straight for your budget, you will have a super time staying here! We did really enjoy our stay- our only suggestion would be to consider to change the sofa bed at some point since the matrass or the part that holds the matrass(not sure) is quite loose and there ar deeper spots towards the 2 ends of the bed, however we solved it easily with an extra pillow and blanket:)

• Golsa (3/5): If u don’t care about litterally nothing but location, choose this place - The only good thing about this place was it’s location The flat wasn’t clean. And there were bed bugs. I have terrible bites on my legs. My friend who slept on the coach doesn’t have any. The coach was also very old and the leather was torn. Also the canape bed was very uncomfortable and doesn’t count as a bed.

• Chirine (4/5): Disappointing - The train station in only 5 to 6 min on foot. The apartment is relatively spacious, climatized and has good wifi connection. The owner is helpful and answers when sent a message. There was a kettle with a thick layer of limestone covering it on the inside and an old, dirty and rusty coffee maker available. Both impossible to use. No microwave to heat food. Small hot water tank, it runs out after 2 showers and we were 3 people at the apartment. Smelly pillows that we had to cover with clean cloths to be able to sleep. Moldy and dirty washing machine. Very noisy surroundings with bad sound isolation: some train passes by near the property multiple times at night and wakes you up.

No tv is a shock as we all assume a tv is standard, only looking through facilities we found no tv included or radio for that matter. cleaning wasn’t great there is dust on cookware and we had trouble finding cutlery that was full of dust and dirt. dishwasher door handle came off in hand due to a bad repair so rendered it to be unusable. we only stay one night so not a big deal. issues need to be addressed. mostly though it is very much without note of being in Milan. not a single picture on the wall to say Milano.
