• Victor (4/5): Bien démarré et ensuite fortement entâché - L'emplacement était bon. La taille du logement également, ainsi que la taille des pièces, le rapport qualité-prix également dans le cadre du programme de fidélité Booking. Le séjour commençait bien. C'est notre troisième voyage à Naples, nous connaissons bien la ville et les habitants et notre hôte nous a accueilli avec beaucoup d'amabilité. Mais la réalite s'avère complètement différente de cette façade. Le problème est qu'il ne connait pas son logement correctement et ne nous a pas prévenu de certains dysfonctionnements, dont celui d'un appareil - le lave vaisselle. En plus d'être complêtement entaché car jamais entretenu (voir photo), il ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Après l'avoir signalé comme le demandait notre hôte, celui-ci se permet de nous accuser sans preuve et de nous harceler durant notre séjour. Un signalement au service client de Booking a immédiatement été effectué. Je ne publie que rarement des commentaires et ai réservé des dizaines de logements dans toute l'Italie sans jamais un problème. J'aurais aimé lire ce commentaire avant notre réservation pour savoir à quoi m'attendre.

• Monika (10/5): Sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit einem sehr hilfsbereiten, sehr freundlichen Gastgeber. - Sehr schöne große Wohnung im Donna Leone Style. Sehr gut gelegen, innerstädtische Sehenswürdigkeiten und Seelokale sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
• Rebecca (10/5): Wohlfühlen in Neapel - Die Wohnung ist richtig schön mit ausreichend Platz. Es war sehr sauber und ordentlich hergerichtet. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung befindet sich ganz in der Nähe des Aufzuges Monte Echia von wo man einen traumhaften Blick über Neapel hat. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und freundlich. Wir haben tolle Tipps zum Abendessen bekommen und auch sonst konnte man Antonella zu jeder Zeit erreichen. - Nochmal vielen Dank :) Alles Top

• cristina (9/5): - L'appartamento è delizioso e arredato in stile d'epoca con cura ed eleganza nei dettagli. Pulito e confortevole. Posizione molto comoda sia per il bellissimo panorama su Napoli e Vesuvio che si trova a 100 metri ma anche per la vicinanza con il centro. I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili. Bagni un po datati ma comunque spaziosi e confortevoli.
• Alin Ptr (10/5): - Everything was perfect. The hosts greeted us and showed us the facilities. They were always available if we needed some help. The apartment comes with everything you might need for a stay. The location was in a pretty quiet area, but close to the busy area of via Toledo. Metro is 5 minutes away(a smaller metro line) and 10-15 minutes to Municipio metro station. -

It is unusual as it has a lovely living/dining room so it isn’t packed with beds like most rentals. We loved the location as it was quiet but with easy reach of the Santa Lucia sea front and also the vibrant Spanish Quarter. The hosts were great - very kind and helpful and were there in person on arrival to show us around. We would definitely return. Nothing
• ITZIAR (8/5): Excelente ubicación en zona tranquila y centrica - Excelente ubicación, zona muy tranquila al lado de Plebiscito. Cocina completísima, cafetera, hervidor, echamos un poco de menos un microondas pero cocina de fuegos genial y el anfitrión muy bien nos dejó leche, agua, bollitos, mermeladas para desayuno, muy completo y dos juegos de llaves. El baño de la bañera no tenía ni cortina ni mampara y la cebolleta no estaba bien y salía el agua por todas partes y el baño 2 el agua también se salía y la cama pegada a la pared tenía mucha caída.

Air conditioner in lounge and one room worked very well. The second bedroom did not have air. The main bathroom requires to have a shower curtain as the floor got very wet and slippery. The water temperature was hard to regulate as it oscillated between hot & cold

They said that it was very cozy, clean and they had everything you could wish for - coffee, some breakfast things, laundry, even some toiletries in the bathroom. We also had perfect communication with the owners - they are very helpful and seemed like really good people. Location was also perfect. There were 5 people staying there and one of them had to sleep on the couch. We were a bit worried, because sometimes couches are not the best to sleep on.But she said that the couch was really good and comfy. Would definitely stay there again.

• Elektra (10/5): Beautiful 😍 Stay In Naples - This place is great for up to 4. You could fit extra in the living room too. It's beautiful and in a great location near the water and safe. They had lots of bathroom products available too. Second bedroom no air-conditioning just a fan. I didn't see check-in was 6pm and our train was late. They accommodated us but make sure you read this. Breakfast is very poor. If you are seeking something incredible just go to the big Piazza and find a coffee shop nearby and get a pastry and coffee. Although for the price we paid I think there should be a fruit platter for breaky.

• Sally (10/5): Perfect host and perfect location in quiet street - Perfect locstion, quiet area of Pizzofalcone within easy reach of the Ascensore Mt. Echia, the Art Metros, the Port and thevFunicular to Vomero for easy walking or public transport travel throughout Napoli. The host was incredibly accessible and helpful especially when we needed to change or plans due to the train strike. There were corner stores, a Bakery and great pizzeria with a couple of hundred yards. I would love to stay here again for another week. There was nothing we did not like.
• Alastair (10/5): Exceptional - First and foremost our host,Tino. He was at the apartment when we arrived and was so helpful in arranging taxis for. us. There was a train strike so we had to stay another day and Tino was most accommodating . The location is a perfect ,quiet part of the neighborhood . We had a bakery next door and little shops near by tobuy provisions. Tino did have the apartment stocked with water,coffee, juice, fruit and snacks. The apartment was immaculate and so comfortable. This is one of most pleasant apartment stays. Highly recommend you stay here when in Naples. We will book again when we come back. Nothing. Perfect!

• Ubonrat (8/5): Comfortable apartment with a beautiful decoration - A location is good. Nice and comfortable apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Need to have bath mat on the floor and curtain in the second bathroom. The second bath room has a bathtub without curtain . The water spread when we took a bath and do not have bath mat . We should have very careful to get out of the bathtub
