• Ingrid (9/5): alles prima! - De Dames zijn bijzonder behulpzaam en attent. Ze geven tips over de omgeving en zijn steeds bereikbaar. Bij aankomst was er geen warm water maar dat werd onmiddellijk verholpen. Mooi gelijkvloers appartement en een goed bed! Een waaklampje in de living voor 's nachts, de afstand van de slaapkamer naar de badkamer is nogal groot.

Рядом есть всё что необходимо для приятного отдыха: рестораны, коффейни, магазины. Немного шумно, квартира находится на 0 этаже, поэтому уже после 8 утра слышно, как ездят автомобили и разговариавают люди проходящие мимо окна спальни.
• Maria (8/5): - Alojamiento muy bien equipado, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en la preciosa ciudad de Florencia. La calefacción estaba siempre puesta así que no pasamos frío en ningún momento. La cama cómoda y la habitación tenía todo lo necesario. Era muy ruidoso y al estar en una planta baja, se escuchaba todo.

• Camilia (3/5): Logement bien situé mais extrêmement bruyant et très sombre - La localisation Le logement est en rdc et la chambre est côté rue. Impossible de dormir la nuit, beaucoup de passage et c'est très mal insonorisé. Nous avons voyagé avec notre bébé et elle a eu du mal a dormir avec le bruit des voitures et des passants. Le logement est aussi très sombre, la lumière ne rentre pratiquement pas.

• Sabine (8/5): - Le logement est très bien placé, proche du centre ville et des monuments à visiter. Commerces à proximité et proche de la piazza Santo spiritu où il y a plusieurs café très sympa et des tratorrias. Nous avons apprécier le quartier proche du centre et en même temps éloignée la foule des touristes. On se sent proche des florentins. Apparemment propre et bien équipé. Le matelas un peu dur à notre goût mais supportable . Il n’y a pas de douchette dans la douche. Apparemment un peu sombre mais cela ne nous a pas vraiment gêné car nous étions que pour dormir.

• Karen (6/5): Good location but basic accommodation - Location and kitchen facility The advertisement stated that there was a “terrace with city views” but there was no view at all. The street was noisy and the bedroom was on the street side of the apartment
• Elena Queen (9/5): Короткий отпуск - Отличные апартаменты недалеко от центра (15-20 минут пешком), спокойный район, рядом много маленьких магазинчик, кафе и ресторанов на любой вкус и кошелёк. До вокзала 30 минут пешком, музея Уффици, Дуомо 15-20 минут, до Палаццо Пити и садов Боболи 5 минут. В квартире очень чисто, есть все необходимое, кухня оборудована достаточно для приготовления еды, есть Wi-Fi, кондиционер, стиральная машина, небольшая терраса с выходом во внутренний двор. Хозяева очень доброжелательны, дали нам полезные ссылки на маркеты, магазины и кафе. Если приедем во Флоренцию, обязательно остановимся здесь, а не в центре. Все хорошо)

• A (10/5): A beautiful apartment with a very convenient location. - Beautifully designed, with lots of really well thought out homely touches and a great layout. Very comfortable. Lots of lovely books about Florence to look at too. It has the best iron I’ve ever used!! Location was very close to the centre, without the overcrowding. There is an excellent late night pizza place just up the road which was a blessing as our arrival was delayed. The owners were very helpful with our messed up travels plans and ensured we could get into the apartment easily when we eventually arrived. I never worked out how to use the washing machine, but that was probably on me!!

• Carolle (10/5): Great location - Everything. Check in was straightforward, good communication throughout, a comfortable bed, good shower with lots of hot water & a great location. It was perfect for the two of us.

The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. What stood out the most was the excellent communication with the hosts. They were incredibly responsive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any questions or recommendations. Their hospitality truly enhanced my experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay in Florence. I would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable for the most part and a spacious apartment. The double bed in the front bedroom, It was the worst bed i have ever slept on. This is my only negative about the property. Everything else was great.

Ground floor - very convenient if you have a lot of luggage or baby stroller. - The apartment is located on the main road, so it's a little bit noisy. - The cleaning can be better.

We could ask about anything and would get an answer straight away. The apartment was went maintained and ready. They were well prepared for anything we might need from laundry to everything else. Before arriving margherita sent me many suggestions to help me explore and also sent me a list of supermarkets around the area incase i needed anything. Overall this was one of my best stays in Italy Everything was amazing

The noise from the automatic front door and the 6am daily garbage collection directly outside the window was loud and frustrating. WiFi often dropped out in the bedroom, but was strong in bathroom and living room.

Response time slow (Said link was sent for dinner recommendations, but didn't get it until asked again and it was too late to make reservations.). Lots of noise from automatic security door opening and closing at all hours. Trash/recycling bins were very loud all hours of night. Cold and damp feeling in apartment.

Also she helped us to plan our small journey to the San Gimignano. We felt like at home Can be a little bit noisy from the street in the morning because of the garbage service
• Chiu (8/5): Good value for money. - The owner is kind and friendly. There are lots of facilities, washing machine, microwave, fridge… Good location! 15-20mins walk to the plaza and bus directly to the train station. A bit noisy as the bus passed the road next to the bed room.

We loved staying there and are looking forward to booking it again on our next trip to Florence. Margherita was very helpful and couldn't have been easier and kinder to deal with. • Ana (9/5): Superb - This place was super big, affordable, had a big patio, laundry and spacious. The location for me was perfect! So close to the Boboli Gardens, great restaurants all around and a bit separated from the more touristy parts of Florence. I loved staying here! The apartment is on the bottom floor though so it can be loud sometimes especially early in the morning when the recycling and trash truck pass by. Nothing some good earplugs can't solve!
