• Mariana (7/5): - Prontidão e disponibilidade máxima do anfitrião. Localização excelente. Bairro seguro mesmo de noite. O chão tinha migalhas, os móveis tinham algum pó, os talheres, panelas e pratos não estavam bem lavados e os cobertores de stock tinham um cheiro estranho.

• Bogdan (7/5): - Great location, quiet and easy to get around and overall a good experience. Tends to get really hot even with the AC on. The bed sheets could be renewed and the sofa refurbished. Even though it is common, please try to repair/unclog the shower drain.

• Laurence (6/5): Pleasant - The host was very quick to answer and gave the impression that she tried to address the multiple issues we encountered. The studio is located in a lovely area with a market twice a week, it was a delight. We were recommended a Pizzeria which had wonderful food, so we really had a beautiful time. The studio is in a yard which is very private, we spend quite some time sipping coffee sitting on the steps in front of our own door. Very relaxing The host didn't give me a time for pick up in advance, and when she finally answered after 3 requests (I had to contact the rental agency too), she was 30 min late to the meeting. The studio is very poorly equipped for cooking (kind of no pans, few tools etc). There were ants in the studio, the coffee machine was broken (luckily there was also a percolator) and there was no internet. It seems that there was simply no subscription to an internet provider. The host 'tried' to fix this but besides telling me to restart the modem, she brought me a cable (which was not even adapted to the modem) and then I simply gave up trying and used my own mobile data. Not so cool.
• Roberta (8/5): Pretty good - The Isola district is very convenient for visiting Milan and the property itself is really cosy and has all of the facilties necessary. I liked that the kitchen was well equipped and there were even free toiletries included. I didn't like that the only window was the glass door, meaning that if you'd like to close them with thouse outdoor blinds to feel safer (since the apartament is on the first floor) it would mean that there wouldn't be any sunlight at all and it would be dark in the room. The steps to the bed were also quite steep and not too comfortable
• Carmen (8/5): Perfect! - Great appartment, very easy to go to the centre with public transport. Nice area to also eat something in the evening. Great communication with the host. You can't leave your luggage, there are some lockers from luggagehero, but it's difficult to find the perfect place to store your luggage. The one we wanted to use was closed and it didn't say it was closed.

• Zhivena (8/5): Wonderful location and nicely arranged small and cute place - The plase was great. It is clean and has everything you would need including a hairdrier, cutlery, a washing machine, a coffee machine, etc. The location is the best thing - this area of Milano is super nice and calm. The place is on the ground floor but in the inside courtyard so it was very calm. The only thing which was not very great was that the double bed actually consisted of two separate single mattresses which were joined together but during the night a gap opened up between them. Anyway, this was really a minor thing.
• Joost (8/5): Very good - Nice studio, has everything you need for a few days. The lock on the door is stuck sometimes. It's difficult to turn the key & open/close the door of the studio.

The accomodation is located near the center so we could go anywhere by our self. Thank you very much for the opportunity. See you next time!!
