- Stephanie (4/5): Disappointing - Good central location Very loud noises from road outside bedroom when trying to sleep. Toilet kept flushing itself multiple times after use. No suitable bedding provided for sofa bed.

The check in \ check out process is great and 24/7 upon coordination. The communication with the StartHouse representatives was timely and very helpful. The apartment is clean and equipped with everything needed for a short stay. It could get noisy due to the location which did not bother us at all
- Sneha (9/5): Superb - Loved the proximity to all the main areas in Florence. Was highly walkable, close to a taxi stand, and good restaurants. The apartment was large giving us enough space for our luggage. It was helpful to have a sofa bed so that if one is relaxing while the other is working, it was made possible. The washer and drying rack was much appreciated as was the AC and the internet. Wish that there was an elevator to lug all the baggage up. The noise level at night from the streets is insane. If you are a light sleeper, there is no way you can get any rest. The bed was a bit uncomfortable for me. Lastly, the bathroom door and the bedroom door didn't close all the way, forget about locking it.
