• Giacomo (2/5): Pessimo alloggio. Da vergognarsi - La posizione centrale Riscaldamento non funzionante in quanto mancava il termostato che è stato asportato dal muro. Condizionatori non funzionanti in quanto i filtri erano totalmente intasati. Ho dovuto pulirli io di persona per poterli far funzionare, non erano puliti da anni a mio avviso. Tavoletta del water che di staccava non era fissata. Nessun sapone e spugnetta per i piatti. Casa gelida al mio arrivo. Da vergognarsi. Zero tovaglia per il tavolo. Letto singolo traballante. Nessuna luce sui comodini. Finestra del bagno non apribile. Che altro dire?

• Viktoria (3/5): Extremely cold, very thin bed covers not suitable for the cold and they were not clean. No heating. It looks quite diffe - The location was amazing. There was no heating. Or at least didn’t work. We contacted the property management and they didnt help us. As an addition the bed covers/duvets were really thin. Not suitable for the cold. One of the worse stays I have been to.

• Anna (7/5): Jesteśmy zadowoleni z lokalizacji. - Lokalizacja bardzo dogodna, w sam raz do zwiedzania Mediolanu jak i dalsze wyjazdy jak Como. Konieczność oczekiwania na klucze pomimo wcześniejszej informacji o której będzie check-in.
• Ceci (5/5): Posizione strategica ma servizio molto basso - posizione strategica e casa molto grande, perfetta per una famiglia o per un soggiorno con gli amici Servizio pessimo, il bagno era inagibile: nessuno si è preoccupato di farlo controllare e sistemare prima del mio arrivo, né di avvisarmi. Ho dovuto insistere più volte in 3 ore per far intervenire un tecnico.

• Dorota (1/5): Attention!!! - This apartment should not be rented!!! We arrived late, otherwise we would have found another accommodation. The apartment is not heated, the radiators don't work, there are no duvets. The doors are glass, they do not protect against the cold. It was 10 degrees at night. My 3 children and I slept with our clothes on. After 10 p.m. no contact with the owner.

• Liza (3/5): Overall, it’s comfortable but it needs more improvement. - It’s clean and quiet place to stay. We stayed during winter. The water heater is not working, especially in the shower it’s too cold. The lift is not working good, a bit small and it’s slow, not good if you have lots of luggages with you.
• Valeria (1/5): Bad - I didn’t live at this apartment, it was busy by another person. The administrator ignored me, i have to find another place to stay, the payment wasn’t refund, they are still ignoring me, this is the worst place!
• Marietta (3/5): Only worth for the location - Great location The apartament was dirty, the elevator worked sometimes, it went out of electricity for 5 hours and the bathroom never stopped to make noisy sounds.
• Melba (7/5): Overall it was a nice stay and I would recommend this place - It was spacious, room for more than 3 people as such I would recommend it for longer stays. The staff were pretty helpful as well. The area was probably the best part about this place. Its located in Arco della Pace and it was super safe, there’s lots of lovely places to dine, and the tram is super close like 5 min walk from the apartment! The furnitures are a bit old

• Karolina (1/5): 👎👎👎👎👎 - In the check-in form, which is requested to be filled out before arrival, we indicated that we will be there at 15:00. We were there at such a time, but we didn't know how tragically terrible the customer service is at this place, no understanding or respect for their guests. It was raining in Milan and we waited in the rain for 2 and a half hours. We kept calling the given number, trying to speed up the process, but the girl who answered only knew two phrases in English: hello, I'm very sorry. Two and a half hours later, a man arrived who pretended that he was informed about our arrival 15 minutes ago, without even apologizing, instead stating that it wasn't his fault and we wouldn't blame him. (Probably our own fault for arriving on time). It was already freezing outside and we entered the apartment which was just as cold. The trip was completely ruined from this moment on, because all 4 of us in a company of 4 got sick - runny nose, cough, temperature. "Super" holiday thanks to your service.

• Olena (8/5): Very good - Very good location, near the Arch of Peace, many cafes and a shop in the house. Dishes, bedding, towels, soap, shampoo, hairdryer, kettle, microwave, everything is in the apartment. For a family of 4 or 5 people, a great option!

• Amy (9/5): Nice, clean apartment in a good area - It was a good location. It was clean, and I really liked that the beds were in a separate room with a door, so early risers could get up and get ready, without waking everyone else up. There was a pretty street with nice restaurants and bars just a block or two away, and you can easily walk to the subway to get to other areas of the city. You have to be pretty exact when telling them your check in time, which can be hard to estimate when you are traveling and in a new city. But I think they had other properties to manage and other things to do, so it makes sense.
• Shiko (3/5): Not recommended for families - The location was great. The WiFi didn't work at all. The apartment wasn't ready for us. Missing sheet, blanket and pillow for one child. We also paid for baby bad how wasn't open and without extra sheets and blankets and pillows.

• Gerald (1/5): Place had clearly not been cleaned in a very long time, or even checked over for issues - the location was decent enough for what we needed and the host himself was nice enough when he met us but it was a shame the place itself was not First off, when we checked in online we received no confirmation that it was approved and when/where we would collect our keys - I had to call multiple times to get this sorted and confirmed. The beds where dirty, the toilet seat was broken. The toilet flush was broken so never worked and there was a leak somewhere in the bathroom as the floors where soaked. The shower was also broken, the shower head was completely snapped off the hose and the curtain was filthy. We where also joined by ants throughout the apartment
