日下田 (3/5): 厳しい - ・駅近・ゴミが回収されていない・1つがソファベッドである事を伝えられていない・駐車場連絡が雑・チェックアウトを急かす・トイレの位置が不便
Aimi Nadhirah (6/5): Not good - Fully equipped with amenities It’s not stated that it’s located on a slopey hill. Not elderly friendly. Far from train station. Cleaning service is charged yet we have to take out our own trash.

KEIKO (4/5): - 駅からの徒歩10分圏内で行きやすかった。ただし、急な坂道がありました。アパートの一室のため、周囲の音が気になります。特に夜中の2時過ぎくらいまで上の階の人が走り回っているような足音が終始響いていて、とても不快でした。お風呂の温度設定ができなかった。テレビのチャンネルで一部画像が乱れるチャンネルがありました。テレビ台の引き出しに忘れ物の靴下やアパートの契約書のようなものがあり、なぜここにあるのかなと不思議になるようなものもありました。

Pierre (1/5): One word: scam - This is a scam. The price displayed and the price charged are different. I think this comes from a purposedly misleading layout setup by booking.com, which is not the host’s fault. However, despite multiple requests for a refund the host was highly uncooperative and told me he did not care if I had been charged too much, that it was not his problem and that I had to see with booking.com. I’m pretty sure he disabled the free cancellation because he knows many people would cancel their trip after realizing the price is not as indicated. He uses this flaw from booking.com to his advantage with zero compassion for travellers. I would definitely not recommend dealing with that kind of despicable person.
