• MANARU (10/5): 굳굳 적극 추천합니다. - 도착 전부터 호스트님께서 숙소로 오는 길, 체크인 방법, 주변시설 정보 등을 꼼꼼히 알려 주십니다. 또한 JR텐노지역과도 도보 10분 정도로, 근처의 시텐노지가 목적이었던 사람에게 최적의 위치. 숙소에서 나와 왼쪽으로 걷다보면 LIFE라는 마켓도 있어서 간단히 필요한 물건을 살 수 있습니다. 또한 숙소의 사진으로는 잘 몰랐지만 실내가 넓습니다! 사진보다 더 넓게 식탁 공간이 있어서 전반적으로 편안하게 지낼 수 있었으며, 만약 수건이 더 필요한 숙박객에게는 서랍 안에 여분의 수건도 더 제공되었습니다. 장 봐온 것을 간단히 데워먹기 편하게 식기와 레인지가 제공되는데다, 더블룸 침대도 넓지만 다다미 위에 이불을 펴놓고 잘 수도 있는 점이 매력적입니다. 가족 단위로 여행하는 관광객에게 적극 추천합니다. 그리고 같은 층에 다른 손님 없이 독채로 사용하기 때문에 편안했습니다. 추천합니다.

• Kyle (10/5): Incredibly convenient with amazing staff. - This room offered a large space for me and my 2 brothers. It has incredibly convenient access to the subway station which connects to several major stations which made exploring Osaka/Kyoto very easy. The staff that run this accomodation were also incredibly helpful and offered guidance and advice on experiences and food around the area.

• Katarzyna (4/5): Disappointing - The location Very little effort went into preparing this quest house for visitors. The setup is very basic. Kitchen is very basic and not set up for cooking. It’s setup for heating up meals bought in the convenience store. We understand not everything is as what we are used to back in Australia. Some cultural differences will play part in the way this apartment was setup. But dirty dishwashing sponge isn’t a matter of culture difference. It indicates very little or no care on the part of the host. Dirty kitchen and splash back also isn’t a matter of cultural difference. Dirty floor isn’t acceptable in any culture as far as I know. We asked the host for a clean sponge and a kitchen towel. The host responded very quickly. We were told a clean dishwashing sponge will be delivered. That never happened. We were also told to buy paper towels in the local convenience store as kitchen towels aren’t always provided. But surely a host could provide a kitchen towel, as part of a good service, on request of the customer ??? Washing takes couple of days to dry. A clothes dryer is necessary in Osaka humid climate. Travelling with children we have 4 loads of wet clothes spread out throughout the apartment, trying to dry everything. We would not stay there again. Also would not recommend it. Simply because the host doesn’t try to resolve issues, even if the seem small.

• Declan (8/5): A convenient and comfortable base from which to explore Osaka - - Great location, close to Metro with quick travel to Namba/Dotonbori, as well as walkable to shops & restaurants, Tennoji Zoo and Harukas 300 - All essential amenities - Separate toilet and shower - Comfortable beds - Has both western and traditional tatami sitting/dining areas - Compact without being cramped - to use the futon beds you need to put sheets on yourself, so we didn't bother - Television operation was difficult to figure out (though we seldom had time to use it) - The decor and fittings are a little dated, but it is an authentic Japanese apartment rather than a purpose built traveller accommodation

The property is very spacious and had everything we needed including a kitchenette. We are a family of 4 and the hot water didn't run out despite there being lots of warnings about it! There is a meter. It also had heatobg so we kept war.
• Pavithra (6/5): Good property, not well kept. - The size of the property is good - nice and spacious. The tatami living room is so beautiful. The beds were very comfortable, and the heater, tub and water heaters worked well. Wifi was really smooth! The property was not well maintained unfortunately. The sink and kitchen was really dirty. and the cooker hob, vessels and washing machine look like they need a thorough professional clean-up. Lots of built up dirt. Found it very uncomfortable to use the kitchen. There were very limited bath linen.. I even spotted ear buds not cleared from the previous stays..
• Abdulrahman (10/5): I enjoyed it. - Comfy, large, cozy, station is a few seconds walk. It could be cleaned properly. The wall in the bathroom has urine stains. The kitchen is dirty, and the washing machine wasn't washed from the inside in a long time.
• Angus (8/5): Very good - Clean and spacious for a Japanese apartment. Clean communication from the staff. Was told not to use the futon without bringing your own sheets. Not much in terms of amenities provided and nearby shops are all closed at night.

Messaging customer service is also very competant and responsive. A little bit of dust in some places but it stay acceptable

The air-conditioning needs a service it doesn't cool very well. I had it set to 20 but the room never really got lower than 23. The air filters inside were quite dirty. The towels were like brand new but super cheap. They were somehow the least absorbent towels I have ever used.
• Celzzz (9/5): Outstanding - A very clean and tidy place for a short vacation. Well equipped with all the necessary facilities. Next to the train station (just turn left without crossing the street). Pillows were too low. Loud and noisy car race on the street followed by police siren during midnight. A mysterious door connected to the toilet that can't be opened or locked from our side; a safety concern as we were unsure if anyone could open it from another side and enter our room.

Family mart on the left of subway exit 3 left of first junction Nothing. Perhaps that the toilet is not besides the bathroom but that's not really a problem.

Having a washer was one of the best things, especially when traveling with family as you can launder your clothes. The beds were so comfortable; my occasional back pains from sleeping on beds never happened the nights I slept on them!
