• Vanessa (7/5): You get what you pay for - I liked the bed, the cost, and the location. The building was dirty as well as some areas in the room.
• Mingwei (7/5): 體驗了東京本地的居住狀態，跟住酒店有不一樣的體會，很好的經歷。 - 位於安靜的居民區，距離地鐵站不遠，交通很方便，地鐵口有兩家便利店，裏面的食物也很可口。 浴室有些小，跟房間只隔了一扇摺叠門，帶兩個男孩一起住，洗澡不太方便，房間空間有限，但是如果有簾子或者屏風遮擋一下應該會更好。

• Freddie (10/5): Convenient , nice calm and will book again when I comeback later in the year - Couldn’t have been easyier to check in Got a step by step guide sent with pictures and arrows from every angle was very impressed Nice quieter location very near Kaminakazato station and a 7 11 very Very easy connections to major places like ueno/ikebukuro / Akihabara etc There was nothing wrong with the property at all it was very nice
• Toshiaki (8/5): - 事前のアナウンスが親切だった 鍵のアクセスコードが事前アナウンスだと宿泊当日の午前に送られてくると書かれていたが、実際はチェックイン1時間前の夕方だった。
• Ching-Wen (8/5): - 性價比很高！唯一的缺點就是早就知道的…沒有電梯。浴室的方面我倒是覺得還好…雖然門真的有點透明，但是不會特別去看～能洗衣服，晾衣服的空間也很足夠。真的很棒 插座太少，建議自己帶延長線
• Mmadi (7/5): Bon emplacement - Bon emplacement, un peu a l'écart mais tous est facilement atteignable. L'appartement faisant un peu vieux mais tous étais fonctionnel. Tous étais fonctionnel sauf le wifi qui ne fonctionnait pas très bien. En tous cas le réseau plus proche de la chambre. J'ai pu me connecter à un réseau plus loin conseillé par l'hôte mais il n'était pas assez puissant.

• Yauji2011 (8/5): so far so good ! I will stay there again if I visit Tokyo next time. - Location is good, nice to have a short stay in nice enviroment. Toilet & shower room are separated, no place to put clothes & clean towel inside the shower room, after shower you have to open the shower room door to take your clothing. Not enough provicy indeed if you come with friend. Too late to get the message for picking up the key. Message was sent at 8:15 am on check in date, but I was already on the train to Tokyo inside which I was out of internet service. I could not seen the message before I arriving there. It will be much better if the message sent at least one day before the check in date !
• Regő (10/5): I reccomend this place for frindgroups - It was 8 min away from the station, it maybe a bit small, but it is also cheap, if you are looking for an affordable accomodation with some of you friends its a good choise. The only inconvenience was that, its on the 3rd floor so climbing there with luggeges wasn't to my liking.
• Nerilyn (7/5): Okay - Value for money Really had a hard time looking out for the property location even with friends who are already residents in Japan, they also find it difficult to locate.
• George (8/5): Great value for money, and an excellent place to stay in Tokyo. - The location of the property was very convenient and easy to get to, and checking in was very easy. We would have liked if the shower door was less see through.

• Haakon (7/5): Convenient apartment in Tokyo - Great location, close to a metro station and a convenience store. The room is spacious, and the beds are comfortable. Good value for the price. It was difficult to control the temperature of the of the water in the shower. The shower room was not entirely clean. There could have been more information about how to supply the washing machine with water.
