Guest Reviews
- Daniel (1/5): I only lasted 9 hours - Booking.com should be ashamed to let these scammers use their site. All the other reviews are true, and I was lucky enough to hear the owners arguing until 1:30 am.
- Jermiah (1/5): this place needs to be removed its a filthy hoarder house that smells horrible and has fleas - this place needs to be removed its a filthy hoarder house that smells horrible and has fleas this place needs to be removed its a filthy hoarder house that smells horrible and has fleas
- Sam (1/5): Bad -
- Ilhama88 (1/5): Horrible - Nothing at all! This place was an absolute nightmare and ruined my entire trip. The apartment was located very far from the subway, which was already frustrating, but that was just the beginning of my issues.
When I arrived, I was horrified to find the apartment in an appalling state. The hallway was blocked with trash bags, and the entire place smelled rancid. Dusty, old books were scattered around, with cobwebs and spider webs everywhere. It honestly felt like an abandoned house.
The room was no better—filthy and unbearable to stay in. I couldn’t even bring myself to use the shower, it was so old and cold. I contacted the owner , but she never replied. I couldn’t sleep at all that night; it felt unsafe, like I was putting myself in danger by staying there.
The smell of rotten food lingered throughout the apartment, and it was clear no cleaning had been done in ages. I ended up leaving the very next day, unable to stay another moment in that disgusting place.
This was by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed in, and I can’t believe Booking.com even allows it to be listed. I did not receive a refund for the 10-day stay I had paid for, even though I barely lasted one night. This place should be shut down immediately for the safety and well-being of other guests. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.
- Kofi (1/5): Pl - Nothing Everything
- Anand (1/5): Bad - At some point the owner seemed to care. There was plenty of local travel information about the building. - A van blocked the entryway, leaving only a tight space to squeeze into the building. The van appeared full of junk and was parked outside since the garage was also full of junk.
- The house was cluttered with boxes everywhere; on the narrow stairs and across the narrow hallways.
- The electrical wiring was a mess with unsecured extension leads running across floors, creating tripping hazards.
- The worst of it was the rotting food stored in plain sight in and around the basement. Many of the boxes on the stairs to the basement (where the bathroom and laundry are located) contained packaged food that was close to exploding from the gases caused by decomposition. There was fruit that progressively got mouldier and was unaddressed except for a towel being placed over it.
- I had originally booked for a 13 day stay, but cut my losses and found alternate accommodation after putting up with the living conditions for 7.
- Jonathan (7/5): The nearby park - Mizumoto Park eas very nice and there were cheap food options nearby as well. - The nearby park - Mizumoto Park was very nice and there were cheap food options nearby as well. All of the multilingual information was quite helpful as well. The entrance was blocked off by a van the whole time and it made it a bit difficult to differentiate the lodging from some of the nearby houses.
