Anonymous (10/5): staying like tokyo locals in shibuya area - location is great, and this room got huge balcony. I also like this room has big windows. kitchen was useful too. I might really come back here. Thank you very very much.
Kimberley (5/5): Passable - Location was pretty good. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle but walkable distance. Home was well decorated and stocked. Bathroom was small and a bit dirty. The home was relatively clean but not spotless. The veranda was dirty and ripped seating. The walls were very thin and you could hear the neighbours.
Hui (6/5): Large but the cleanliness has much to be improved on. - The property is big and comfy to put our luggage. The cleanliness of the bathroom can be improved as there is some hair in the gutter. Location is relatively far from the metro especially if you are dragging large luggage.
Lytton (7/5): Good - There was a futon advertised in the posting. When we arrived, there was no futon, so we had to share the small bed.

Theresa (9/5): Very comfortable and roomy! - Very close to Yoyogi Park, easy check-in, so much larger than the other places we stayed in Tokyo, comfortable bed, large balcony, bathtub, responsive host. The only thing I didn’t like was the lack of a modern Japanese toilet (bidet & heated seat), which I had become accustomed to at the other rentals - even the hostels and cheap rental apartments had them

Garvey (6/5): It completely served it purpose. And they were forthcoming about the noise, I simply overlooked it. - Spacious, Clean, well appointed. The balcony was a nice addition. I recommend letting the property make the taxi arrangements, that was convenient. There was room to visit with family inside and out. I should've read the description a bit closer. Not until the day before we were going, did I see the location's proximity to the main road. With that came a lot of constant noise. In fairness, if you look at the description, it was mentioned.
Lucy (7/5): Expensive and not luxurious but had everything we needed - The amenities were great - lots of towels, shampoo etc, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. The location was quiet, with a handy 7-eleven across the road. Shibuya crossing was an interesting 20 minute walk away and Shimo-Kitazawa about 30 mins walk ( great restaurants, cafes and vintage shops). Communication prior was great and we were able to drop our bags in our room early which really helped. The building wasn’t clearly marked so quite hard to find and Google maps / Uber took us to the wrong place. The room didn’t look like any of the pictures but was quite spacious although the bed was in an odd place.
Ebony (8/5): Very good - Good value for money. Nice and tidy. Easy access. Little bit noisy, being so close to a main road. 20 minute walk to Shibuya crossing, which can be difficult with heavy luggage, but not too bad without it!
Tanja (6/5): Pleasant - It was clean and had a conformable bed Pricey, location wasnt oerfect for us with suitcases. Very small, with low hanging kitchen cabinets which we banged our heads on and no complimentary tea bags etc.

Ben (7/5): Very aesthetic. Too isolated. Busy main road. Too expensive. - Nice aesthetic, very clean, great air conditioning. Comfy beds (but pillows not good). A bit too far out of the way. Right on a very busy main road. No human interaction with host, all automated. Terrible pillows. Overpriced.
Loren (9/5): Superb - It was about 15 minutes walk to the nearest station (depending on where you want to go), about 18 minutes walk to Shibuya crossing for shopping, entertainment and food. There is a bus stop 3 minutes away from the property if you don’t feel like walking to Shibuya station. There is a 711 close by. If you feel like staying in and cooking there is a kitchen space for use , overall it was cozy and spacious for 2 people. There is also a 24 hour coin wash (with dry) that is 5 minutes walk from the property which was super convenient. There was no bidet

Pablo (8/5): confortable apartment, clean and just as described, locations isnt too good but I already knew that - Everything was very good. It is a small apartment but confortable for two people. Beautiful terrace. The light next to the bed is useless to read abook or anything else. Just put a good night table light next to the bed.
Marina (2/5): Not good - Nothing based on the most important point which we did not like which was the smell of the room. The room smelled like very heavy chemicals and we could not sleep at all. We had to open the windows in order to have fresh air but by doing this the hot air from outside was coming in and the big street noice was also bothering. Please, do not put such heavy chemicals when having guests, it smelled like naphthalene and my friends who stayed 2 floors above us in the same air bnb had the same problem and they also heard a mouse or insects moving around. Therefore I believe the naphthalene smell...It was very difficult to stay.
