The location is perfect—close to trains, shops, restaurants, and all the must-see spots, so getting around was effortless. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay after long days of exploring. Staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with directions or recommendations. If you’re looking for accommodation in Tokyo that’s convenient, comfortable, and right in the middle of everything, this is definitely a great choice. Would happily stay here again!

• Peter (8/5): Place met expectations - Easy to get keys from lock box. Code that was given worked. Got access email early so no surprises. Place had most of the things that you would need. Location is close to a major train station so it's easy to access food and Tokyo. Love that the toilet is separated from the shower so people can use both at the same time. Excellent value overall. Typical Japanese apartment so don't expect a lot of space. 3 people might be a little tight for some folks but it was fine for me. Beds and pillows are ok, not amazing but good enough. Typical Japanese shower room so some people might not be used to it.

• Elyor (4/5): Not the good choice for families. - Area is silent. This room size is not for 3 beds and not convenient for large families at all (we are 2 adults and 3 kids). Washing tab is inside the room between kitchen and dining table, how is it possible and how is it acceptable?? Seems this room is designed not horizontally but vertically. Washing machine is on the "balcony" !? Had anyone ever used it in this way?? It is better to design this space for 1 bed and make the room more convenient for 2 people only. Check in time is 5 pm, which is too late, usually it is 2 or 3 pm the latest in other hotels or apartments.

• Judith (10/5): Lovely stay at this apartment. A little gem in a quiet neighborhood. - Once I got the booking confirmation, the host sent a welcome guide that I could print. It was easy to follow and contained detailed information on how to get to the address from the airport. Very meticulously prepared and helpful. For whatever reason I needed to contact the host, my emails were promptly answered. Location is close to shops and restaurants. You can quickly pick up meals and necessities within walking distance. Akabane station is some 7-10 minute walk. Wi-Fi was high speed. Clean and comfortable. TV in the room but we didn’t use it at all. So much to do around the area. Bonus: a cherry blossom tree right in the corner of the building. It’s not the owner’s fault, but just be aware that the last block leading up to the apartment is an uphill slope. Good thing we only had carry on luggages. Anything bigger would’ve been torture. I suggest that if you’re going to take trains to get around, don’t overpack with a big suitcase. So many stairs in all the stations.
• Li (8/5): It's reliable and trustworthy. - This accommodation is very clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the environment is also nice. We stayed for four nights, and it offers great value for money. There are only two small ceiling lights in the room, so the indoor lighting is not very good at night. It would be even better if there was a small trash bin in the room.
