• ZHU (4/5): - 部屋が広い 部屋の中の匂いが臭い、自費で消臭剤買っても効果あんまりない。喫煙の部屋でしたらちゃんと書いて欲しい。

• Johnny (5/5): Godt værelse med god beliggenhed til en rimelig pris - God beliggenhed tæt på Shinjuku hotspots og samtidig roligt. Der var ikke separat soveværelse og ikke nogen udsigt selvom det fremgik af beskrivelsen. Bruseren var dårlig
• Jillian (9/5): Superb - We love the space on this room, it is pretty big for a room. All the amenities are included, there is a washer/dryer in the bathroom. The toilet is separated from the bath. The massive table in the middle could accommodate 6pax (and all your things). There is a kitchen and utensils that you can cook, how we wish we did. We love the toiletries in the bathroom!! HAHAHA I will emphasize that this is a long walk to/from the train station, so it is a little bit hassle if your are bringing your luggages. but at the same time you can just walk and you will reach the shinjuku area. It is a residential building though, so the reception area is in a different building but it is nearby, just a minute walk.

• Corrinne (6/5): Good but with a few tweaks it could be better! - Location and the fact it has a washing machine! The lights above the beds did not work and the chandelier was too low and we kept hitting our head
• Sarah (9/5): Superb - Great Location. It is a small studio apartment with everything you need. It has a washer/dryer unit. The shower and toilet rooms are separate and a fully stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable (yes, a bit squeaky), and the sofa beds were also comfortable. The check-in process is a bit confusing. You have to go to 和ノ楓 to check in, and google has trouble with the address listed.
• Chua (5/5): Passable - Friendly hotel staffs. They allowed us to temporarily store our luggage after checkout. They have a washing machine and sufficient utensils for you to use during your stay. Room located at level 2 with no elevators, bringing the heavy luggage to 2nd floor is an issue for us travelling with old parent. Room was cozy but cleanliness of the bed is a concern to us, half of us got bitten by the bed bug, it was itch to sleep on the bed. By walking, the room location is very far from Shinjuku Station.
• Kimberlynn (10/5): Exceptional - easy to find, close to 7-11 and a 24hr grocery store, washer/dryer in unit, close to vending machines the chandelier was pretty low, had to constantly try to not hit it. We would have liked instructions on what trash to put on trash days, the small containers for trash fills up quick over a week.
• Paulette (6/5): very ordinary for the money - close to everything aircon didn’t heat properly, light over one of the beds not working, no hooks to hang towels or clothes, floor was cold. slippers provided were not sanitised. No rubbish collection. we were there for 5 nights. no detergent for the washing machine.
• Jane (3/5): Poor - Basic facilities are provided such as, kitchen knife, cutting board, cups, forks and spoons. In the laundry area, detergents are provided as well. The room is definitely now as spacious as the picture shows. Location wise it is around 15-20mins walking distance from the station. The room is located in a 3 storey building,very narrow staircase. When guests on the 3rd floor is walking up the stairs you'll probably hear them clearly in the room. Space in the room is cramped if 5 guests are accommodated. Limited walking space.
• Leo (7/5): Good - Space Squeaky bed. Lamp between bed low hang. Easily bang your head.
