• めぐみ (5/5): お値段の割にはちょっと色々と思うところがあった - 暮らすように宿泊できたのが良かったと思う シャワーのヘッドを固定するところがゆるゆるで壊れていた 説明書など置いておいてもらえると良いかと思う セキュリティが少し不安 チェックアウト2分前なのに、清掃の男性が入って来てびっくりした

• Delena (3/5): Mediocre at best. - The ease of access with the door codes, the comfy bed and nice AC. The wet room was a bit smelly. There were hairs in the sink and tub, a ton of dust and someone clearly spilt something on the wall next to the bed long before we stayed. My partner had to clean the fan in the wet room.

• Wesley (7/5): Average. - Toilet. Shower. Fridge. Bed. Lamps. Kitchen utensils. WiFi. Nearby conveniences like Family Mart, Lawson station and the very close 7-11. Massage chair (if you can fit). Vent in the wall that let cold air in constantly. The noisy 24hr fan that made a high pitch squeal. Location was exactly halfway b/w Ebisu and Hiroo stations - an inconvenient walk to both. No record player as advertised (NB: there are three Tune Inn apartments at this location and it must be the luck of the draw as to which one you get). Dustiness of some hard to reach places and obvious hairs and plastic left uncleaned from previous visitor.

• Dennis (5/5): Cleaners didnt show up before our checkin so we didnt stay. But were eventually given a full refund. - Nice place, we didnt end up staying cause of some issues with the cleaners being late.
