• Anna (10/5): - Travelled me and my son. We absolutely loved everything about this property. The location is excellent — very convenient and well connected. The host who met us was welcoming and gave clear, helpful explanations upon arrival. The apartment is extremely well equipped. There is a washing machine, a spacious wardrobe, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. It truly feels like a place designed for real living, not just short visits. It is perfect for a couple and can comfortably accommodate even three people for a longer stay in Tokyo.

• Rena (9/5): A very convenient stay, we have everything we need! - The location is very convenient, it is a short walk to 2 stations, and you can even walk to other areas like Roppongi. There are few convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The apartment itself is very comfortable, it has all the facilities we need for a stay on our holiday. Host is very communicative too. The space is quite compact, however it is still enough for 4 people (2 adults, 2 kids)

• Bernabei (6/5): - The ground floor apartment, had great facilities and was very comfortable for 2, in a good location close to transport and many areas of Tokyo. The ground floor apartment was VERY noisy. Being right next entry you heard everyone that came in and went out...all night long. The insulation between floors is the worst I have ever experienced. We were woken many many times throughout the night hearing every movement of people on the floors above. On the last night having finally got to sleep were woken by new guests at 12.30 pm who then made so much noise for 2 hours - sounded like they were moving furniture....we had an early flight and had to get up at 4.30am. Every night we had broken sleep due to noise. If it wasn't for the noise from the front door and upstairs it would have been great.

• Lisa (8/5): We enjoyed our stay and stay again! - Spacious by Tokyo standards, great access to trains, tucked into a cute neighborhood with lots nearby. Nice to be greeted by a person who was very helpful and patiently waiting for us to arrive. Apartment had all the amenities needed to cook, coffee and tea, nice little thoughtful touches. This isn’t the best location to explore Tokyo, but great if you want to be based in Aoyama.

• Amit (9/5): Homely Vibes and Excellent Hospitality in Tokyo - Real Life AAYOMA is the place to stay when you are in Tokyo. It has a very homely vibe and is a very spacious two-bedroom apartment for a place like Tokyo. We were hosted by Mr. Zheng and he made sure everything was cleaned and ready for us when we checked in. When we arrived at the apartment, Mr. Zheng welcomed us and showed us how to use all the amenities including the washing machine, electric hot plate, dishwasher and more. There is also a QR code behind the main door which explains how to use all the amenities. Both rooms are spacious, furnished with double beds and have closet space to hang clothes. There is sufficient space to keep suitcases as well. They provide four sets of bath towels, face towels and hand towels. Detergent and hand wash are also available. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. Good quality utensils and cutlery are also available. The house is very well maintained and comfortable to stay in. Two things that disappointed us were, first, there was no lift so we had to carry six suitcases one by one to the top floor. Second, there was no arrangement for drinking water. The absence of a lift is understandable due to space limitations in the building. However, drinking water is something they should provide as it would make the apartment an even more perfect place to live.

• Meherangiz (8/5): Small, comfortable, Compact House close to Aoyama Itchome Station. - The kitchen and laundry were well equipped. Location was close to a metro station. The bathroom definitely needs more clothes hooks and shelves. It was a little tight in the bathroom.

• Nicholas (7/5): A great, budget-friendly apartment for short stays in the Aoyama area of Tokyo. - Easy walk to a couple of train stations and a convenience store right around the corner. All of the staff that we dealt with were incredibly kind, flexible, and accommodating. The beds and pillows were more comfortable than most for our Western preferences. Nice washroom with an above average shower and bath setup. Nice kitchen with large fridge The lighting was all bright, harsh LEDs. There were no towel racks in the washroom. Air conditioners needed cleaning. The stairwell is narrow and tough to navigate with luggage.

• Heejeong (5/5): Passable - The location and facilities were great. The property had a distinct moldy smell, which was very uncomfortable. I was surprised how much it smelled after coming back home bc the smell of all our clothing was really really bad.

• Gavin (10/5): Real Life Aoyama is perfectly situated close to numerous stations and the Rappongi area. The accommodation is clean and - The host was exceptionally accommodating. We had a few additional needs during the trip, and he was super friendly and helpful. Could not recommend highly enough. Would definitely stay again.
• Stephanie (2/5): Extremely unwelcoming for young families, we ended up leaving early. - Good location and clean rooms. We were excited to stay in a two bedroom apartment, with our 18 month old son. The booking was promoted as family friendly, with a highchair and crib provided. However, almost immediately upon arrival, the customer service representative Ben Lee sent us a noise complaint from guests downstairs, "that your floor may have children running around", requesting us to keep the noise levels down. When I politely explained that running around is typical behaviour for young children and if we were to try and stop our son from running he would make more noise, he aggressively repeated his request that we pipe down "the noise, which has been persistent for some time now". When I tried to call our so-called customer service rep, there was no answer! We found these messages to be extremely intimidating and upsetting and it made it difficult for us to enjoy our stay in the otherwise lovely apartment. We ended up leaving early. Who knew a country with a plummeting birth rate could be so unfriendly to children.

• Lfernandog (10/5): Great value, spacious! - Super spacious for Tokyo, it is a small apt. Has all the amenities, laundry, equipped kitchen and a big bathroom, can't beat the location, it is a quiet area but close to metro and a few stops away from many attractions and busy areas like Shibuya. Nothing that was under the host's control but we had bad luck with our upstairs neighbors; they would stomp throughout the apartment and also when going up/down the stairs really late at night and early morning.

• Mishal (6/5): Not recommended - Big size property No room cleaning nor towel changing services during my entire stay of 5 days. Very poor noise insulation. The footsteps of upstairs residents were very loud and disturbing. Miscommunication between the owner & the staff. We an agreement with the owner to check-in early at a certain hour, the staff were not be aware of that agreement and even refused to contact the owner to verify.

After checking out, we wanted to leave the luggages in the place and come back to get them in the afternoon and the staff told us that service was not available due to the staff room was not available. That was very disappointing because we stayed 8 nights and paid quite a lot for the place.

• Alba (8/5): Would stay again. - Very easy check in and out, in a convenient location close to neighbourhood restaurants, bars and coffeeshops. Walking distance to a lot of touristic areas, and well connected metro wise. The apartment is clean and comfortable with all the basics and it managed 4 adults sharing well. Mattresses were decent. We appreciated the small dishwasher and the washing machine and being able to make simple breakfasts. The host tried to be accommodating in early bag drop and check in and was communicative and responsive throughout. Arranging for early bag drop was not as straight forward as we would have hoped, and whilst the host is very communicative, when the fire alarm falsely went off it took 30 min for someone to be able to come and switch it off - no instructions as to how to manually override were given. However we can't really fault the place. A suggested improvement would be creating an instruction manual for the house goods to avoid spending the time googling manuals and then translating them to english.

Overall stay was great, except that it has no elevator. We stayed on the 3rd floor so bringing up and down pieces of luggage was a challenge.
