Briana (10/5): Great value and location! - The property was very close to food and transportation. The room has a divider and separate heating and cooling units, which is great when traveling with friends. These amenities helped with privacy and comfort.
Lorenz (6/5): Good accommodation, not so good experiences - The Komogame area is really interesting and is super convenient, being on the Yamanote ring line. The rooms themselves are rather comfortable with all the necessary toiletries. A little more attention could be given to cleaning the corners or windows, but otherwise, the rooms and amenities are quite clean. The owner responds rather quickly when contacted, however, if one has a problem or criticism, then he/she goes on the offensive. The owner contacted us in advance and told us we will need to move thrice in one week and we agreed to it (although we had to put our foot down about not paying an extra cleaning fee). But we naturally assumed that all 3 rooms would be identical to the one we booked but the one that we stayed in for the first 2 nights was completely different from the one we booked and the owner tried to convince me that he has given us an upgrade. He kept trying to make it sound like as though he was doing us a big favour by not charging us a cleaning fee when, in fact, we had done him the favour by agreeing to move with our luggage and kids. The conveniences offered per room are not consistent. Further, although the room description says that we will have a kitchen, it must be noted that the kitchen is in a common area and not inside the rooms itself We had consciously chosen this apartment for all the conveniences it provided us with as a family with 2 young children and unfortunately it did not stand up to our expectations at all
