• gabrielle (8/5): Un bon sejour a osaka - Cet appartement est tres bien situé. Il est tres tres propre et pratique. . Le tout petit bemol serait la qualité de la literie. Soit tres dure qoit tres molle. Mais a par cela tout été tres bien
• Monica (8/5): - God plassering ikke langt fra togstasjon, seven-elleven rett i nærheten. Rent og ryddig, fint med tre soverom for en gruppe på fem med tre voksne barn. Gode og myke håndklær (og nok av dem!). Ikke vinduer i oppholdsrom (stue og kjøkken), gjorde at det kunne føles litt innestengt. Vi var mye på farten, så det påvirket oss ikke så mye.

• David (8/5): We had a good time here just the beds were hard. - The location was good and it was clean and tidy. Some of the bed mattresses were rock hard like sleeping on concrete compared to English beds. Apart from that all was good. There was 6 of us spreading 3 generations so we got taxis and bullet trains.
• Mona Nilsen (8/5): - Veldig hyggelig og romslig leilighet. Vi var tre stykker og fikk hvert bort soverom. Fin beliggenhet. Sentralt, men likevel litt utenfor Namba, 25 min å gå. Noen av sengene var litt harde. Det mangler kniver til å kutte grønnsaker, brød o.l.

• WAN SHU (7/5): 交通便利,但住宿設備不佳 - 離難波站只有一站距離逛街很方便,也有近鐵要去近郊很便利 附近有大超市跟麥當勞,採購烹煮食物很方便 但便利商店比較少沒有很便利,晚上臨時要購買東西要走比較遠 備品齊全,丟垃圾就在樓下,很方便 廁所異味很重,像是老舊水管的味道,通風設備極差 入住時只有給一副鑰匙,導致方開活動時很不方便 地板清潔度不佳,需要穿室內拖鞋 每個房間的床頭都沒有插頭,手機充電都要放很遠 洗澡間非常非常冷,沒有暖房設備,洗澡是一種折磨 對內窗戶沒有窗簾,導致需要早睡的人會被燈光影響

• BSchurr (9/5): spacious apt. close to dotonbori - space space space, this place has space and for the location its in thats a treat, good kitchen and everything we needed for an apt was availible a bit chilly the apt itself because of isolation but nothing heating cannot fix.

• Fahad ali (4/5): - The property is okay only. I would rather prefer Any Hotel with facilities. Lots of umbrella are available which I believe guest left when they checkout. 15 mins walk from Dotonbori. To begin with, the apartment has only one toilet and one bathroom shared between three rooms. They also converted a large hall into two very small rooms, and both partitions are open from the top, offering no privacy. The amenities provided are extremely basic—for example, only cheap plastic glasses for drinking water. There are no heated floors, and the soundproofing is very poor; you can hear everything from inside while sitting in the hall or the kitchen. Despite requesting a late checkout in advance, or at least permission to store our baggage for just two hours, the request was clearly rejected. Checkout is strictly at 10:00 AM. The cleaner was waiting outside the apartment from 09:55, and entered exactly at 10:00, giving the feeling of being rushed out. Overall, I would prefer staying in a hotel any day, as they are generally far more accommodating and guest-friendly compared to this experience.

• Peter Douglas (8/5): Ein gutes und preiswertes Appartement für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Osaka. - Sie hatte was man für ein paar Tage Osaka braucht. Die Betten waren bequem. Es gab einen großen Tisch und gute Stühle. In der Küche war ausreichend Geschirr und eine große Spüle. Das Bad war groß und die Waschmaschine funktioniert. Für ein besseres Raumklima waren in 2 der Schlafzimmer die Wände nicht bis zur Decke. Das machte die Situation noch hellhöriger. Diese zwei Zimmer haben auch null Stauraum. Insgesamt keine Hacken. Keine Möglichkeit, ein Handtuch oder ein Hemd aufzuhängen. Kein Trockner.

• LuisiPinto (8/5): Apartamento muito espaçoso e perto do metro - Apartamento muito espaçoso, a cerca de10min a pé do metro e 20min de Namba. Cozinha muito grande e prática para cozinhar. Wifi funcionava bem. Dois dos quartos, que estão mais proximos da sala, não têm parede completa até ao teto, estando em contituidade, deixando passar o som e temperaturas de um espaço para o outro. Uma das camas de um dos quartos era muito mole e desconfortável. Muito pouco isolamento luminoso nos quartos. Tem maquina de lavar e secar mas a secagem não funcionou...

• AnneC (10/5): Bien aménagé et confortable. - Emplacement proche des centres d'intérêt et du train. Quartier calme et petit café très cosy à proximité pour prendre à emporter ou sur place. Appartement spacieux, bien aménagé avec goût et confortable. Literie très confortable ! Linge de toilette en quantité suffisante, et étendoir à linge très pratique. Le départ à 10h00 est un peu tôt... Pas de possibilité d'obscurité complète dans l'une des chambres, ce qui est dérangeant le matin dès qu'il fait jour.

• urara (9/5): - リビングルームが広く、家族でくつろぐ事が出来た。 シャンプー類、洗剤類は常備されており便利だった。 キッチンも広くキレイな為、料理する際もストレスが無かった。 洗濯物を干す際にベランダが使用出来、乾くのが早かった。 炊飯器を使用したがヘラが無く、スプーンで対応した。 一部の部屋でクーラーから少量だか水が垂れていた。 滞在期間中1人1枚のバスタオルだった為、毎日洗濯出来ない場合は予備でスポーツタオルなどを持参する必要がある。
• Ssingh (7/5): Not for Large Families - Washing machine provided so that's great when travelling with kids. Enough crockery and cutlery for everyone. Kettle and toaster provided. Smart Tv actually allows you to login to your platform to watch your shows. Within walking distance to Sakuragawa Station. Wifi can only have 2 to 3 people at a time. Stops working when more people login. Beds are smaller than Australian standard queen beds but they expect people to share. So if travelling with older kids or young adults needing their own beds, please check actual number of beds provided before booking. Their double bed would be Australian 3/4 size bed. No tea or coffee provided. Hard to find initially. Only one key provided so have to leave the key in the main key box so if other come early, can go in. Bathroom sink had really bad sewage smell but was fixed once we informed them.
