• Marco Antonio Stefano (9/5): Comodo appartamento ad Asakusa. - Appartamento razionale e ben organizzato in cui abbiamo dormito in cinque. Le stanze erano piccolissime, come quasi sempre in Giappone, ma ben tenute e tutti gli ambienti erano pulitissimi. Abbiamo utilizzato la cucina solo per la prima colazione, ma era completa di tutto il necessario nel caso avessimo voluto pranzare e cenare a casa. Ingresso al palazzo e all'appartamento con due codici. Metro a 5 minuti a piedi. Le scale ripide per raggiungere l'appartamento possono essere un problema per chi viaggia con bagagli pesanti.
• Ileana (1/5): Really a bad nightmare/ don’t use it!!! - We never got a completed address, we were unable to locate the house. Even the local people couldn’t found the address. We were under the rain looking and carrying our luggage for 3 hours. We called minimum 5/6 times the number it was given as a contact and nobody answered the phone. At 12:25 we’re decided to go back and spent the night at the airport, Read above… They were careless!!!!

• Yves (6/5): Gute Lage und drei Schlafzimmer, jedoch mit Abstrichen - Das Apartment ist super gelegen. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man die Asakusa Metrostarion. Trotzdem ist es in der Nacht angenehm ruhig. Zugang zum Apartment per Code, ihr braucht also keinen Schlüssel herum zu tragen. Es gibt 3 separate Schlafzimmer mit je einem kleinen Doppelbett und zwei separate Badezimmer. Beide mit Dusche und WC. Die Betten sind alt, durchgelegen und knarzten. Die Handtücher waren muffig. Es wäre toll wenn es in der Küche wenigstens Salz oder Öl hätte. Wir wollten ein halbes Jahr im voraus die Buchung stornieren, da unsere Mitreisenden abgesagt hatten und wir daher keine so grosse Unterkunft benötigten. Leider beharrte der Gastgeber darauf unsere Anzahlung (hälfte des Buchungsbetrags) zu behalten. Ja ich weiss, dass das in den AGB steht aber come on, es war ein halbes Jahr im voraus. Man hätte locker neue Mieter gefunden.

• Jeremy (7/5): Clean place near station with 2 toilets. However, I could only give 7/10 due to the inflexibility with the towels, n - The property is clean, which is the most important factor for us, other than the good location, which is a short walk from the nearest station. Another important factor is having 2 showers and 2 toilets instead of 1. There are also extra toilet paper kept in a cabinet for you to use if you ran out of toilet paper during your stay (though I’m not sure if this is for every traveller or just us since we were staying 8 days with 4 adults and 1 toddler). You could put your luggages at the corridor inside the building if you check-in/check-out early, and then just shop around Sensoji area. Price is also reasonable when we booked, not the cheapest but also not too expensive, it’s still within our budget. There’s only 1 towel each person for our 8 days stay… I would expect the number of towels given be based on the number of days booked, but we were denied it even though we requested for 2 towels per person in advance. Reason cited was there is a washing machine store nearby… but realistically, who would have the time to specifically go there and do laundry when you have to go sightseeing all day? And what do you/family use even if you were to wash the towels at the store.. since there isn’t a spare towel provided? The bed in the room nearest to the main door (2nd floor unit) also creaks loudly when you toss and turn… as I’m (unfortunately) sleeping in that bed with my toddler, I have to consciously try not to move so much in fear that I would wake my toddler up with the creaking sounds… Thirdly, 2 of the bedroom doors’ locks don’t seem to work 90% of the time.. not sure why.. maybe the owner should fix them too.. but as we are a family it’s not a big issue for us, though it could pose a problem for other travellers. Lastly, we read someone else reviewed that it could be noisy if you choose the 1st floor unit, and they suggested that 2nd floor would be better, which is why we booked 2nd floor despite 1st floor was available at that time. Looking back, I think we should have chosen 1st floor, even if it could be noisy. Reason being the building has no lifts, and if you have many heavy luggages like us, it could be difficult to carry, unless you have a male member or someone physically strong in your group. Secondly, the stairs are quite steep.. the kind that make you wanna hold onto the railing beside when you climb down so as to feel safe… so it kinda posed a problem for my in-laws despite being only 2nd floor with a short flight of stairs. I really kind of feel bad whenever they have to climb the stairs, so seriously just get the 1st floor unit if you are travelling with elderly members.

• Wen Chan (9/5): 以往家人日本旅行都是住飯店，此次嘗試民宿，非常溫馨美好的經驗，價格實惠交通位置方便，環境乾淨且舒適，因住四樓除了沒有電梯行李搬運狹窄的樓梯上下比較不方便外，其他都很好。建議房間可添加梳妝鏡女孩梳妝打扮比較方便 - 價格優惠交通位置方便、環境乾淨舒適床也好睡、有二間衛浴、大冰箱及微波爐方便使用。入住前提問回覆快速。 沒電梯需搬運行李到四樓比較吃力、房間少了梳妝鏡女孩們化妝吹頭髮比較不方便、最後一天我們是晚班飛機無法免費寄放行李有點不便

• steven (9/5): - It is a well located apartment, very clean and very secure. As stated, the location near Senso-jo temple is really good, and transport is nearby.

Did not receive the instructions for opening door until during our travelling, so arrived and had to get driver to call owner for instructions. Place is very cramped but maybe that’s usual. No place to open up luggages, as beds took up most of room. Place was clean enough but just very cramped. Have to climb up steep stairs to get to apartment, this may be difficult for those with mobility issues.

Appartment was a decent size, a bit on the small size but ok. Great to have 2 bathrooms, that was an unexpected bonus! Free wifi was good. Towels were really small and didn't smell too good.

There was no laundry. Kitchen utensils were scarse and the table would only accomodate 4 persons (we were 6).

• June (9/5): A Wonderful Stay - Just few minutes walk to senso-ji temple. Few minutes walk to asakusa line which has express to haneda terminal 3 airport. No elevator could be hard for those staying at 4th floor with big luggage.
• Reodavle (10/5): Super nice! - Bigger and much brighter that what's in the pictures! 2 bathrooms! Near major tourist spot and lots of eating place options. We stayed in 1st floor because we have 3 seniors in the group. Easy to wheel in luggages. So much space for a group of 6. I believe this accommodation is bigger than Japanese standards. None. Everything was great! If I was to nitpick, I would only suggest to please provide bigger towel for taller and bigger people.

• Helen (9/5): A great location for a holiday in Tokyo - Fabulous location in the heart of a desirable tourist area of Tokyo. Lots of restaurants, shops and places of interest nearby. 3 double bedrooms and 2 shower rooms is ideal for friends sharing this apartment. The living room/kitchen area is small, but adequate. Carrying luggage up to the fourth floor is tough, but only has to be done once!

• Yan (10/5): quite nice and comfortable. - Perfect location. only a few hundred metres from the Kaminarimon. the street is quiet. the apartment is not spacious but quite nice, clean and tidy. all the air-conditioners are working well. there are all the equipment and tools for cooking at home. the price is also competitive. there is nothing which i don't like. but if they have a washing machine will be fantastic. the address on the booking.com a bit hard to search directly via google map. i search the next door restaurant Ikomaken to finally locate the apartment.
• Valerie (8/5): Would definitely stay again! I recommend this place for younger guests and light packets as this apartment is convenient - Nice size for our family of 7. The bathrooms seemed remodeled. Very cozy place! Property manager or owner communicates promptly with any needs. Had to walk stairs to get to top level and that is fine for younger guests. Big luggage bags are hard to get up and down the flights of stairs.

• Yong (6/5): Good location but need to improve cleanliness - The location is great. There are three rooms and two toilet in the house which we can have our own space and we don’t need to fight for the toilet. It seems like they didn’t change and wash the bed sheet and quilt cover.

• Theresia (8/5): Rimon/Issyuku Hotel - Location!Location!super near to Kaminarimon gate & Sensoji Temple which is the main reason people come to Asakusa There are at least 4 supermarkets nearby Stations are only 6 minutes walk So many restaurants to suit every budget What is more important is the electric keypad to enter each apartments,no need to bring keys The rooms are really small,suitable only for cabin size suitcases
• Blair (10/5): Excellent Small Apartment in Asakusa - Brilliant location in Asakusa Spotlessly clean Very compact but had everything we needed Best suited for 5 people Close to subway stations. Easy to get to and around the city by subway. Many great places to eat nearby Close to temples and Tokyo Sky Tree No complaints at all. Thin walls but hey its Japan! Compact living/dining/kitchen are but we didnt need anything bigger. We were out enjoying the city most of the time.
