• Troy (6/5): Spacious apartment close to metro. - Spacious 2 bedroom apartment with kitchenette. Good wifi. The building has a small 2 person elevator if needed as it is on the 3rd floor. Beds are nice. The AC unit in the living/dining room worked well. Apartment is close to the metro (2 blocks away), restaurants, and a popular bakery. There's a pizza shop next door. It was not cleaned well prior to our arrival. The second bathroom's toilet seat needed to be cleaned. There are two bathrooms but only one shower. In the US we would say there is 1.5 bathrooms. The toilet in the second bathroom is an adventure to use due to the tight fit. The AC units in the bedrooms struggled to keep the rooms cool. They probably need serviced. There was no linen to be found for the pullout bed in the living room couch - lots of blankets in the cabinets but no sheets. Never could get hot water to come out of the kitchen sink (shower was perfectly fine).

• Gniewomir (10/5): Świetna lokalizacja - Obiekt bardzo przestronny znajdujący się w świetnej lokalizacji blisko metra. Do ścisłego centrum było bardzo blisko co pozwalało na wielokrotne powroty w ciągu dnia. Jedyny minus to brak dostępnych śniadań.

• Charles (10/5): Very comfortable, centrally located, and we really enjoyed staying at this location! - Centrally located to restaurants and fantastic historical places that were walking distance. We had no issues with this property.
• Maria (5/5): Disappointing as far as bathrooms are concerned. Massimo was helpful. - Location It showed up on my search for 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. It was one full bathroom and a washroom. It’s not fair to have it advertised as such with the amount of money we paid for, supposedly for 2 bathrooms since there was 4 of us in the family.

• Mika (8/5): Perushyvä huoneisto erinomaisella sijainnilla - Sijainniltaan loistava, perusmukavuudet löytyivät. Sopi hyvin perheellemme, jossa lapset ovat jo hieman isompia. Kaksi vessaa ja riittävästi makuupaikkoja. Kadun äänet kuuluivat todella kovasti. Huoneiston lattia ja seinäpinnat osin nuhjuisen näköisiä.

• Thea (6/5): - Beliggenheten var fantastisk Måtte kjøpa eigen panna for å sterilisere ting til baby og få kokt vatn- dei pannene som var i leiligheten var oppskrapet (teflon) så dei kan ein ikkje bruka og vannkokaren var det nokon som hadde laga mat i såg det ut som.
• Helen (8/5): I would stay again. - The apartment was the perfect location to get to all the attractions Rome has to offer - we walked to most attractions! It was clean, the checkin process was faultless.

• Tarciane (8/5): Muito boa. - Bem localizada. A 7 min a pé da Fontana do Trevi . Fizemos praticamente tudo a pé. A rua é segura e bem frequentada. O administrador é muito atencioso. Deixa tudo anotado com os contatos necessários. Deu dicas de restaurantes nao turisticos e sempre foi muito acessível, respondendo rapidamente às nossas mensagens durante a hospedagem. Ao lado do predio tem um mercado de bairro para compras necessárias. Poderia renovar as cadeiras na varanda , uma delas está danificada.

• Libby (8/5): Rome is a city of magnificence, 156 Fontane perfectly placed to enjoy it. - The property is perfectly situated just up from the Piazza Barberni, very close to many of Rome’s wonderful sights. Lots of restaurants around (esp Tosca, our fav just up the road!). You can walk to many of the sights from the flat.

• Frank (10/5): Clean, large. Great location and helpful staff - Massimo was extremely helpful with our travel arrangements. The apartment was a good size as we had 6 adults staying overnight. A large table in the kitchen was perfect for us to finish our night with a few glasses of wine. Small balcony was an added bonus. Small elevator but that is everywhere in Rome.

• Petra (8/5): Very good - IT is really very great location.You can reach the Fontane di Trevi in 8 minutes on foot. Around Piazza Barberrini are many restaurants, bars, shops and famouse Via Veneto. The bonus is that metro station is 3 min on foot. Great comunication to the owner of the apartment. I can really recommend.

• Helen (7/5): Baby's first holiday. - Location was excellent. Just 10 minutes walk from Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. Easy check in and well equipped. No hot water in the kitchen and very dusty. Floors were not very clean and travelling with a baby, this was a bit of a problem.

• Maria (6/5): Sorry, but I don’t recommend . - I like the air conditioning as it helps a lot due to hot weather and also the host replies quickly every time I have a concern There is a water leakage brownish in colour from the flooring inside the toilet and we don’t know where it was coming from and also the water from shower head is also leaking and it’s a waste of water. On our last day there was a power failure in our apartment but the neighbours has , so we end up to have a cold shower. Late checked in as well as the apartment was not ready for use.

• Margarita (9/5): Comfortable and Local Feel! - Carlo was very friendly and assisted us to check-in and introduced the property. He also sent a message on tips on where to eat and go in Rome. The house is in the center of the city and near the top sites to visit in Rome and everything is walkable. The house have plenty of space and all the basic needs that you will need in a place of accommodation. It has a very relaxing patio that you can just sit down and unwind after a long day outside. The house gives a very nice authentic feel of a house in Italy. Just take note that you will need to pay a surcharge if you check-in after 8 pm, hopefully this will be extended until 11 pm instead.
• Ester (8/5): Excellent location. safe neighborhood - Location us excellent - close to Metro, sights, train station, restaurants, shops Elevator door has no safety stop feature. Steps need indicator to show lower level transition.
• John (8/5): Very good - Nice clean flat with an Indesit washing machine and drying lines on the balcony. A lively (some might say gritty) neighbourhood with good pizzerias/cafes/pasticceria/ veg market. It's at the western exit of the main road tunnel, though you can't hear the traffic from the flat. The outlook from the flat reminded us of Hing Kong where we used to live.

Great communication from Massimo the Host. Everything we needed it had. Walking distance to all main attractions. Close enough but not to close, so a little quiter. Lots of restauraunts close by. Little store right next door that sells milk, water, snacks etc which is handy. Massimo even organises transport to and from airport for us. Nothing really. we had 6 nights and had no issues.
