• Justyna (10/5): Super apartament tuż obok Koloseum. - Wyjątkowa lokalizacja, do Koloseum dosłownie jakieś 5 min. W okolicach przystanek autobusowy oraz metro, więc łatwo dostać się w inne okolice. Sam apartament też super. 2 oddzielne sypialnie, aneks i kuchnia. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. W okolicach ogrom ciekawych restauracji. Sygnał wifi bywał dość słaby czasami.
• Dimitar (10/5): I recommend Teatime al Colosseo especially if you visit Rome for sightseeing. - The location of the property is amazing it is very close to the Colosseum and there are a lot of great restaurants in the area (including one which is next to the property entrance). Thank you Franca, we had a great time in Rome and Teatime al Colosseo.
• Boris Em (9/5): Cozy old style apartment at the heart of Rome - Just a 1-minute walk from the Colosseum, near Celi Hill — the location is excellent. The host was very attentive and helpful. Nothing unexpected beyond what’s typical for this type of apartment. Be prepared for some noise from tourists, as you are staying right in the heart of Rome. The apartment is quite old, so don’t expect a modern interior. However, all essentials are provided — washing machine, refrigerator, air conditioning, etc.

Jestem bardzo zadowolona, że wybrałam ten obiekt. Trochę był hałas, ale to warte tej lokalizacji. Po za tym wszystko było super.

• Alberto (5/5): - L’appartamento è nella centralissima via Claudia, affacciandosi dal portone si vede il Colosseo, raggiungibile in un minuto a piedi. A 5 minuti a piedi c’è la fermata metro. Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono bar e ristoranti con dehors. Ben due garage privati e un elevato numero di parcheggi blu a pagamento con tariffe comunali sono attorno al palazzo. Quest’ultimo è un palazzo antico e bellissimo, di pregio. L’appartamento è delizioso e ben riscaldato in inverno. L’appartamentino gode di una terrazza ma era chiusa benché non sia consentito fumare all’interno della struttura. Per fumare mi è stato necessario scendere in strada. Mancava il bidet e al suo posto c’era un doccino ma inidoneo a lavarsi senza allagare il pavimento e la cui acqua diventava diventava da fredda a rovente di colpo. L’asse del wc era sganciato da un cardine, una minima attenzione (due stuzzicadenti e due viti) avrebbe risolto il guasto. Mi spiace non essere contento del soggiorno in quanto in famiglia ho due donne e non siamo in Francia.
• Katrien (8/5): - Voor twee slaapkamers in het centrum van Rome is de prijs-kwaliteit dik in orde. De bedden waren uitstekend van comfort wat we toch belangrijk vinden. Alles was beschikbaar in het appartement wat noodzakelijk is voor een paar dagen weg. Je bevindt je op wandelafstand van het Colosseum en hebt dichtbij voldoende horeca-gelegenheden. De communicatie met de host verliep uitstekend en vriendelijk. Er is meer dan voldoende uitleg hoe er te geraken. We hadden een probleem met de sleutel. De host kwam meteen langs en zorgde meteen voor een oplossing zonder hier een probleem van te maken. Het appartement heeft enkele ramen. Gezien je je vlakbij bij het Colosseum bevindt en de slaapkamers zich aan de voorkant bevinden was er soms wel hinder van de straat (o.a. veegwagens). De host kan hier natuurlijk weinig aan veranderen.

• Alex (10/5): Very comfortable appartment - The apartment is in a perfect location, just steps away from major tourist attractions, entertainment, grocery stores, and excellent public transportation. It is very spacious and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen that makes it easy to cook and feel at home

• Chen (8/5): Very good - Great location. Franca was very caring, prepared a booklet including how to use equipments in the house and the great restaurants nearby. This is Rome, there are still a lot of viechels on the lane at night which made me hard to sleep and woke up nearly once an hour at night. but my friends said they heard nothing and sleep well so...

• Iclal (7/5): General - It was good that it was central. You can walk everywhere. There was no problem with transportation.The house has an old and authentic atmosphere, which is nice. It was not very clean in terms of hygiene. We added an extra child to the number of people (4 years old) at the last minute but they charged 50 euros. They did not change the duvet cover as a set. They only changed the duvet cover. They did not give pillow covers or sheets and said that there would be an extra charge if they did. The blankets were dirty and smelled spicy.The electrical installation is weak.

• Elisa (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic location. Excellent restaurant right at the doorstep and more around the corner. Proximity to Colosseum was great (can basically see it from the doorstep). Easy access from the train station. Living room a little small if you want to spend a lot of time there and eat there, but if you're eating out, it is all fine.

• Aubrey (8/5): Spacious apartment in a great location - The apartment was very comfortable for my family of five and was in a great location, five minutes walk from the colleseum. The owner met us at the door upon our arrival and was very welcoming and checked in our needs throughout our trip. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. There was a great little grocery store around the corner that had all your basic grocery and wine needs. The rooms were facing the street outside and it was quite noisy in the evenings and in the mornings.
• Maria (10/5): I wish we can stay here again. - AMAZING location. Franca has put Teatime in your shoes, and thought about every detail. There is a thorough guide to keep handy. We loved the rooms, and the beautiful elements that make this place one to remember. This is difficult to answer because we have nothing to dislike! There are great places to eat and shop around, but our only suggestion would be to have another round of coffee pods in case you need to head out without time to stop for an espresso.

• Jon (9/5): This location is superb. The rooms are large and the ceilings are tall. - The location is amazing. The bedrooms are large and the beds were firm but comfortable. Communication with the host was great. We really needed instructions to use the clothes washer. And paper towels / napkins would have been a bonus. Also, there is only one love seat/futon for the common area. The bus stop for tour groups is directly across the street as well as trash receptacles. So it can be noisy in the morning

Franka was a wonderful host and gave us so much information. The directions to the apartment from the train station was very clear and perfect. A must stay place in Rome.

• Susan (9/5): Perfect location for seeing all the major sites! - Location! So close to the Colosseum, Forum, and Palatine Hill. 15 min walk or so to the Pantheon and another 10 to the Spanish steps. Taxi to Vatican and airport was easy. Grocery store 2 minutes away and many restaurants. Host was so nice and had we needed anything, I know she would have accommodated quickly! Space was very clean. A bit noisy at night due to foot and car traffic but brought earplugs and slept like a baby all three nights.
• Vadim (7/5): Great location, but facilities lacking - Great location - just a few minutes walk to Colosseum, which is awesome. A lot of cafes and restaurants nearby, a supermarket just a 100m walk. The host communication was good with prompt responses. Kitchen is reasonably-equipped. I would strongly suggest to the host to find an opportunity to fit a microwave into the apartment - this was the only place on our trip that didn't have one. There was also no iron/ironing board. The explanation i was given is that the fire authority doesn't allow it for the type of tourist licence the property has. Sounds very strange as iron is one of those staple items the visitors expect to have and don't specifically check on the list of inclusions. Host did provide her own iron on request. The sofa bed is impossible to sleep on unless you are a small child. The street turned out to be noisy - first time ever I had to use earplugs. What I really didn't appreciate is that the host submitted a property damage claim against us on Booking after checkout BEFORE contacting us. The damage had nothing to do with us and was something not noticed from before. If it was me, I'd first contacted the visitors to discuss the finding, not raising a claim

• Mari (9/5): Excellent location and wonderful host in Rome. - The apartment is in a perfect location. Easy buses and metros to all major parts of Rome. The apartment is very clean and bedrooms are huge. Franca was extremely helpful and accommodating, she gave great recommendations and helped our stay be as comfortable as possible. The sofa bed was not comfortable but Franca brought up an extra mattress the next morning which was incredibly helpful (and more comfortable). There is a little street noise but nothing out of the ordinary for a big city.
• Shawn (9/5): A lovely base for a Roman holiday and I would definitely stay there again if I was returning to Rome - Fantastic location; two minutes from Colosseum, two supper markets and Metro just over 5 minute walk. Host was very quick to respond to are calls when and was very friendly. Excellent air conditioning that could be set for each room and kept us cool in many 35’ days. Washing machine and dishwasher a nice bounce for a holiday let. Could use a few more things for cooking like oven tray and spatula, but had most everything you need and plenty of dishes and glasses.
• Michael (10/5): A super location for exploring Rome. - The location was perfect , just a 2 minute walk from the Colusseum and excellent restaurants. A local supermarket around the corner. The owner of the house is very friendly and support you with all your needs. It can be a little noisy in the street as trashcontainers and streets are cleaned during the night. It’s not a complaint but just a remark.
