• Ziyuan (9/5): - We had a great stay at this apartment in Venice and would highly recommend it. The location was very convenient, especially being close to the train station, which made arriving and getting around much easier. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring the city. It was also very well equipped and had everything we needed during our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would gladly stay again in the future.

• Tim (10/5): Very comfortable little place to stay, and we were very happy with location, the apartment, and our hostess! - Comfortable, not too hard to find, and add AC that worked really well on a warm summer day. The stairs going up and down were a bit noisy.

I didn’t sleep well the whole time we were in Venice. It felt like I was sleeping on springs. Please buy a new mattress it was horrible.

• Maciej (9/5): Quiet place in Venice - Quiet and nice place to stay. Close to train station and coach station. As Venice isn't to big it's easy to walk from there to any part of Venice or you can use water bus. Lot of shops and restaurants bit that's common in Venice I think 😉. Generally I recommend this place as I like quiet place to rest after all day walking around.

• Lawrence (7/5): fabulous, spacious apartment, but wildlife and church bells spoiled the tranquility. - fabulous location.....tucked away in a very quiet residential area, yet so close to all amenities. Initially we were amazed how quiet it was. Directions were good, but you need to have your wits about you, as the area is a bit of a warren of accomodations. Host met us there, the property is only a few minutes walk from main shopping area etc. Apartment is very spacious, with a (very) small patio which gets the evening sun. Small issue, but TV in bedroom very tricky to figure out, and we couldn't get any sound. Also, this bedroom TV is very small. (I suppose we could have/should have contacted the host) We only really wanted to have some music playing, so we just streamed from the phone. Not a big deal really, but given the price of the apartment, investing in a smart tv would be good. Also, we felt some of the facilities were bit "tired"....again, not a huge issue but if you wanted to eat in/cook, then you might struggle a bit maybe? There was no sort of welcome pack (fruit,water etc?), but some salt,pepper, oils etc in the cupboard. Biggest issue for us was the noise! At home we live in a very quiet cul de sac, so, yes, we are spoiled. However, on both nights we had seagulls starting at around 4am, with the pigeons(being fed from a balcony opposite!) also coo-ing from about 5 am.....oh, and I had to google it, but there seems to be a midwife toad living nearby, so expect a strange noise through the night too.....check it out on youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SVPK899UwV8.. Finally, just as you thought things were settling down, and you were dropping off to sleep, the nearby church bells sounded at 7am both mornings. If you don't mind noise, then you're fine because the apartment is ideally placed to explore the city, just please be aware that this is what let us down at this apartment. Just trying to be fair and honest with these observations.

Good value for larger groups on budget. A bit lackluster. Very dated furniture thrown together. No coffee machine. The bath towels need replacing, very old and scratchy. No shower curtain in downstairs bathroom and tiles became very slippery.. Wouldn't recommend if looking for romantic or intimate setting
