JOIVY wants you to have a fantastic stay, and we encourage you to see this property as a home away from home. There are, however, a few points we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay: Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets. Dispose of rubbish appropriately. Keep the property clean and tidy. Washing up before check-out is kindly required, while stripping the beds would be appreciated but is by no means expected. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbors in the building. Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving. Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs. To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification. Due to the ongoing energy crisis, the following rules apply to all properties in Italy: Guests are obliged by Italian law to follow the rules regarding rubbish collection and recycling. The schedule is different for each city, and guests can find written instructions on the property. Guests are obliged by Italian law to provide identification and pay the city tax before check-in. JOIVY will not provide access if the online check-in form is not completed or the city tax is not paid. The condominium (central) heating will work on a schedule, as imposed by Italian law, and heating cannot be adjusted. The schedule will operate as follows: 6 AM to 9 AM, 12 PM to 2 PM, and 8 PM to 11 PM. The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating. Please do not use more than one appliance at once. Otherwise, you may experience power outages. If this happens, guests will need to reset the fuse box. Please do not use more than one appliance at once. Please note that if the type of check-in of the property you have booked is "Greeter", there will be extra Late Check-in Fees (note that late check-in has surcharges, payable via card/payment link before your arrival:) for check-in after 7 pm.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Pero unos amigos estuvieron en la otra ala y no durmieron nada por el ruido de camiones descargando toda la noche. Si tienen este problema deberían avisar y que la tarifa sea menor. No es lógico pagar un hotel y no descansar. Por este motivo no volveré

Digitaler Zugang zum Zimmer funktionierte nicht, ich musste 45min. auf den Zugang zum Zimmer warten, da sich das Schloss auf Offline gesetzt hatte. Die Einrichtung war defekt und verbraucht. Kaffemachine hat nicht funktioniert, Zimmer war stickig, Klimaanlage offline, beim Oeffnen der Fenster war ein Schlafen unmöglich, da zu laut (Baustelle / Passage Galleria)

The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained throughout. What really made the stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. Their professionalism and kindness made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of. The room had everything we needed and even more. It was very comfortable, well equipped, and provided a great place to relax after a day in the city. Thanks to this hotel, our stay in Milan was even more enjoyable. It definitely won’t be my last time staying here.

It shows there’s air conditioning in the room from their booking.com page, but it’s only the heating system. My room is on the 2nd floor, pretty warm so I have to open the door but there’s many mosquitoes so I got bites and hard to fell asleep.

matthew (9/5): Great location and comfortable space for small family. - Location is perfect if you want to check out Piazza Duomo and surrounds. We stayed in the family suite which was generous with space and had a well though out design. The highlight was the most helpful concierge, Esme who assisted us with everything.

Samuel (7/5): - It was close to everything. Great view as well Every morning around 5 am the bins would be emptied from the restaurants and all you would hear it the glass clattering. Also paid extra for the dedicated birthday team to decorate the room and got told it had balloons fruit and prosecco. It came with prosecco and and a few balloons none of which were helium and 3 banners for what I paid the extra it wasnt worth it.

Eloïse (8/5): Top locatie - Perfecte locatie ! Super vriendelijk ontvangen en duidelijke uitleg gekregen over het openen van deuren via de app. Het hotel was zeer proper en voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Er waren werken vlak naast het hotel wat zorgde voor heel veel lawaai vanaf ‘s morgens vroeg. Een kleine waarschuwing hiervoor en ev oordoppen voorzien mocht hier wel gebeuren.
