MASAKO (10/5): 便利、清潔、快適 - 家族5人で利用しました。部屋、キッチン、リビングと、清潔で広さがあり、とても快適でした。バスやトイレ、洗面台も、十分な広さがあり、清潔で使いやすかったです。スタッフの方も、対応が丁寧で、安心しました。特にありません。

Grace (9/5): Superb - It was a spacious apartment close to shinsaibashi station and shopping arcade. The facilities were good.

Daniel (5/5): No Wi-Fi and excessive and odd rules means I would not recommend - Good location and a spacious layout. The internet situation is reason enough to stop me from coming back. internet is via a pocket Wi-Fi and is capped at 500mb with the rules clearly stating streaming is not allowed. I expect properties to have Wi-Fi so for me this is why I give it a low score. On the topic of rules I also find the rules in the house manual and all over the house very aggressive and at times patronising. To be given a big list of very strict rules - for example - “don’t talk to anybody in the building” - started the stay off negatively. The apartment has a lot of potential but those two points took it down significantly and means I would not recommend.
