• Luat (8/5): Except for a little hard finding the place at first, we had a good stay and it was a good deal! - The apartment was a little difficult to find at first since it's located in the alley behind the main street. The place was clean. Family Mart, 7-11, Bakery and general stores are conveniently located nearby. We walked around and realized it's very close to the train station, but we hardly heard the train when we were inside the apartment. The instructions to retrieve the apartment key was confusing at first.
• JESSICA (4/5): We stayed in Cheese room - Location is good, quiet and not too far from the station. Had good shops and a lovely bakery near by. Bed was comfy. The property was not very clean. It appeared clean on arrival but on closer inspection was not overall clean. The doors/windows leading to outside were grimy and mouldy from poor air circulation. The bathroom drains absolutely stink of egg, after a week of staying there it felt disgusting staying at the apartment from the smell. No cleaners available to clean the apartment. No facilities to clean the apartment ourselves (vacuum or mop). I wish we had booked somewhere else. Laundry room on site but the dryers are useless. There’s no option to dry clothes outside which explains why the apartment was so mouldy from indoor drying. Only a few clothes hangers.

Квартира мне напоминает дом-прицеп по размерам и комплектации, но это видимо норма для Японии. Хотя бы кровати, а не татами. Нет никаких крючков для верхней одежды при входе и для полотенец в ванной. Тоже видимо норма для Японии. Автоматический свет в прихожей - ночью в туалет скрытно не сходишь. Маловато посуды.
• HITOMI (5/5): 匂いさえ我慢したらとても良かった。 - お部屋は！全体的に綺麗で広いし清潔でした。 立地も駅から近いし、コインランドリー、近くにコンビニもあり快適。 キッチンの排水溝から下水の匂いが部屋中に充満してずっと臭い。 トイレも臭う。 バスタオルとタオルがもう一組ほしかった。

• Iole (9/5): Struttura vicina a tutti i servizi in posizione tranquillissima - La struttura si trova in una zona tranquillissima ma servita da tutti i servizi , da market a negazi a ristoranti , panetterie , ma soprattutto a 5minuti dalla metro . Consigliatissimo per girare Osaka. Ogni tanto usciva odore sgradevole dagli scarichi e inoltre non essendoci reception non è possibile lasciare i bagagli.

• Ken (6/5): Good location but with some faults - Location, very close to subway sration Beds. Two oslf us as couple needed a two people bed. Not two seperated single beds. The bathroom shelf and sink were tilted and veey uncomforrable and not safe to use. Dryer in the coin laundry was so weak that running it twice ddn't dry most of clothes.

• Lenka (8/5): All good, quiet and great location - These apartments has a great location, really just behind the corner from Nakatsu metro station, easy to go everywhere you want from there. There is 7/11 2mins far, coin laundry just at the ground floor. It is surrounded by what looks like nice little restaurants + there is a great supermarket with fresh fruits, veggies and other groceries, its just from the other side of the small block. The room was clean, building is inside the quiet block so there is no noise from the cars etc. Check in and out was easy and convenient. Honestly I would stay here again, just maybe a little shorter as with a lots of luggage it was a bit small for two people for a week, as there is not much of a space to put your clothes in. I thought I will get the room I booked, but it is random. Room was smaller than seems on photos (but nothing horrible, still fine, just not much space for longer stay with bigger luggage - some chest of drawers would be useful). Furniture is older than expected from photos (but functional!).

• Carlus (10/5): I always LOVE staying here! This would be either my 5th or 6th time I think? But always a good time. The staff is respon - The convenient location. The keypad entry, the amenities. Konbini right up the street, subway right up the street, also grocery stores and restaurants in the immediate vicinity as well. I had no one to clean my place or provide me with clean sheets for the duration of my stay? Previous times I’ve stayed, I’ve had this.

• Brian (8/5): Spacious but inconsistent features across rooms - Location was ideal a few steps from a metro station. Our room was spacious. Smart TV was big. I booked two rooms. My room had a tiny toilet space where if you leaned forward, your head hit the wall (I couldn't pull my pants up without stepping out). The room lacked a dining table and instead only had a narrow counter for dining. Finally, the two twin beds were not the same mattress - one was comfortable, the other thinner where you could feel the springs. As far at the 2nd room where my brother and his wife stayed, they had an actual table, normal sized toilet space, good mattresses, but no smart TV. It's a crap shoot as to what you end up with for a room.
• Theresa (6/5): Pleasant - You have very prompt service. Although you tried to rectify my pillow issue, you did not solve my issue as you still sent me the same poor quality pillow. Bed quality is good but the pillow is too flat. Although a new pillow was given after the complaint, I still received the same type of pillow. I didn't sleep well throughout this stay. In fact it affected my trip experience. I couldn't wait to go home!
• Przemyslaw (10/5): Exceptional - Close to metro station and short walk to train station. Basic cutlery and amenities. Good size studio flat. Unfortunately we have neighbours above us who didn't bother to take shoes off as required so we could hear them walking around flat.

• Zhaneta (10/5): Exceptional - Very spacious and well furnished apartment at a convenient location right next to the subway lines. Lots of places to eat nearby. There was coin laundry in the building too. Check in process is entirely self-guided, the information they sent us in message was very clear and we checked in an out pretty quickly. The price was great. My only regret is that we planned the trip for just two nights, should have stayed longer. Check in times are a bit late but they let us check in early so this was very convenient.

Definitely recommend. - Fantastic location, very convenient to the metro station and only 1 stop to the main Osaka station. • Nimisha (7/5): Decent stay - The place is accessible from the station. Plenty of convenience stores nearby. The room was spacious and as described. No hooks or hangars in the shower area, there is no place for the dry clothes or towel. The Aircon/heating in the room is uneven, it took a long time to warm up. The floor between the kitchen area and the bed area is also uneven, I slipped so many times. The balcony is not accessible.
• Cheng (7/5): Good - The location is walking distance to the station. There is a step between the bedroom area and the kitchen or resting area. And it is probe to trip hazard. You may want to consider to tape with a more contrast color to caution the user.. It will be nice if there are more hangers in the room.

• Stephanos (7/5): Good - The room had a lot of space for two people, but I know from friends that the size of the room can vary quite a bit. I also enjoyed the attached laundry room. The location of the place is also very convenient from the Nakatsu Station on the Midosuji Line (Osaka Metro). The area to take off your shoes has an automated light that activates with motion. However, it is pointed a bit at the inside of the room, making the light turn on if you move near it, even in the kitchen or in bed. Many of the kitchen utensils (plates, bowls, etc) were poorly washed, with lots of leftover water and green spots in them. The pots and pans were in very poor condition, making them difficult to use.
• Alejandro (7/5): Great central location - Fantastic location, close to Osaka station and Shin Osaka and not too far from Namba. The apartment is larger to other options in Osaka The sink is falling apart and in a very precarious state, the wall table was not levelled.

Wonderful amenities, close to restaurants, easy to find, lovely neighborhood. It was a bit cold in property. No heater just a.c? During the summer that’s Good, but not during the winter? That’s the only negative.

Good size apartment (toilet and bathroom are small), coin laundry downstairs 2yen for wash, 1 yen for dry. Convenience Store nearby. No view, couldn’t really look out..

The bed was a bit creaky, everytime I turned over it was super noisy but still very comfortable. Terrace could do with a clean, was dusty.
