Also clean and comfy bed for an apartment. Great location we found easy to get everywhere The bathroom we found small and I liked the location being in my 20’s as it was easy to get to cafes, shibuya station etc. but potentially not for kids

• Tona (8/5): Location is excellent, it's clean , good value and prompt communication from Host. - Location was great and it was reasonable price for new years week. It was so close to the Shibuya crossing and many restaurants were a door step away. Transport was also 5 min walk. Tokyo accomodation is small. Fortunately we only had 2 ppl so it was fine for us. Bathroom is tiny but made do. It will be a struggle for elderly to stay and although it might not be the red light district, for families with young kids. There are strip bars/ girl bars surrounding but I guess that is expected being so close to the action.

• Martin (2/5): - Lokalizacja tuż przy shibuya crossing. Na powitanie otrzymaliśmy żurawie z orygami własnoręcznie przygotowane przez właścicieli, miły gest. Była dostępna kawa i herbata oraz powitalne żelki. Ogrzewanie działała poprawnie. Zostaliśmy oskarżeni o dokonanie zniszczenia lampy w pokoju po naszym wymeldowaniu i poinformowani o konieczności uiszczenia opłaty 30 000 jenów. Jest nam z tego powodu niezmiernie przykro, ponieważ bardzo szanujemy cudzą własność i poinformowalibyśmy o ewentualnej szkodzie. Niestety, pokój już po zameldowaniu pozostawiał wiele do życzenia.Zdjecia na bookingu chyba dotyczyły pokoju w momencie gdy był przygotowany wiele lat temu, jasny pokój okazał się już pożółkły, dodatkowo wydawał się wiekszy, myślę że byłby odpowiedni dla 2 osób. Włączniki światła nie działały poprawnie, czasami trzeba było mocniej docisnąć włącznik. Pokój nie był dokładnie posprzątany - znaleźliśmy bardzo dużo włosów nienależących do nas (nikt z nas nie ma czarnych włosów). Po kąpieli i spuszczeniu wody odpływ się przytkał i część wody cofnęła się drugim odpływem w łazience, na szczęście po chwili całość poprawnie spłynęła. Pokój znajduje się w dzielnicy z klubami nocnymi, co może nie odpowiadać, gdy podróżuje się z dzieckiem, dla nas nie sprawiało to problemu. Główne łóżko było wygodne, jednak rozkładany na kanapie futon był już dość zużyty i płaski.

• Jack B (7/5): Sparse, functional flop for the night in Shibuya - Location was convenient, room had all amenities, fridge, Wi-Fi, TV, kitchenette. Management was very easy to work with, everything went smoothly. Room was very small for 3 people. The pullout bed has a split in the middle that widens during the night. Had to conserve hot water since not enough for 3 to shower every day. Kind of a skeevy neighborhood with lots of love hotels, but good yakiniku restaurants.

• Martin (1/5): A horrible experience from the start and only got worse. - Location When we arrived, there was no key in the lockbox that they assigned to my reservation. Our flight was delayed so we arrived at night and had to track someone down by phone since no staff was on site. Things only got worse after that. We followed the exact directions given to us for checkout. We checked out hours prior to the property’s checkout time due to our early departure time for our booked train tickets . A few hours later, we received a message from the property staff accusing us of failing to leave the key in the lockbox that was assigned to our room. As proof they sent us a photo of an empty lockbox. We disputed their allegation because we were certain we followed all of their instructions. Awhile later, they sent us another photo asking if the luggage in the room was ours and it was not. Overall a terrible experience from the time we checked in to after we checked out. Very expensive for the type and quality of the accommodation. No electrical outlets in the tiny bathroom where the only mirror was located. The balcony was so small you couldn’t barely stand on it. We went on to stay elsewhere in Japan such as Kanazawa and Kyoto. Fortunately, those accommodations were fantastic, the complete opposite of this place and they were both less in price. We travel internationally frequently and this is among the worst places we’ve ever stayed at. We don’t like to give negative reviews but don’t want other travelers to have a similar experience

• Shukru (1/5): Tiny, tiny room in back alleys of Shibuya. - The only positive thing about this shoebox of a room is the location. BUT, only if you are a single man or young couple. You are surrounded by strip clubs, host/tess bars and trash and drunks at night and passef out people during the day. It is still a 10min walk to Shibuya station. I must stress this point - this place is absolutely not suitable for families of any type. The location is a red light district. The owners tried to shift blame when I pointed out that booking.com said it was perfect for families. You will be walking past titty bars and drunks everyday and night. I really stuffed up when booking this place for my family which was me, my wife and 5yr old son. We were suffocating in this shoebox room for our 6 night stay. You cannot walk or do anything in the room. The bathroom is a coffin. Two people could not fit in this tiny room. I'm 177cm tall and my feet were sticking out the end of the bed. It's so cramped and I have all the real photos to prove it compared to what you see on booking.com. You will never use the kitchenette. Thr foldoutsofa bed had a lump in it so even my 5yr old had to sleep the other way along it. An adult would just have to suffer as I did for one night. We were so disgusted with the state of the room and felt completely mislead that we asked for a refund dater our 1st night's stay. Management apologised profusely but said nah. So my aim here is to just warn people to how bad this room is, please do not book it if you are more than two people, you will suffer. This room is most suited to a single male. Even a couple would find it cramped. Thr one positivr of location is still not enough to outweigh all the negatives that this place has. And lastly, we paid 1900 Aud for 6 nights which was already 30% off at the time. So I am truly the sucker in all this. We ended up staying and gritting out teeth through it all but it left a huge stain on our Tokyo leg of our holiday. I really should have stuck to proper hotels but the sofa bed feature was what got me in the end for our son. I don't know if there are any places you could boo that would be worse but it wouldn't be many. Please avoid and don't make the same mistake I did.

• Bianka (8/5): Great place in the best area of Tokyo! - Great location, good communication with the host. All you needed in such a tiny space. I recommend the restaurant across the street! It is smaller than on the pics and perhaps more suited for 2 people than 3-4.
• Leigh (8/5): Right in the busy area, so great location to base yourself out of, easy walking distance to trains. - The accommodation was clean and tidy. Check in was easy and I wasn't expecting much considering the cost and this place was about what I expected. Beds were comfortable, and even though in a noisy neighbourhood, we got a good sleep. It really is in the centre of Shibuya which has its positives and negatives. It was small, but adequate for what we needed with two adults and a child.

Arigatou! Staying in shibuya, this place can be easily the most convenient airbnb u can find out there. The room is spacious enough as room size can be quite small in tokyo. Bed could have been thicker. A little too thin. But does the job.

Perfect location - less than 10min walk from the station (when you already know the way ;), in lively location while in the same time very quiet room. Perfectly clean, has everything you need. I know it is typical for Japan but still the room is very small for 3 people. There is no other place to sit than a bed (so complicated when you want to eat sth). But apart from that all is really great :)

The building even had coin operated laundry that we made use of The IT system used by the management of this location is not too reliable. I had uploaded the images of our passports but the email kept on coming that we had not uploaded them yet and do it again.

• Shao (10/5): Fantastic place and strongly recommend for people who prefer self-service style stay - The place is a regular Japan style apartment which is big and cozy comparing to conventional 3-star business hotels, you can even roll on the floor. Almost all the necessary stuffs are there for you - WiFi, fridge, AC, water boiler, microwave, TV, table, cups and dishes, cabinet with hangers, towels, dryer etc, but you need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. The trash can is HUGE (45L + 2 smaller ones), if you don't generate too much waste they will totally fit your needs throughout the stay. All self-service from check-in to check-out with clear instruction in the room. The owner will also send a simplified instruction before check-in. There are convenience store, restaurants and different style of izakaya nearby, and not far from the station. The AC is already turned on before your check-in, appreciate this a lot during hot summer. The place is actually pretty quiet in midnight. It's really optional, but it would be perfect if the owner can prepare some deodorant spray and a more powerful dryer.

• Wan-ting (9/5): Amazingly convenient location and a decent-sized apartment. Great for 2-3 people! - The location is perfect. It is close to many metro lines and has a direct NEX (Narita Express) access from Hachiko Station. 5 min. walk to the Shibuya Crossing. There are so many department stores, restaurants, shops, pharmacies, convenience stores and a 24-7 Don Quixote nearby. Check-in process is very easy. The size of the place is decent for a Tokyo standard apartment, which allowed us to store 6 pieces of luggage and still have room to walk around. We wish the futon bed is a bit thicker since we are not used to sleep on the floor.
