The location was excellent—close to metro stations, restaurants, and a wide range of shops, which made it easy to explore the local area and pick up affordable groceries nearby. Despite being well-connected, the neighbourhood was quiet, making it a perfect place to relax after busy days in central Tokyo. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-equipped. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the host was prompt and reliable—we always received quick responses, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Check-in and check-out were also straightforward and easy. Overall, a very pleasant and convenient stay—we would happily return. The only downside was that it was a bit pricey, but we stayed during the sakura season, so this likely impacted the cost.

The apartment was disgusting, even tough you have to pay for a substantial amount for cleaning that is not included in the original pricing that is being advertised. Toilet smelt like pee, the toilet seat was sticky. Bathroom still had hairs from previous occupants and there was a lot of mold. Also, the windows do not have curtains, just paper covers. if you are a light sleeper expect to be in full light already around 4:30 AM. Maybe other appartment they rent out are better, but would definitely not recommend number 402.

A little difficult to find on our first night but from then on we had no issues locating the subway station and travelling to and from the apartment.

The metro connection aren't the best and when we arrived the apartment wasn't cleaned properly. But the owner came quickly and deep cleaned the bathroom.

Access to laundry was limited and the building beyond the actual apartment itself was not the cleanest. However the apartment was still clean.
- Andrey (9/5): Very good location - It is the perfect location, with two metro stations within walking distance. A quiet neighborhood, with few convenient stores and a big supermarket. There are a couple of restaurants around, but they are small and always full in the evenings, so you probably want to have dinner somewhere else. Or you can grab fresh sushi in the supermarket. We had to wash cups and plates, they weren't clean. I'd like to have paper towels and bigger face/hand towels.

Both bedrooms have big windows but almost no blinds - only rice paper sliding doors to cover them. This does not block the light so if you might wake up with the sun (ie ~4:30 AM).

Near to public transportation and convenience stores. Not so close to the central Tokyo, but near to the public transportation. Could have a broom in the apartment. Thin walls so you have to be careful about not making any louder noise at night. Other than that its a beautiful and confortable accomodation.

We stayed there for 9 nights and would love to come back if ever in Tokyo. The place is very spacious, especially compared to other Tokyo apartments. It has separate bedroom, living room and kitchen, as well as toilet and shower. All the necessary amenities were there. Communitavtin with the host was great, and self check in is always an advantage. Definitely recommend it!
- Sarah (7/5): Pretty apartment in a residential area. - Overall the apartment was clean and well appointed; there was a separate shower/toilet which was good for a family of 4, the kitchen had plenty of items, the fridge was huge and there was enough seating for all of us around the kitchen table. The beds were clearly new and very comfy! The area was very residential - so nice and quiet but did mean very limited options to eat. The location was a bit too quiet for us and the nearest train station didn't seem to be well serviced for city based sight seeing so we ended up using a station that was around a 20 + min walk. The wifi was very unreliable. On our second night we experienced an issue with the plumbing. It was was not possible to contact the owner/host by phone and ultimately we had to find alternative accommodation. The owner/host was prompt in arranging a refund but this did impact our trip.

Also several lines of metro stations were within a walking distance. Check in, check out and communication with the host was easy and prompt. We had a great time during our long stay. It was perfect for the family. The property has laundry but the dryer wasn’t working well to meet our high volume of loading.
- Daniel (8/5): Very good - the location was quiet, clean, easy to find. the beds were very comfortable. there was sime little restaurants in the neibourhood. only the management of the trash is a bit blur....The lication is 10 minutes by wakk from the metro and a lot of little supermarkets are less than 5 minutes away. the location is a bit small, but this is tipically an european point of view, nevertheless, everything is fine for a family of 4.

Has plates, silverware, cups, blow drier, very comfy beds, feet slippers, trash bins, cold a/c units. Was not a far taxi ride to go places (Shibuya, Shinjuku etc) either. Very pleased with the experience for my family of 4. The only thing negative to say is, if you like to sleep in, bring an eye mask. There are lots of windows with no curtains or blinds. And the sun rises at 4:15am. Sun comes in from all angels. Other than that, everything was perfect.

- Chou (8/5): We enjoyed the place on two occasions already. - Calm residential area, Apartment well-designed, luminous, clean, spacious-enough for 2/3 people, comfortable (both the double bed and the bunk beds) and well-equipped (notably the "living room" with 1 table, 3 chairs and enough kitchenware/dinnerware/appliances to feel like staying indoor to enjoy one's breakfast and simple meals). The WIFI was inefficient. Window shades were absent. It's good to know that the nearest metro station is within a 10~15 minutes, albeit agreeable, walk - prefer the taxi if you're loaded with luggage.

- Lily (8/5): Good place, clean, comfortable, but a bit noisy neighbor - Great access to convenience stores, train stations, and parking lots. Clean, and has most amenities and toiletries you needed. Insects, tiny, and Google Maps are showing different locations. Took us about 45 mins to find the building. Had to walk and ask around, but the contact person stayed with us in the line,helped us until we found it. The exact building is in an alley, and maps and addresses will lead you to the opposite side.
- Simon (7/5): Nice location, but not suitable for more than two guests - The apartment is located in a pleasant, quiet residential neighborhood about 10mins from a metro station and a similar walk from a fantastic area of cool bars and restaurants just west of Lidabashi metro station. The beds are comfortable and the shower decent. The apartment isn't really suited to more than two people, there is no lounge, the dining table is in the middle of the kitchen, which is the only communal space other than a very small bathroom. There is one wardrobe and it only has one hanger in it (honestly!) and there are no hooks, anywhere in the apartment, not for coats as you enter, not for towels, zero! It made staying hard work. Also, bring an eye mask as, common to Japan, no curtains or blinds.

The host was nice and friendly providing us all the needed assistance via messages. We definitely recommend the apartment especially for medium and long stays in Tokyo!
- Hang (9/5): Feel like having your own apartment in Tokyo. - The location is perfect! So quiet and convenient. Only 5 mins to Edogawabashi and Lawson or 711. The apartment has more space than hotel. The bed is too soft (for me). And we do not find garbage bags except for the two boxes in the kitchen. The window in the bedroom is very tiny lol.

- Emmanuel (9/5): A cozy and comfortable home away from home slightly away from the chaos of central Tokyo - This accommodation feels like having your own apartment in Tokyo, complete with what you need. It is spacious, bright, cozy, and the bed is so comfortable. It even has kitchenware and equipment, and a sleek dining area with a huge flat screen TV. I was not able to find a clothes iron if that matters to some. The location may not be as central, but it is not a very long walk to and from the nearest subway station (Edogawabashi).

- Sung (10/5): Nice little apartment that can house 6 people. Location is perfect, but it isn’t the worst. Good for its price. - good price for a nicely taken care of apartment. It had all the amenities needed. Small detail but the toilet is separate from the shower, so if you have a bigger group, something to keep in mind. the location wasn’t super great. The closest station is Edogawabashi on the Yurakucho line and you have to walk 8-10 min to get there. You are a little limited because of that, but you can still get to where you need to go. Taxi ride to Shinjuku was only 20 min, train ride to Shibuya is 20-25 min or so.
