• Ana Ofelia (1/5): - La ubicación es lo único rescatable Desde el inicio todo mal desde que te ponen un rango de 2 horas para tu check in personal, me comunique anteriormente para informar que llegaría más tarde ya habían mandado los datos de mi reserva al comentar mi horario me ofrecieron una segunda opción y al llegar a las instalaciones no pude ingresar tuve que buscar la primera opción la ventaja que si pude ingresar pero el apartamento estaba sucio se veía que recién lo habían dejado intenté comunicarme al número de contacto el cual también dice solo recibir mensajes y WhatsApp mensajes que nunca les llegaron, me volví a comunicar por medio de booking y hasta el día de hoy que se venció mi reserva se comunicaron conmigo para decirme que el apartamento ofertado no estuvo disponible por un problema con las instalaciones que hubiera procedido si yo no hubiera podido acceder al lugar? Si no existe comunicación con ellos y el pago se realiza al momento de la reserva. Pésima experiencia con ellos El que sea económico no quiere decir que uno deba tolerar estas situaciones.
• Rory (1/5): The worst booking I have ever made on booking.com - Nothing. When I arrived at the property, there was a man living inside. This man was not meant to be there, and clearly did drugs. I arrived at 10pm, the property did not answer me and since then I haven’t heard anything. I had to go somewhere else. It’s a disgrace.

• Fátima Missulla Annety (5/5): Si buscas buena ubicación lo recomiendo - Ubicación e instrucciones de ingreso puntuales El baño con mucha humedad, no había cortina en la ducha, el papel higiénico nos dieron uno empezado y el olor del rollo no era agradable, nunca cayó agua caliente, dejaron una olla en la cocina y utensilios pero no había cooktop. La red wifi se cayó el último día de mi estadía lo cual pretendía estar todo el medio día ahí y no logré obtener señal wifi. Escribí al personal y me dijeron que me notificarían y nunca más tuve respuesta
