• Jin (10/5): Safe, super clean, perfect for a couple's get away - The studio is very clean. Not very big size but is perfect for a couple with everything you need. Located in a safe community. About 12 min walk to a plaza with big supermarket, you can also take bus R2 over there to go to mercardo 28 or the hotel zone. Mercardo 28 is not very far from the apartment, about 3 km walk. Air conditioning is working very well. Randy is very nice host, answers every question, and give us advice about the attractions of Cancun. Thank you, Randy! Highly recommended! Nada

• Torres (9/5): - El estudio tiene lo necesario para tener una estancia cómoda, estaba limpio y muy ordenado, me gustó que como está independiente de la casa, a nadie molestas y nadie te molesta. Lo que si no me gustó, y es un tema que tienen que solucionar a la brevedad, es la presión del agua,,,, no tienen suficiente presión de agua en el baño, y la cocineta es una lata lavarse las manos, los dientes etc, etc,. En la regadera tienen que limpiarla más seguido para que el flujo que caiga sea más uniforme.y no andes buscando por dnd te puedes enjuagar. Dicen que tiene buena ubicación, y si, no es mala, pero también tienen que decir que en Cancún si no rentas un auto, tienes que saber andar en autobús si no te pierdes, un ejemplo del aeropuerto al alojamiento en Uber o Didi te cobran alrededor desde 300 hasta 400 pesos, del alojamiento al centro específicamente al ADO te cobran desde 90 hasta 200 pesos aprox. Depende el día y la hora.

• María (5/5): - Estaba limpísimo! Las fotos colgadas en Booking no se parecen en nada a lo que es el apartamento. Es un bajo sin ninguna luz natural, la decoración tampoco es la que aparece y la cocina da pena! La nevera hace un ruido horrible que no te deja dormir. Y la ubicación para hacer turismo es mala, no está cerca de ningún punto de interés. Realmente no volvería nunca.

Located within 5 minutes of local food establishments and bars. 10 minute walk to outlet malls and short drive to Costco and other grocery stores. Private parking. Randy was very helpful and responded quickly to our enquiries. Very basic amenities in the kitchen, if you are planning to do any cooking.

• Angel (10/5): Excelente 👌 - Todo, la atención de los dueños fue muy rápida, son muy amables y siempre atentos, resolvieron cualquier duda .es un lugar muy limpio , cuenta con su propio refrigerador, un microondas asi como utensilios de cosina que nos sirvieron mucho, cuenta con tiendas y una plaza cerca. La verdad Todo estuvo muy bien, sin duda volvería a regresar. Nada, todo estuvo bien 👍

Available parking, and kind, responsive host The location was a bit inconvenient. Although great to be outside of the hotel zone and closer to Locals, it was still about a 25-30 minute walk to the main bus terminal. It was a safe walk nonetheless or a 5eur Uber ride.

They gave me plenty of information on where to go in Cancun and also gave me great advice for my future travels. There are a few malls in the walking distance as well as OXXO. Thanks a lot for your hospitality. P.S. if you're going from the Airport - take the ADO bus (big red one) for about 10 dollars instead of using the service of scammy airport taxis. From ADO bus terminal you can easily get a cab Location is quite far from the tourist area, but there's a bus nearby that will take you there in 15 min.

• Amy (9/5): Superb - The room is very comfy and well equipped. Our hosts were super helpful as we'd only just arrived in Mexico and didn't have a clue! We really appreciated the pick up from the bus station. Choice of two good places nearby for breakfast. Convenience store is nearby too. The location is not ideal for finding food on an evening, but you can cook food in the apartment.

Definitely need a car if staying here but they can provide off Street parking. The only issue were the stairs getting up and down to second floor. Fantastic stay and highly recommend.

• Evin (8/5): Very good - The studio is very clean and has a well equipped kitchen. The aircon was very much appreciated and it is in a quiet location with a supermarket and tasty place to get tacos a couple of minutes away. It is far away from the bus terminal and beach and with the current Uber/taxi situation in Cancun it made it very expensive to get anywhere from the studio. The host sent information on how to use the buses on our last day - maybe if we’d known this earlier it would have been a bit simpler
• Elisenycbk (10/5): Perfect Overnight Stay 10/10 - Excellent stay for the both of us in the downstairs apartment. We booked an additional stay here. Perfect communication with Randy, all details for the easy self check in and recommendations conveniently organized in a WhatsApp group chat. The housekeepers were so kind to accommodate scent-free bedsheets for our overnight stay and even removed scented items from the apartment. The firm full size bed was comfortable and the space was spotlessly clean and tidy. Everything worked perfect: wifi, microwave, locks, windows, etc. Plenty of floor space for our big luggage and a clothing rack. This is the tropics so of course it’s humid and damp everywhere. Just like our apartment in Brooklyn during the summer. The AC/fan wall unit helps a lot. The windows have bars on them so you can leave it open while showering since the bathroom doesn’t have ventilation. The apartment is far removed from the street, the upstairs apartment was quiet, and no one used the laundry room during our stay, so we had a peaceful time. We found a big bottle of water in the fridge upon arrival which was really nice to have and there’s a delicious quesabirria taco stand 30 seconds walk around the corner. No negatives! There’s a string of edison bulbs outside the apartment window which provides a lovely ambience but the interior would benefit from softer lighting like a lamp in the bedroom and one in the kitchen. And a little fan in the bathroom would be nice!

• Costel (9/5): Short but a nice and relaxing stay! - Beautiful little apartment in a quiet place with everything you need and more and in case you don’t find something you can always ask the staff: for us has always been very kind and available. The door is not soundproofing and for those who can’t sleep with the light coming up in the morning it’s a bit struggling.
• Pavol (10/5): Exceptional - The reason why I gave 10 for this accommodation is the host. An extremely helpful and kind person, I am not sure if I have ever met anyone like him. His place is about 2.5/3 km from downtown (I am talking about the real downtown, not about the well-known area with fancy hotels in Cancun). Me and my wife really enjoyed exploring the streets of Cancun (again, I am talking about the streets between the host's place and downtown) because from our perspective this is the real Mexico and not the area with hotels for tourists. Ask him for recommendations he is extremely helpful :-) The location of the accommodation is not central but as I said - we enjoyed walking and I would recommend that for anyone who is going to stay there. I felt 100% safe in the streets and if there were any people they were kind and said: "Hola" or "Buenas". At least, this is my experience :-)
