- piroshmiro (7/5): - Really close to the airport and free parking in front of the building. Good price and communication from the host. It was self check-in with the code provided. The building is old and the area is looking quite desolate. Especially if you want to drive to get some shopping or food nearby roads are terrible. It has an old, moldy smell in the room, maybe because all the windows except the small one in the bathroom are bolted shoot. Impossible to open, including balcony. I guess it's for security but again, strange and dangerous in case of fire. It was clean including shower and good for one night stay before flight but just that

Ar nao desligava , conservação é ruim , ficamos aqui por causa de ser perto aeroporto mas nao compensou pois tem pouco uber ou indrive na região

- Victor Hugo (8/5): Excelente opción costo beneficio para una excelente ubicación cercana al aeropuerto de Cancun. - Un pequeño departamento muy bien equipado con cocineta, horno de microondas, refrigerador, agua caliente y aire acondicionado. La cama muy comoda y bastante silencioso incluso a pesar de estar cerca a una gran via. Ideal para pasar la ultima noche de un viaje a Cancun ya que esta muy cercano al aeropuerto y mas cuando el vuelo es temprano. Una pequeña molestia por la presencia de varios insectos en la habitación.

- Bartolomeo (8/5): Ok for one night. - Nice and very enlightened flat. Complete with all you need. Close to the airport. It’s located in the middle of nowhere. No shops, no restaurants. The flat is on the ground floor and the balcony is basically on the road with no protection. We heard people speaking outside in the middle of the night. We were a bit uncomfortable.

Tenía que andar por la carreterra unos kilometros hasta que encontré otro hotel con wifi. Allí pude conectar y pedir Uber. Creo que el problema es que se cambia la contraseña del wifi automaticamente.. no obstante, NO es inteligente hacer eso mientras tidavía hay un visitante en la habitación....

El entorno es muy tranquilo y se encuentra relativamente cerca del aeropuerto. La entrada fue muy fácil y el personal es muy amable. Cerca hay un OXXO.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war gut, je nachdem, welchen Standard man für notwendig hält. Kleinigkeiten, wie: Badezimmertür lies sich nicht vollständig schließen, Balkontür klemmte. Und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind fußläufig nicht erreichbar.

- Sooyeon (6/5): 공항과 가까우나 택시비는 더 비쌀 수 있다 - 처음에 키 안내를 잘못 받아서 늦은 시간 도착해서 해맸습니다. 그러나 답장을 잘 해주셔서 체크인을 할 수 있었습니다.(왓츠앱으로 안내가 옵니다) 아파트먼트라 조금 더 편한 분위기였고 배게도 굉장히 두툼해서 좋았습니다 방에 에어컨이 안 되서 직원을 불러서 전원을 켜줬고, 방에 불을 다 켠 상태로 작동하면 10분 정도만에 꺼집니다. 자려고 불 끄니 안 꺼지고 잘 작동되더라구요. 가스버너도 사용을 잘 안 했는지 안 되었지만 직원분이 와서 고쳐주셔서 사용했습니다. 그런데 칸쿤 공항에서 일부러 멀지 않은 숙소로 예약했는데 4터미널로 나오니 수많은 택시 회사의 미친 가격과 호객에 지쳐 숙소에서 알려준 드라이버를 불렀는데 그 드라이버에게도 500페소라는 금액을 냈습니다. 공항과 가까운 곳을 택한 이득이 없었네요. 차라리 아도버스터미널 앞 숙소를 잡는게 왕복 교통비를 아끼는 방법인듯 합니다

- Thomas (5/5): Für eine kurze Übernachtung okay - Einfacher Zugang, geräumiges Zimmer, Dusche mit warmen Wasser, Bett sauber und bequem, TV mit Internet Es gibt zwar wifi jedoch wurde mir das Passwort nicht mitgeteilt. Ohne Internet war auch keiner zu erreichen, da das "Hotel" abends unbesetzt ist. Ohne Internet ist es schwierig weg zu kommen da man kein Taxi oder Uber bestellen kann. Die Lage ist in einem Gewerbegebiet, ca 10 Minuten vom Flughafen. Es wurde mir ein Fahrer empfohlen und mir wurde die Telefonnummer geschickt. Der Preis unterschied sich jedoch nicht von den üblichen überteuerten Taxipreisen mit umger. 25€. Durch die Nähe zur Hauptstraße vom Flughafen nach Cancún viel Verkehrslärm. Die Balkontür ließ sich nicht öffnen
- Jesus Cruz Gutierrez (2/5): NO recomendable ni para una noche. Parecía la casa de los horrores - Lo único que me gustó fue la cercanía al aeropuerto. 5-10 minutos en coche. Nada más llegar, vimos que la zona en la que se encuentra está desangelada, pareciendo hasta insegura. Al llegar al "hotel" vimos que no había nadie en recepción y las puertas estaban abiertas de par en par. Cualquiera podía entrar sin problema. Al entrar en el dormitorio, una cucaracha enorme (muerta desde hace varios días) nos recibió tras la puerta de acceso, lo que nos da que pensar que la habitación no la limpiaron a conciencia antes de nuestra llegada. Cama muy incómoda, somier que generó mucho ruido a cada movimiento. Muchísimo ruido de la calle. No pudimos dormir bien la única noche que hicimos uso de la habitación.
