Guest Reviews
- daniela (10/5): Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo - Appartamento confortevole e ben accessoriato. Aria condizionata funzionante. Doccia pulita, acqua calda e con buona pressione (non scontato in Messico) Il cortile all’ingresso della struttura sembra un po’ degradato ma poi all’interno pulito e con reception h24

- David (7/5): Not the best but a reason able cost - The flat is roomy.
No dedicated parking place but still easy to park during this period of new eve. Under equipped: no corkscreew, no sieve, it cost peanuts.
Very noisy. The cars running every day long to bring multiple giant-hotels' customers and a ventilator/engine close-by outside.
Access to the beach is not in front, monopolized by backtoback luxury hotels.
The walled elevator, no more maintenance...
- Mynor (1/5): Sure! Here’s an informal bad review you can post online: Avoid this place at all costs! I wish I could give zero stars - Sure! Here’s an informal bad review you can post online:
Avoid this place at all costs!
I wish I could give zero stars. This apartment was nothing like the listing—total scam. The area is a ghost town, super sketchy, and even had a building next door taped off with a government sign warning about illicit activities. Talk about a red flag!
There’s no elevator, so we had to drag all our luggage and two kids up to the third floor. Total nightmare. Then we walked into the apartment, and wow… the smell hit us like a brick wall. Checked the bedrooms hoping for some relief, but nope—stained sheets, worn-out bedding, and just overall gross.
My family was horrified. We left immediately and booked a different hotel (The Hive, which was amazing BTW). This place wasted hours of our time and put us through so much stress. Seriously, don’t bother booking here—it’s NOT worth it!

- Elina (7/5): Good - The location is good in the zona Hotelera. The apartment was not clean and the towels smelled very bad.
The building is old.
- Luis (5/5): Needs maintenance urgently - The best value is about the location. The cleanliness can improve. There are many details about the maintenance that need to be addressed including the lighting, the main air conditioning, and the pipelines. There is a bad odor coming out from the pipelines and toilet.
- Raul (2/5): Stay away.. - Location / cold AC The stairs I hated leaving or arriving to my room second floor, cockroaches in the kitchen shower was super dangerous to get in/out door looked busted didn’t look scared front desk receptionist gave me the creeps. Towel rod was broken.
- Nicole (10/5): Cozy - Definitely the location, it was near the beach, a store, and the restaurant and party zone -
- Roselyn (8/5): Very good -
- Tricia (8/5): Very good - Close to stores, shopping, bus stop. People in the area are very friendly and very helpful. Noise from the street traffic, no elevator, air conditioning in living area was leaking. Not enough towels.
- Robbie (7/5): An ok budget option right in the heart of the hotel zone. - The location was great for access to the hotel zone and there were plenty of bars, shops and restaurants nearby.
The apartment was quiet and the air conditioning worked well. The beds were truly awful and completely unsuitable for 2 adults to sleep in as they were both too short (for me anyway at 5'10") and not wide enough.
The bedding provided was also very cheap and the duvets didn't have covers on them.
The hob was unusable, it worked but took a really long time to cook anything as it never got hot enough.
The local area reminded me of Vegas - if you like tacky party vibes you might feel differently.
- Juan (7/5): Is ok. - Central location. Appartement was full equiped. There is almost private parking. Difficult to have a better deal for a 2 bedroom appartement in that location. Overall I recommend this place for family or friends. Receptionist Alberto is the worst person you can deal. Does not want to help and even make things problematic. We arrived at 3pm (check-in time) and had to wait 45 min to enter. The receptionist was unhelpful to the max. Also, there is 3 air conditioners and one in the 2 beds bedroom does not work. Told that first thing to the host, told us he will advise if someone will pass to check it out. Nothing happen on the 5 days we stayed. Not even a message about that. There is no lock on the windows facing the corridor so you need to think about something to lock it (we took some metal sticks). Also the door does not seem to be solid, it seem you can hit it and it will open with no problem. another lock is necessary.
- Andrusek (7/5): Good - Location is perfect. In my opinion it's best in Cancun, it's in hearth of hotel zone, close to best beaches and only 15 minutes to downtown (by bus which is as for 2022 12 peso).
Apartment is big and bright. Kitchen is well equipped. Some small repair works should be performed. It was also a bit difficult to check in (no one answered a phone provided in booking offer) but it the end we managed to do it with security.
Towels should be replaced for new as well.
