There is everything you need in the apartment. The place is very clean, spacious and bright. The view is amazing! The shower in the bathroom is definitly the best we've had in Mexico. Having breakfast on the balcony is magical. The place was very quiet and welcoming. The beach in front of the apartment is clean and quiet. The pool was also nice. Corrado also recommended a taxi and lots of restaurants and places to visit. Supermarkets, restaurants, the Mayan ruins, etc. are all accessible by foot. The apartment is also not too far from the airport which is very practical. We liked everything!

The location is very convenient, with the beach, pool, and restaurants all close by. Corrado is an incredibly kind, open, and helpful host. We had great communication with him throughout our stay, he shared many useful links and recommendations, helped us with our luggage, and arranged a taxi for us. -

• Anja (9/5): - Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett, antwortet schnell und ist hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Hotelanlage, nur durch eine Straße vom Meer getrennt. Die Wohnung ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet, auch Getränke, Duschutensilien usw sind schon da. Man ist etwas abseits, wir sind mit Uber überall hin gefahren. Der Wasserdruck bei einer warmen Dusche könnte stärker sein. Außerdem ist es wirklich sehr hellhörig im Haus. Abgesehen davon war es perfekt.

Niczego nam nie brakowało. Corrado zadbał nawet o to, byśmy miały normalną kawę( o co bardzo trudno w Meksyku) oraz zostawił nam zimne napoje w lodówce. W łazience czekały kosmetyki i mięciutkie ręczniki. Spektakularny widok na morze i palmy 🌴🌊, cisza i pełen relaks. Właściciel bardzo miły, pomocny i profesjonalny. Idealne miejsce na wypoczynek – najładniejszy apartament w całym resorcie, gorąco polecam i na pewno wrócimy!

From the very first moment, he was extremely kind, friendly, and always willing to help. He recommended excellent restaurants in the area and showed us interesting places, including an archaeological site we probably wouldn’t have discovered on our own. Whenever we had a question or a small issue, Corrado reacted immediately and solved everything with a smile and great willingness. It’s clear that he truly cares about the comfort of his guests and does his best to make everyone feel welcome. • Francisco (10/5): Excellent stay in Cancun, Puerto Juarez - Our host Corrado was awesome! He is very communicative, waited for us to check in and out, he gave us suggestions about places to visit, and was on top of our every need. The room was comfortable and had everything for us with 2 beds, and a separate kitchen/living room area plus a balcony with ocean view. The resort has many amenities that you can use. We visited the restaurant, swimming pools, game room and the beach. There is also a water park, mini golf and spa we saw but did not use. You can upgrade your visit to be all inclusive if you want, in our case we spent most days traveling around. The resort is a few minutes from the public Playa del Niño and a short dictance from the Puerto Juarez ferry terminal to Isla Mujeres. There are security guards that let your car in/out and all the staff we met was professional and helpful. We have visited Cancun several times and have found this is the best place for our family traveling lifestyle and value for our stay.

Communication with him was great, the apartment is nice, clean and it has everything you might need during your trip, the hotel was nice and the staff offered good service, I totally would stay here again.

• Malika (10/5): Authentic Cancun :) - Our host was super helpful and friendly. Communication prior and during our stay was excellent and we got lots of tips about visits, restaurants and transports. The resort was nice and quiet with a beautiful view of the beach, perfect for sunrise. The beach has sun loungers, parasols and showers as well as white sand, palms and clear waters. Away from the craziness of the hotel zone yet close enough if you fancy some hustle bustle. We used taxis and colectivos which were very affordable to go places. The complex has pools and a gym. The flat has super comfy beds and pillows with towels for the beach provided. The kitchen was really practical for preparing snacks and breakfast with a fridge which was stocked with refreshments and coffee as we arrived. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Nothing really, Corrado made sure we had everything we needed. A* from us.
• Jessica (10/5): Loved this loft apartment (inside a resort) and outside the hotel zone. - Perfect space for a quick getaway. Private beach, kitchenette, and easy access to everything. It was outside the hotel zone which we loved. Didn’t have to fight traffic and crowds. The loft was very comfortable especially with the AC upstairs. The bed was very comfortable. We plan to go back here next trip to Cancun. You can see the Island Mujeres from the balcony. Very easy access to the ferry. No major or minor complaints.

Apartment was clean, beds comfortable, nice view of the garden and pool The only negative about the place, is the location. Very few restaurants or convenience stores in this area. The apartment building is part of the All Ritmo resort, which is all inclusive, so many guests probably don,t care about outside restaurants. [Read All Ritmo reviews] If you want to go downtown, to the Plaza las Americas mall or other locations, most taxis charge 200 pesos, which is reasonable. Overall we had a good stay, as we were only there 3 nights. Apartment was nice, owner was great, but location a little far from everything in Cancun

And he even sent us lots of great recommendations for things in the area. There are a lot of fishing boats and restaurants with fresh seafood nearby. The food at the resort location isn't bad, but doesn't have a lot of variety. We added their all inclusive for one day which was just enough. There are a couple spots within walking distance, but plan to take some taxis for some meals.
• Adelina-elena (10/5): A beautiful Apartment with a View of Paradise - The Host, Mr. Corrado, is a very nice gentleman who will give you immediatly a feeling of familiar comfort. He will answer your question as good as possible and is always reachable if you need something. He is a well English-, Italian- and Spanish-Speaker. The Apartment was one of our Highlights and we enjoyed the view of the see, what is the first thing you will see as soon as you wake up. We planned also some trips to some islands and he was so nice for driving us to the ferry. Very happy with all and everything. There will for sure be a next time in Cancun and we will come back to Mr. Corrado for sure :) There was absolutly nothing i can say against this beautiful Aparmtent and of Mr. Corrado of course.

Safe community with easy walk (or bus ride - we took the bus on the way to and just walk back from) to the ferry terminal to Isla de Mujeres. Even more easy walk (like 7 minutes) to El Meco ruins (unfortunately El Meco was closed until May 2024).

• Israel (10/5): Home Away From Home - This was my first trip to Cancun, And I only regret that I didn't stay longer. The apartment is JAW DROPPING And GORGEOUS !! Modern and Trendy Decor and architecture. I had the best sleep. The mattress is very comfortable. I knew I needed to see the sites of Cancun, but I didn't want to leave the apartment. It was just that beautiful and comfortable. The pictures online don't give it justice. I would have expected to pay more because of the quality. So if you pass up this deal, It's definitely your lost. You won't find anything close to this in the area for this price and quality.. It's located in a remote fisherman's village on a private beach front. The balcony view of the ocean is second to none. Perfect spot if you are truly looking for a beach vacation without all the night life. Yet it's across the street from a bus stop and several local restaurants. If you want to catch a bus into a more commercialized part of town- it only costs 60 cents (USD) or 10 pesos. So you can still be in the Hotel zone with bars and night scenes within 10-15 minutes. The apartment is also located next to a ferry station where a quick ride gets you to other beautiful island sites with music, food, snorkeling, and So Much Culture!!! I plan to return to stay at this apartment every time I visit Cancun. It has become my home away from home. The host is so hospitable. The linens ( towels and sheets) smelled so fresh, and he even left books for me to read. Also the kitchen was stocked with Fresh Mexican coffee. The coffee was actually good☕. He treated me like family, and not as a typical tenant. He helped coordinate my travel from the airport and greeted me with kindness upon my arrival to the apartment. My stay was much more pleasant and enjoyable because of him. This place is a true diamond in the rough!! I enjoyed my stay thoroughly with no dissatisfaction.
• Anthony (10/5): A pleasant and enjoyable beach stay in Cancun. - A great Location by the Beach with use of resort's pools, beach bar (buy tickets)and food service (buy tickets). An older property but with all essentials. Close to other amenities and local transport to downtown Cancun. The Host Corrado was attentive and helpful. A wonderful person to deal with. He kept in touch during our stay to check that we were doing fine. He had some beers, water and soft drink in the fridge to welcome us on arrival. There are a couple of other public beaches within waking distance, an archeological site nearby, a beautiful church (Catholic but anyone is welcome) on the beach nearby, whale shark tour service within walking distance. Other water bound tours and service along the road. The ferry service to Isla Mujer is a 20 min walk from the resort. The evenings are a haven for mosquitos but that is common for Cancun due to the dense vegetation and water ways. A neighbors had his TV on loud till 1 or 2 am however, there are noise restriction after hours and we could have informed the Host to have the neighbor abide by the rules.

Ocean view ,colors in the room.Free drinks and water☝️in refrigerator 🤗Coffe and coffe machine .Kitchen in the room.The bed very comfortable. The owner payed a lot of attention and answered for all questions. I was so happy to choose this place!The restaurant in hotel perfect and all staffs very kind.Thank you Corrado 🤗
• Ali (2/5): Very poor - I wrote what I think about apartment and after that the host write to me these words to me ” it's really a shame the judgment you gave me !! I have never received such a judgment … after all I have done for you and your family … you are really a bad person ! remember that everything comes back in life… you ruined my work and sacrifice“.
• Erika (4/5): Disappointing - we liked the pool and the staff, they were really cordial and welcoming. make sure that when you are staying at the resort, it is actually hosted by the resort, and not as an AirBnB. You end up spending more money, bc nothing is included. The cleanliness is really poor rented as an AirBnB, the money we paid is not really worth it.
• Anonymous (10/5): very cozy apartment it made us feel at home. - the first thing you notice when you walk into the apartment it’s the amazing view it has, everything is very well organized , clean, well prepared for guests. our host was very helpful , he gave us some tips and suggestions for stay in Cancun. the hotel staff was super friendly as well. 100% recommended!

The location also is brilliant and the facilities,too. The apartment is clean,spacious and just has a nice,relaxing feel about it. 10 out of 10 for everything . Would definitely recommend and come back

• Hsuan (10/5): Good value - very good value for traveling alone location is a little far away from downtown and hotel zone, but it's quiet and enjoy yourself
• Amador (8/5): although the pictures looked liked the apartment was a two floor studio, the actual place was a single floor studio on t - it was a short 2min walk to the beach the place did not have a functioning bathroom window that closed which meant using the bathroom in a hotter room. the AC ran perfectly in the rest of the apartment.

• Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - The property was in a great location away from the main strip so ‘relaxing’ is the main priority. The apartment was cozy, clean and perfect! nothing.

The room is part of a hotel complex, as you are not included in the hotel " All inclusive " programme, getting any drinks from the bar is problamatic,
• Ariadna (10/5): Great apartment in Cancun - It’s a perfect place,close to everything. The apartment has everything you need for the stay like utensils and appliances. The host welcomed me with sodas,coffee, etc. I really appreciate it. I liked everything.
