Stephanie (6/5): I have filed a formal complaint with booking about the poor communication and safety risk both financially as someone no - The large counter top in the bathroom was nice to spread out my things. Closet space was great. The towels were clean. The curtains are easy to put up to get in sunlight and black out for sleeping. A property manager who refused to provide confirmation of his identity asked me to pay him the security deposit. This person was not identified on the listing and he asked via WhatsApp, or booking, that I pay his personal account. I didn’t know who this person was or if it was a scam so I asked him to please confirm his identity. He refused so I made a formal complaint to booking. Booking avises against paying anyone from a link or outside booking. Aside from the staff, the apartment is equipped with enough, but don’t touch the walls. They are dingy and dirty, furniture is outdated and sad, no light in the kitchen, There was NO dead bolt on the front door and anyone from the street could easily break in- as a single woman I felt uncomfortable.

You have to pay a $200 security deposit otherwise they don’t give you check in instructions, very sketchy. Management were not understanding at all and made our stay very stressful.

Bálint (7/5): Good - The host was very helpful in letting me check in ahead of time. (I had to get there earlier to catch a tour.) The host also provided drinking water. The apartment was very well equipped with household machines. The public beach access is 10 minutes away on foot, so you can go for a swim and come back any time during the day. The water pressure in the shower was quite low which made taking a shower relatively long. This is minor inconvenience. I could not leave my luggage behind when I checked out which was a problem for me because I checked out at noon and my flight only left in the evening.
