- Trevor Jones (10/5): Clean, spacious villa in a great location with excellent staff. A truly relaxing stay. - Our two weeks at Villa Marlin in Cancun was excellent from start to finish. The space was generous, clean and well suited to our needs. We especially appreciated having a full kitchen, as we cooked often during our stay. After a deep-sea fishing trip, we were even able to bring back beautifully filleted fish and prepare some incredible meals. For us, having that flexibility made the stay far more enjoyable than being tied to an all-inclusive resort. The location could not be better. The beach is just steps away, and the villa is close to shops and great restaurants. There’s an OXXO right next door for anything quick, and the large Soriana supermarket at the mall across the street made grocery runs easy. Ubers arrived within minutes, and taxis were always available. The staff were outstanding and very friendly, especially Elizabeth, our main point of contact. She was responsive, and incredibly helpful. Whether it was delivering extra water, replacing the door lock battery, or answering questions, she handled everything immediately and with real care. Any small issues we had were resolved on the spot. All in all, Villa Marlin was a fantastic place to stay. Comfortable, convenient, and supported by an excellent team. We had everything we needed both inside the villa and in the surrounding area. Five stars.

Highly recommended for those that don't need an all-inclusive resort. Almost the same benefits for a fraction of the price. Everything was perfect. No comments.

But the view from the apartment is beautiful,

Supermarket steps away. View was amazing, beds were comfortable, plenty of room for our party of 6 The bathrooms were not ideal. One shower didn’t work, and the drains were all slow.

- Derek (9/5): Truly Amazing! - Amazing location, Staff is excellent. Very quick responses to any requests. The location is fantastic. With the mall right behind us that has a really good and reasonably priced supermarket, other stores and shops, ATM and currency exchange with decent rates, you don't need to worry about anything. Views, pools, beach are all amazing! The apartment itself is showing some wear but nothing serious. Couches are just ok for comfort, most beds are really comfortable but the bed off the kitchen is quite firm. Pillows are fantastic. More instructions are needed for starting the oven, and the hot/cold mixing in the shower off the master. These are minor issues.

- Jaime (10/5): AWESOME!! - This property was perfect for our family trip!! very well located, front beach and near 2 grocery stores!! it was super clean and was ready when we arrive. The rooms are huge and the beds very comfy!! 3 and a half baths were more than enough for our group of 8!! The kitchen is very ample and with nice appliances and also full equipped!!! we were provide with beach towels and enough toiletries for our stay. It was a sweet touch that we were provide with coffee, cooking oil and basic condiments available as we like to cook . special thanks to our host, Elizabeth, that was very attentive to all our request and started giving us information a couple of weeks prior to our arrival and made follow ups whiting our visit. The complex is family oriented with a no noise policy after 10 pm and with a gated security entrance. It also has a very big pool that has a restaurant that provide meals and drinks. There is also security to access the beach and a life guard just in front!!!! This is an amazing property and a great value for a large group!! we will be back!! we have no negatives for this property!!
