• James (8/5): Very clean apartment with amazing huge pool. - Very clean apartment. Beautiful huge pool. Very quiet. Close walking distance to a rotisserie chicken take out restaurant, Dominoes pizza, a beautiful bakery, a taqueria, a convenience store and Walmart. Safe area. Security at gate which was great. Enjoyed the pool a lot. There is a tv in the apartment. In the listing it states it has Netflix but it does not. The apartment has wifi, so luckily we had our own streaming stick that we brought with us (Roku stick). Otherwise we would have had no tv service at all- does not work.. They told us at check in that they would come to get the Netflix working, but they never showed up. So bring your own streaming stick if you want to watch the tv. Luckily we brought one with us .Otherwise everything else was good!!
• Vargas Munoz (3/5): decepcionante - la laguna que ese día que llegue se ahogó un chico y si ya saben que cierran la laguna, lo más honesto era ofrecer un reembolso y ofrecer quizá otro alojamiento, porque lleve a mi hijo de 11 años y voy hasta allá solo por la laguna y no pudimos hacer uso de ella y tampoco nos ofrecieron un reembolso u otras opciones
• Keston (9/5): This is an exceptional property and an excellent value - The apartment is in one of several nice buildings in a manned, gated community. The grounds are clean and neatly manicured. It has an artificial lagoon with several well kept swimming pools. The property was quiet and I felt very safe there. The apartment itself is very clean, spacious and very well maintained. It sleeps 4 people comfortably. It has all the features, comforts, and household appliances that I wanted (TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fans, coffee maker, microwave, kitchen, stove and oven). I liked everything about the property. There was nothing not to like.

• Gabriela (9/5): Apto cómodo y laguna excepcional - El apartamento está muy lindo. Cada dormitorio tiene su propio baño. Las camas eran muy cómodas. La laguna es hermosa, nos divertimos mucho. Alquilamos kayak en la tienda. No pudimos ver Netflix en la TV. Vimos alguna cucaracha pequeña dentro del apartamento. No hay adaptador para los que usamos 3 en línea, por lo cual hay que llevar o comprar.

• moritz (10/5): Unterkunft u Gastgeberin zu empfehlen, top ... Aber Sonnenliegen müssen ersetzt werden ! - Es war alles super , kann ich nur empfehlen. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Uns wurde alles hervorragend erklärt. Die Unterkunft war sauber und sehr großzügig eingerichtet. Es fehlte nichts. Wir bleiben in Kontakt, gerne wieder Leider sind die Liegen im Außenbereich defekt ( wirklich alle ) gefühlt liegen dort 50 - 80 Sonnenliegen die alle entsorgt müssen !! Es ist sogar gefährlich die zu nutzen ( Einklemmgefahr und Bruch) Ich möchte hier nochmal betonen dass die Gastgeberin nichts dafür kann . Es ist eine anderes Unternehmen verantwortlich und nicht die Gastgeberin. Hier muss allerdings nachgebessert werden
• frédéric (9/5): à découvrir vraiment ... hors du commun - tout est là !! pour une escale avec un vol ou plusieurs jours notre hote nous a fait visité et expliqué le fonctionnement Le lagon est gigantesque. 2 chambres séparées + 2 sdb clim salon non fonctionnel mais dans chambres OK + 2 ventilateurs au plafond à la place dans salon

• Anderson (5/5): Muy Regular - La piscina del conjunto es hermosa. No servía el aire acondicionado de la sala, así que debimos estar todo el tiempo en las habitaciones ya que el calor se hace insoportable, no dejaron suficiente papel higiénico en los baños, el control del aire en la habitación principal no servía. No hay lavadora ni lavadero. Las instalaciones son muy viejas y casi no funcionaban en general.

• Darlene (10/5): Comfortable, quiet, good neighborhood and very friendly hosts, - The beds were super comfortable, front gate security was friendly, the pool and gym were incredible, the entire complex was very quiet. I liked the feeling of home in the condo.

Horrible showers dirty apartment I did like the security at the gate. - They made it easy, we planned a meet up after I arrived but I arrived later than expected, I finally got a hold of them and they gave me directions for the key lock. When I reached out with questions they never answered me back I emailed and texted. There was a few issues like one, the shower was horrible changed from cold and hot never kept temperature. One of the showers leaked all day night so it was loud trying to sleep at night all you hear is dripping water. The beds were smaller than expected one of them leaned not comfortable at all. They did say they will provide sack lunches for your trips I have three kids so I liked the idea of that not one day did I receive any sack lunches even when I tried to reach out and ask no email or text message in return. • Eleonora (9/5): Great for groups/families without planned activities in Cancun and surrounding areas. - Very friendly host who will do everything possible to make you feel welcome and taken care of. Well maintained, spacious flat with all the basic amenities. The lagoon and pools are a comfortable space for families. A taxi is needed to go anywhere in Cancun (not an issue if you want to stay in the condos; not so great if you're going to take tours or go to the beach). There is ongoing construction next to the building (occasionally noisy, but most importantly, not as visually appealing as in the photos).
• Lisa (5/5): Overall, the sites & tours were excellent. - Initial meeting with Gina & Eric was great. Gina went over a few items regarding the apartment. They were kind enough to take one guest to get us something to eat, since it was late. They even helped us with securing transportation. With the complex located “off the beaten path”, a rental car is a must. The apartment was in excellent condition, clean and inviting. Noting the overall complex, the pool & lagoon were great. Felt safe & comfortable in the area/location. While there is construction of a building next to us, it did not impact us at all. All was going well until: Let me start by saying, we were aware that this is not a hotel, as I have used Booking.Com before. Also, with exception of a few face-to-face interactions, all communications were via WhatsApp. Could we have checked out and secured other accommodations within the city? Yes, but wanted to afford them the opportunity to correct the issue. Monday, August 29th, we discovered there was no hot water: - I made contact via WhatsApp. Hector responded with instructions as to what knob to use (not the issue) - Indicated he could send a plumber, but if when plumber arrived and there was hot water, we would be charged $100 U.S. Replied we would not be paying $100 U.S. They arrived around 2:15pm. Hector stating we can’t keep calling them because they have to leave their jobs. Hector checked it out and someone came (presumed it was the plumber) and it was stated that the “boiler” was failing, and he would get it taken care of, with our understanding that the “boiler” would be repaired. Next communication late Thursday from Hector with a simple “Hello”. We’re resilient and improvised. - Responded on Friday September 2nd with a “???”. Received multiple communications from Hector to indicate that the “boiler company” said there was nothing wrong with the boiler, and we should set the temperature at 27° (Celsius). Ask exactly how would we set the “boiler” (had no intention of doing that). Next communication was from Gina stating she hope we were enjoying our stay and what time would be checking out on Saturday September 3rd. Replied would be checking out at 12noon. Hopefully there is hot water for future guests. We complied with all instructions to include energy conservation and we left the unit in good condition, nothing destroyed or broken. Will we return to Cancun? ABSOLUTELY!!! Will we use Booking. Com again? ABSOLUTLEY!!! Will we stay in Dreams Lagoon Bldg. A, Unit 202? ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! Wish I had more space to enter entire situation.
• Tina (1/5): never again first time for everything - swimming pool the property apt Torres A 202 had ants crawling on kitchen table and floor and also the inside entrance of the apt around the door and wall area were ants also it was a pink jug with a tube inside that had water already in it was instructed by management to not drink the sink water because of the yellowness in the water the small decorations pillow were stained the balcony door did not lock for your safety the stove had tape wrapped around it so no use of stove I’ve sent Booking.com lots of pictures as to proof they tried contacting the property manager but was unsuccessful I was requesting a full refund instead of granted property manager lied to Booking.com and told them I damage the property it’s not a safe place nor location especially with kids and people of class and dignity….
