The self-check-in instructions were incredibly clear and easy to follow, and the location was absolutely fantastic, with a mall conveniently located just downstairs. The apartment itself was very spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly friendly, prompt in communication, and ever so helpful with any questions I had. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi was excellent, and the Netflix and streaming facilities on the TV worked perfectly. It was just a delightful experience, and the complimentary coffees and noodles added a nice touch! The master room partition wall can't be closed as currently under repair. Other than that nothing major complains. Q

The room is in level 17 with stunning ridge view. Main attraction is the East Mall KL which located below your building... Surely will spend quality time with family here again. Siew (10/5): Exceptional - The owner shows care for his guests & is very responsive. He shared detailed instructions how to operate the facilities in the unit e.g. water dispenser with both hot & cold water. We were so happy that we need not go thru the trouble to boil water. He left snacks & drinks for his guests which was unexpected. The unit is very clean and comfortable and feel so at home during our stay. Its' location is also very attractive. There is a big shopping mall at the lower ground. It is so convenient. Will return to stay in this unit when it is available.

Ithink booking.com shd not collect the deposit because it is difficult to ask for the refund of deposit.The tv had a code to access all the channels, otherwise only one channel is available, without sound. Had to ask the owner for the code. We couldn't use the electric stove and oven because there was no instructions or guide on how to use.
